Quality of Service:
We hired Donna 4 months before our wedding for her "day of" services. We also had her help us with styling. She was very helpful with all areas. She was out of the country the month before our wedding, but was available by e-mail and always responded to questions within a day or two. We scheduled a meeting for the week before the wedding, which she was very prepared for. She had already been in contact with all the vendors and was very organized. The day before the wedding she was available to help decorate the reception site. On the day of the wedding she was very prompt and made sure everything ran smoothly. She took care of final payments and tips (even delivering a tip to the florist a few days after the wedding because she missed her the day of). She coordinated our dinner service, which had to be moved back to accommodate our entertainment, but nobody suspected a thing and the meal was still amazing! She also helped with packing up cards and gifts towards the end of the night. If anything we should have hired her sooner and had her help with more of the planning. She was very accommodating and flexible. She made our day stress free!
We could not have pulled off the evening as smoothly as it went, without Donna! She was on top of things and went above and beyond what a wedding planner typically does. She was very professional, yet she did things for us that friend would do. She was VERY flexible and responsive. Unforeseen events caused us to be out of the country longer than we intended. She was very flexible with our schedule and adjusted her timing to make it work for us.
I was skeptical on whether I would need a wedding planner...now I'm a believer!
I needed someone to help with the day of the wedding only and Donna provided just what was needed. She was there to help with all the details and made sure that everything went smoothly on the wedding day which it did.
Donna provided a wonderful service for us. We initially met with her to determine what types of services she offered and the corresponding expense. Donna offers a range of services - including "full service" on the day of the wedding (which we highly recommend!). We contracted with Pomp and Ceremony about 5 months prior to our wedding date; we had already determined the venue, caterer, photographer and the DJ. Donna was instrumental in helping to select a florist and we believe had we not already had those other selections made she would have made that process just as easy and successful. We were constantly bouncing ideas off Donna and she was a god send when it came to the details and follow through. She has a wonderful demeanor. Donna focused on being as cost effective as possible while still helping to create an incredible look and seamless event. Donna is very perceptive, collaborative, responsive and creative. We are so glad that we trusted P&C with our special day. We couldn't have done it without her.
