I was initially excited to have my mom’s ring sized for me after it was gifted to me after her passing. I was told by numerous people Harold was THE best.
Sadly after two months, I was anxious to get my ring back. My BF picked it up and I was instantly in tears at the shoddy workmanship that was done to the ring. I am ashamed to wear it because of how bad it looks.
I shouldn’t be ashamed to wear an heirloom however, now I’m skeptical to leave it with anyone else for repair.
Not a great experience and thank you Harold for ruining my ring.
