Audrey was a joy to work with! When my engagement ring was damaged she took it right fixed it and even widened the band to ensure it wouldn't happen again. She went above and beyond to get us the best deal and she was very friendly and personable. She even gave us her personal cell phone number if we ever needed anything.

All of the employees here were amazing! My husband originally purchased my engagement ring here and they were so helpful with everything we needed for that we decided to go back. We got both of our wedding bands there as well.

Overall, we had a good experience with Greenbergs. Other than an initial salesperson who was condescending at one of our visits to the store, the rest of the staff was kind and professional. We did not feel pressured to purchase anything, which was important to us.
