My husband and I were not planning on hiring a wedding coordinator, but when we met Carly at my brother’s wedding a few months before our own, we knew it would be so helpful to have her. She was amazing. She took care of all of the details on our wedding day so that we wouldn’t have to worry about anything. Carly helped decorate, made sure everything was on schedule, connected with all of our vendors, passed out our checks, dismissed guests to the buffet for dinner, helped coordinate speeches and photos, literally helped cut and serve our cake, packed up everything at the end of the night, and so much more. We are so thankful that we had Carly — our wedding day went by so smoothly because of her. We would 100% recommend her to help with your wedding! -

Carly and Haley went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our wedding at Cafe Lurcat on 10/8 this year. Carly was constantly available to us, gave us invaluable advice, provided absolutely gorgeous candles and table numbers, communicated with vendors, and truly just made this whole process so easy. She even left the event to go back to our hotel to grab something I forgot! She was a joy to work with and I couldn't recommend her enough. -

Carly was the absolute best day of coordinator we could have asked for!!! She went above and beyond in making our wedding day perfect for us. From the start she had great insight and advice, and even helped us find vendors and reached out to them which was more than we expected as our day of coordinator. She also has inventory (decor and such) that we were able to use for our day of which saved us a lot of money. The day of the wedding, Carly and Hayley helped with EVERYTHING and Carly made sure everything ran smoothly. I knew I didn't need to worry about coordinating set up, details, where people went and at what time etc - literally anything because she had it taken care of. We could focus on our wedding day and just be present and enjoy ourselves and spend time with our friends and family. If you are looking for a day of coordinator - Carats and Confetti is the way to go!!! I would choose Carly and her team again and again!! -

These ladies are amazing! They were helpful from day 1 and I was able to enjoy my wedding to the fullest extent! Carly and Haley were amazing, and so fun to work with! They both were a big help in making our wedding day run smoothly, to say the least. In the months and weeks leading up to the day, Carly was only a text away from helping my every need, even at 11 pm at night! They went above and beyond, lending day-of supplies like stationery, candle holders, seating charts, etc. I was a very type-A bride but completely trusted Carly and Haley, and their expertise. Not only did their team hit every detail, but they made sure my husband and I were having fun and enjoying every moment of our day. By the end of the night, I considered them friends! I couldn't recommend Carats and Confetti enough! -

Better than we could have ever expected!
Carly was amazing to work with! When you book a day-of-coordinator, you expect just that, only day of help! But Carly went above and beyond in getting us ready for our big day. From details meeting 6 months out, her rental inventory, multiple meetings in person and over the phone and of course the morning of craziness! She even went out shopping and helped us find vow books 2 days before my wedding because ours had somehow disappeared… she is dedicated, knowledgeable, and so pleasant to work with! I can’t recommend her enough! -

We used Carly & Haley for our wedding and it hands down the best decision we made regarding our wedding! Not only were they extremely affordable compared to any other coordinator, but they went above and beyond any expectation I had! The team really makes you feel like family, because they want your day to run as smoothly as possible. We sat down before my wedding and I explained my vision and they made it come to life, but only better! They took away all the stress I had when it came to our wedding day. I have recommended them to all of my friends who are getting married because I know they are in great hands! Definitely use C&C for your wedding, I promise you will not regret it!!! :) -

Carly was a coordinator for my wedding this past June. I cannot say enough as to how much she helped me make my big day effortless and amazing. From helping us run through the ceremony at the rehearsal dinner multiple times to ease my nerves, to helping pack up every last bit of decor and forgotten purse at the end of the night-she made my day an absolute dream. I was not anticipating needing a DOC until approximately 1.5 months before my wedding. BOY WAS I WRONG. She was so easy to work with and made all of my fears and concerns feel valid. Carly helped us with creating a timeline for the day of, offered ideas to make the ceremony and reception run smoothly (our favorite kid bit from her was to release our guests from their tables during dinner so that we could greet them all), organized the wedding party at the rehearsal dinner, grabbed coffee and lunch for the wedding party and family members, handled all of the vendors including greeting/paying/tipping, helped finish decorating the venue while I was getting ready, prepared everyone to walk down the aisle, and picked up EVERYTHING at the end of the night and loaded into our trailer (with the help of family and friends of course). I am sure there are so many more things that she accomplished that day that I have no clue about.
I can honestly say that my wedding, despite raining all day, was the best day ever. I felt like a queen and I had no worries (other than saying my vows in front of 200 people) because of Carly and her attention for detail and her ability to organize a large group of people. I am forever grateful. 🖤 -

You will not be disappointed!
Carly was an absolute lifesaver on our wedding day! Her attention to detail and organization was sooo helpful. She got to our venue bright and early on our wedding day and spent the entire morning decorating the venue and setting up the most stunning centerpieces (pics in comments ✨).
She put together our timeline for the day of and made sure everybody was where they were supposed to be for the ceremony and pictures (definitely necessary with a 16 person wedding party). We had our first look walking down the aisle, so all of our pictures were taken between the ceremony and reception. It was super important for us to get the pictures we wanted, but it was also super important for us to have pictures taken quickly so we could spend as much time with our guests as possible. Carly made that happen - everything went so smoothly. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, I had no idea, all thanks to Carly!! So, so grateful for Carly’s help making our day so magical ☺️💕 -

Carly and Haley with Carats and Confetti were an absolute blessing when it came to our wedding day. I went back and forth on if we needed event coordination and there's no doubt it was worth it! These ladies exceeded my expectations. During my first meeting with Carly, she was so prepared (more than I was 😆) and I felt so relieved that all the details of my wedding day were in great hands.
They were in contact with all of my vendors the day of our wedding, making sure everything I planned/asked for was created.
These ladies were not only amazing coordinators but truly are the sweetest people and this whole experience created lovely friendships!
