Ashley was nothing short of AMAZING to work with. Due to COVID, we delayed our wedding a few times, and Ashley was so flexible, helpful, knowledgeable and encouraging throughout the process. We ended up completely changing our original plans and doing a small destination wedding in Vail, CO. Ashley created the most beautiful and memorable weekend for us. She truly is so talented and creative and everyone attending the wedding was simply blow away by the details and heart poured into the day. Ashley and Poppati Events went above and beyond our wildest dreams to create the perfect wedding day for my husband and I! Ashley is so incredibly creative, kind, and professional to work with. We were one of those couples who had to change venues due to COVID regulations 3 MONTHS before our wedding, and Ashely and Poppati gladly took on the challenge! We gave Ashley our budget, and she took care of the rest! It was incredible what she was able to do in such a short time period, and her team was so helpful. She created what we had both envisioned our wedding would be like, and so much more! Ashley tailored our wedding to be completely unique to my husband and I, and the amount of creative detail that she put in was breathtaking! I cant praise Poppati events enough. Honestly they are a five start team. Being a 2020 Bride was one of the most challenging experiences. We had to change our date 2x and with all of the rules and restrictions Ashley and her team had to basically start from scratch several times. My wedding wouldn't have happened with out all of her help and expertise. She stayed up to date on all the rules and kept us informed and still pulled off the wedding of my dreams. My caterer dropped a month out from our wedding and Ashley was able to secure a new one at an even better rate for us with no issue. The day of our wedding it was so windy and there were challenges with the set up but I never knew because her team handled it and my day was amazing. If you are looking for a wedding or party planner Poppati is the best. Highly recommend!

Our goal was to bring very small group of family together in a safe way in the middle of a pandemic and make it just as special as our 150 person destination wedding - and to do so in one month's time.

There is no way this would have been possible without Ashley. She brought everything to life in such a meaningful, thoughtful way – and made the process fun and enjoyable for us & our family hosting.

We can't recommend Ashley at Poppati Events enough! Initially, we thought we could get away with working exclusively with the wedding coordinator at the venue, but after a few meetings, it became clear that that was a bad idea. The universe introduced us to Ashley, and she took over ever single detail seamlessly. The further we got into the process, and especially in those last few weeks, the more grateful I was for her expertise. We had a general outline of what we wanted, and Ashley took that and turned it into the absolute wedding of our dreams. Our guests still talk about how beautiful it was and so perfectly executed - and it is really ALL to Ashley's credit. To top it all off she is a kind and caring soul - checking in to make sure WE were doing okay throughout the entire process. 5 star person, 5 star planner! Thank you, Ashley!!

After following Poppati Events on social media I knew I wanted to hire Ashley right away when we got engaged. We hired Ashley for the full package and it was money well spent! Ashley helped us have the mountain top wedding of our dreams  Ashley is the type of wedding planner that will put her whole heart into the wedding planning. She got to know our personalities and she knew what was very important to us and went above and beyond in those areas. Ashley wants to take the stress away from couples as much as possible and if and when wedding vendors can get tough to work with, she will do everything she has to negotiate what is right for her couples. Ashley was available 24/7 to talk through decisions, ideas, anything and everything you could think of. What I loved about our wedding the most was how personalized it was to us as a couple. All of the wedding guests commented on the personal touches and Ashley helped make that happen. She will ensure that your wedding is unique to you as a couple and she will use her expert experience to suggest the best solutions to you as a couple. I am so glad that I hired Ashley as our wedding planner as it was so helpful to have a neutral party give you expert advice while also letting you as a couple feel empowered to make your wedding exactly how you envision it. Ashley will make sure you do not have to do a thing on your wedding day and we completely got to enjoy the day. Her husband is also an angel and they make an incredible duo when they work together on the wedding day.

There aren’t enough positive words I can use to describe Ashley. From the moment I began speaking with her I knew I needed to have her as my month of wedding planner. She was caring, attentive, kind, and maybe most importantly when planning a wedding, she was honest and transparent.

During the week of our wedding we were filled with nerves and excitement but when we walked into the rehearsal and saw Ashley’s smiling face greeting us our nerves instantly began to fade away. She truly made us feel at ease during one of the biggest moments of our lives.

On the day of our wedding Ashley flawlessly managed to execute on every detail and ensured we were on schedule and where we needed to be when we needed to be there while simultaneously pumping us up and cheering us on along the way. We truly could not have done it without her! One example to highlight this is that during all of the wedding busyness I (the bride) completely forgot our table numbers at the hotel (a good 25 minutes away). Ashley was informed of this just prior to the ceremony start time and by the time the reception started there were beautiful table numbers placed neatly on every table without either of us being aware!

We are both so thankful for Ashley because she allowed us, our families, and guests to truly enjoy the celebration. Having our parents be able to be truly present with us on our wedding day versus having to worry about day of details was extremely
important to us and Ashley ensured that happened! Our only regret is that we didn’t book Ashley for the entire planing period because she made it that calming and enjoyable! As I write this I am currently dreaming up parties I can host so that I can work with Ashley again...post-wedding party? Our cat’s 5th birthday party?

Working with Poppati Events to plan our dream honeymoon was a flawless experience from start to finish. A few months after my husband and I got married, we were stressed out because we wanted to plan an international honeymoon trip but had no idea where to start and no time to plan it. When we met with Ashley and her husband, Adam, for the first time, they were genuinely as excited to celebrate our recent wedding and to plan our dream honeymoon as we were to experience it. They completely customized our trip based on our feedback, style and preferences. After our initial meeting, they provided a tailored, detailed itinerary for our trip to Italy and Croatia with everything included from air travel, connections, transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurant recommendations, packing lists and unforgettable excursions (shout out to our wine and oyster tour mmmm). Ashley & Adam proactively stayed in touch with us as the trip grew closer. When the trip arrived, we felt like Jay and Bey just showing up to the airport with everything already planned and taken care of  Their attention to detail was apparent throughout the trip which ultimately allowed my husband and me to enjoy each other without worrying about any details. As we sit here writing this review (complete with Croatian wine from our honeymoon, to boot!), we’d like to send out a heartfelt cheers to you, Poppati Events…thank you for crafting such a meaningful experience for us that we will never forget xo

At the Hewing Hotel, we had the pleasure of one of our wedding couples selecting Ashley to be their wedding coordinator.
