She was organized, professional, and a calming presence to have leading up to our wedding. We met 2-3 times to nail down details, and it was extremely helpful to have her advise throughout the whole process! She helped us create a floor plans, estimate catering needs, set up and tear down our decor at the end of the night, and SO MUCH MORE.

Kailey was professional and friendly throughout the whole process. She communicated well with me and always responded in a timely manner. She made my wedding day a breeze! I planned most of the big details of my wedding, but when it came to the smaller details for the day before and the day of, Kailey thought of things I hadn’t even considered. Because of her organization skills and easy to work with personality, it was easy to figure out those small details. When the wedding day came, Kailey took care of all the behind the scenes details and I didn’t have to worry about anything. I would definitely recommend Kailey as a day of coordinator (and honestly anything else you need for your wedding) because not only will you have a great experience, but you will also make a new friend in the process.

Kailey was wonderful as the Day-Of-Coordinator for our August 2024 wedding! She was such an amazing help at keeping everything smooth, steady, stress-free, and easy on our wedding day.

With her expertise and organization, on the day of our wedding I was able to seamlessly hand off all of our planning/preparation to her, and things were prepared exactly how I imagined it. The decor was set up how I wanted, the timing flowed smoothly, the people were in the right place, the small details weren't forgotten, etc. Everything was exactly how I hoped it would be. And more!!! -- because I was able to relax and not stress out about things being in the right place.

Kailey also anticipated every need -- every time we turned around, she was there offering us water or food or updates! We had a cake mishap and she handled the whole thing (to this day I don't even know what happened -- she managed it that seamlessly!). She managed our timeline and did lots of herding cats so everyone was in the right place for each event. I was so grateful for how she worked with our other vendors to keep things on track, plus amazing work to manage cleanup quickly and efficiently at the end of the night. We had our prep meeting with Kailey 2.5 months before our wedding day. The one area of feedback is that after that meeting, it took over a month to hear back from Kailey with followup. She was very apologetic for this delay, and it did stress us out quite a bit waiting to hear from her. She got back to us 1 month prior, and we had another couple calls to finalize details. Despite these delays, her professionalism and perfection during our actual wedding day made us not care about about those issues, and I would 100% recommend her. She absolutely rocked it and was perfect.

Overall, our wedding was an amazing success! The whole day was somehow literally perfect, and we can't thank Kailey enough for her part in the perfection.Read less
