Carly was the absolute best day of coordinator we could have asked for!!! She went above and beyond in making our wedding day perfect for us. From the start she had great insight and advice, and even helped us find vendors and reached out to them which was more than we expected as our day of coordinator. She also has inventory (decor and such) that we were able to use for our day of which saved us a lot of money. The day of the wedding, Carly and Hayley helped with EVERYTHING and Carly made sure everything ran smoothly. I knew I didn't need to worry about coordinating set up, details, where people went and at what time etc - literally anything because she had it taken care of. We could focus on our wedding day and just be present and enjoy ourselves and spend time with our friends and family. If you are looking for a day of coordinator - Carats and Confetti is the way to go!!! I would choose Carly and her team again and again!!

Carly was amazing to work with! When you book a day-of-coordinator, you expect just that, only day of help! But Carly went above and beyond in getting us ready for our big day. From details meeting 6 months out, her rental inventory, multiple meetings in person and over the phone and of course the morning of craziness! She even went out shopping and helped us find vow books 2 days before my wedding because ours had somehow disappeared… she is dedicated, knowledgeable, and so pleasant to work with! I can’t recommend her enough!

My husband and I were not planning on hiring a wedding coordinator, but when we met Carly at my brother’s wedding a few months before our own, we knew it would be so helpful to have her. She was amazing. She took care of all of the details on our wedding day so that we wouldn’t have to worry about anything. Carly helped decorate, made sure everything was on schedule, connected with all of our vendors, passed out our checks, dismissed guests to the buffet for dinner, helped coordinate speeches and photos, literally helped cut and serve our cake, packed up everything at the end of the night, and so much more. We are so thankful that we had Carly — our wedding day went by so smoothly because of her. We would 100% recommend her to help with your wedding!

Carats and Confetti is the absolute best! I could not have imagined our wedding day without them. Carly is someone you want there to make the decisions for you on your wedding day! We felt so taken care of with how thorough, diligent, kind and capable the Carats and Confetti team is! Haley and Carly were phenomenal as they took care of absolutely everything PLUS more! I was shocked at how seamless they were when it came to all of the set up. They placed all of the table decor and even helped last minute with putting greenery/extra florals on our staircase (which is not at all in their job description haha!! They’re just THAT amazing!!) They kept us on track without us feeling rushed. I cannot recommend this team enough! Carly and her wedding coordination was by far the most helpful decision that my husband and I made when wedding planning. We were on the fence about using a wedding coordinator due to budget, but after drowning in details and contracts and phone calls my husband and I booked Carly. The stress of wedding planning was much relived once I had my first meeting with her. Carly asked questions and offered suggestions pertaining to our wedding plans that we had not even thought of. She got in contact with our vendors, and smoothed out logisitcs and details for our day of time line. She gave me a clear and concise "to do" list prior to the wedding, and offered helpful suggestion while also letting my husband and I's wedding day vision remain the priority. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience from the past weddings that she has worked, and she was able to help us prevent several wedding day issues. She was prompt in her response to our texts and emails throughout the entire planning process. On the day of, she had the ultimate Mary Poppins bag of supplies to help set up and take down go so smoothly. Overall, she took away the stress and hassle of wedding planning, and allowed me to enjoy the weeks leading up to the wedding, and of course- the big day itself!

Carly and Haley were amazing, and so fun to work with! They both were a big help in making our wedding day run smoothly, to say the least. In the months and weeks leading up to the day, Carly was only a text away from helping my every need, even at 11 pm at night! They went above and beyond, lending day-of supplies like stationery, candle holders, seating charts, etc. I was a very type-A bride but completely trusted Carly and Haley, and their expertise. Not only did their team hit every detail, but they made sure my husband and I were having fun and enjoying every moment of our day. By the end of the night, I considered them friends! I couldn't recommend Carats and Confetti enough!

Carly and Haley went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our wedding at Cafe Lurcat on 10/8 this year. Carly was constantly available to us, gave us invaluable advice, provided absolutely gorgeous candles and table numbers, communicated with vendors, and truly just made this whole process so easy. She even left the event to go back to our hotel to grab something I forgot! She was a joy to work with and I couldn't recommend her enough.
