Robert Fair caterers are the best!! From the first meeting until Terri actually got on the "drunk bus" to say good-bye to my husband and I, it was a true pleasure. Terri Fair really knows her stuff and is able to put you at ease with her extensive knowledge. She was accessible nearly 24/7 by email and it was easy to make an appointment to see her. The food and service on the day of were excellent. People raved about the "
"mashtini" (2 kinds of mashed potatoes with many toppings served in martini glasses) bar and I wanted to lick my plate after eating the seafood newburg. CANNOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH!!!

I can't say enough good things about Robert Fair catering! My wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to Terri Fair!! Not ONE thing went wrong! As the bride, I was actually able to enjoy every aspect of my wedding. This wouldn't have been the case without the help of Robert Fair Catering. Terri acted as a wedding coordinator, making the night flow perfectly. She also decorated my venu better than I could've myself! She is truly superwoman! To top it off, the personal wait staff that my husband and I received was amazing. They brought us drinks and food, so we never had to get up and we actually ate! The food was delicious! Kerry and Terri worked closely with me to pick the perfect menu. I was amazed at the amount and quality of food for the price. Everyone (even my other vendors) raved about the food. If you want a worry-free, elegant wedding with amazing food and people, look no further than Robert Fair! I would recommend them to EVERYONE!

The food was fabulous! The service was impeccable! The bartender (Danielle) was skillful and extremely personable! They are the house caterer for our event venue (The Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park - See other review).

They offered a wide variety of excellent food options for both a seated or food station approach. Timing prevented us from participating in any of the food tasting ahead of the event but we did attend another wedding 1 month before ours that they catered and the food was excellent so we felt comfortable. We picked mostly the standard selections and still felt the food was exciting and well prepared. More importantly, our guests afterwards also commented on how good the food was.

Their linen and tableware were first class and the chairs were extremely comfortable.

Terri Fair, who is the contact, is extremely detailed and very good at running the operation. She worked very well with our wedding consultant and the coordination on the wedding day was flawless.

Terri at Robert Fair Catering is amazing!! She has so much experience and knowledge of how to make the wedding day perfect. Our guests loved the food and thought the service - waiters, drinks, etc- were excellent. Terri did an amazing job of making sure everything the day of our wedding went as smoothly as possible. It was so nice to be able to relax, knowing that she was taking care of all the little details. She worked really well with our other vendors, and did an excellent job with making our wedding day beautiful and fun!

I could not have asked for a better day. Robert Fair Caterers made that possible for me because of their attentive staff, INCREDIBLE food, helpful service, constant smiles and kind mannerisms towards everyone. Teri was more than I could have hoped for. She answered every question, gave great advice, and was there all night and the night before to help me set up. She made sure everything was in place as we planned so that I did not have to worry about a thing. On top of that, the food was delicious. All of my guests are still telling me how much they enjoyed their meal. They were great! We had the perfect wedding and their coordination, planning, and of course food, were a huge part of it. We got a ton of compliments from our guests on the food, and not just on one dish.

My daughter just celebrated her marriage at this venue in June. She does not live near here so I booked this for her after one visit. She fell in love with it over text pictures! Amazing venue (her wedding pics are amazing out by the barn and ponds). They have great food and staff and I would highly recommend this venue and Robert Fair Caterers to anyone. Terri Fair is a true professional and very organized. Robert is a true gentleman and still works on site every day to continue to improve the venue.

Still a new venue, The Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park knows what they're doing. Robert Fair Caterers know how to operate a wedding too. My now husband and I booked The Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park on blueprints because we just knew it was exactly what we were looking for, amazing scenery without the traditional gaudy ballroom style. The large tented dining room and dance floor off the back of the stone house is stunning. The scenery overlooking Prophecy Creek Park is unlike any wedding you have ever been to. As my guests arrived I watched their jaws drop with amazement at how beautiful the property is. To top off the perfect wedding event, the food is delicious! Robert Fair caterers truly knows how to make good food. A variety of options to choose from on both dinner and appetizer menus made for a difficult decision because everything they make they make really well. Not only do they provide great food, but great service and all my guests noticed the service to be exceptional. I absolutely would recommend the venue and caterer to anyone looking for an absolutely stunning wedding experience!

Terry made sure the food was hot, on time and delicious. Everything was so tasty and we recieved a lot of compliments on the hors d'oeuvres. When a medical emergency arose with one of the guests, Terry handled it beautifully,quietly and professionally. Everything was organized and efficient and we couldn't think of a thing we'd do different! Highly recommend for weddings/events.

Absolutely perfect venue for the couple envisioning the most beautiful natural but classy setting for their wedding day and an absolutely fabulous family-oriented team who takes great pride in making your day exceptionally perfect! Terri & "Pop-Pop" (Robert Fair) paid attention to every detail we requested along with suggestions that reflected their expertise. Everyone was etremely accomodating and seemed genuinely happy to have us and our guests there. My husband and I had the priviledge of seeing the Manor House prior to all the restoration and renovations that have transformed it into an even more whimsical site that seems to get better every time we visit!

I can't say enough great things about Robert Fair Caterers! I just had my wedding at Cairnwood this September, and because of their hard work, this event went flawlessly. From the moment we met at the tasting, I knew Terri and Kerry Fair were true professionals who knew what they were doing in the wedding field. The 5 course tasting was unbelievable, and showcased how they would handle the main event. Working with Terri was such a dream. She made planning this day so easy, and her professionalism made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with. She tailored everything to my needs and wants, and on the day of the event she was such an amazing help. She really was my wedding planner, and I felt so taken care of. I did all my own flowers and decorations, and Terri set them up with love and care so I could enjoy my day. She really makes you feel so special. I haven't even mentioned the food yet! It is delicious!! My guests are still talking about it!!! We did stations and it just made the night so much fun! Kerry made sure to accommodate everything we asked for in the menu, and they have so many amazing choices to choose from. Robert Fair Caterers catered our wedding, held on August 20, 2011 at Cairnwood Estates. Working with Terri Fair was like having our own wedding planner. She was professional and courteous and knew exactly what needed to be done. The food was delicious and the wait staff did an excellent job. Terri stayed the entire wedding day, from set up to take down, and made sure that everything ran smoothly. We can’t compliment them enough. I doubt that anyone could have done a better job than they did. We were extremely pleased with Robert Fair Caterers and would recommend them to everyone.

Kerry and Theresa Fair went above and beyond to make my wedding day absolutely perfect. They made sure to have every little detail on paper beforehand so that they could be executed without my involvement the day of the wedding. Theresa was there the whole day to coordinate, helped the florist, the musician and the cake setup, and even made sure the musician had something to eat before he left! The food was superb, the coordination was outstanding. My day would have been a disaster without the able hands of Theresa Fair at my wedding!

Robert Fair was the only catering service that I interviewed for my wedding at Cairnwood that would work with some of the special requests that I had for a salad and a cookie display of my family's homemade italian cookies. They listened to what we wanted and executed perfectly.
Kerry, Terry, and the Robert Fair staff were wonderful! I had such a great wedding day and it truly was because of their detailed planning and execution of my 250 guest wedding. My guests loved the staff as well! The bartenders kept lines short and drinks flowing all night! And the dinner was served in a timely manner! The food was delicious! Everyone that I spoke with raved about how great it was. And my husband and I loved it as well. The cake was absolutely delicious! And being that they worked with Bredenbeck's bakery in Chestnut Hill we truly couldn't ask for me.
