We booked this company back in feb 2011 for our wedding sept 3 2011. We paid our 150 $ non refundable hold. I called back several times and no answer one time I got this guy named derred that did answer i thought it was wierd cause he answered just hello? like a normal residential number. He acted strange i was calling to confirm and to update my phone number. Of couse he said everything was all set not to worry. I tried to get in touch with them again 5 weeeks from the wedding for the next two weeks i continued to call no answer and mailbox was full. I decided to drive to address on web site we were getting married in two weeks at this point. I got to address and it was an abandoned builing! I freaked went to town hall they sent me to new address and of course it was empty! these people are NOT IN BUSINESS DO NOT BE FOOLED I LOST MY $ and had to find last minute limo! THESE PEOPLE ARE COMMITING FRAUD WARNING I CALLED POLICE THEY SAID I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THEY HAVE SCREWED OVER DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WE ARE TAKING THE OWNER TO COURT IF THEY CAN FIND HER SHE IS A DRUNK COPS SAID AND THERE IS NO MICHEAL ! HIS EX WIFE LISA GALLANT IS SCAMMING PEOPLE SHE LIVES IN WESTBROOK MAINE ON CORNER BEFORE YOU GET TO HANNANFORD LIGHT! i WANT HER OUTTED FOR WHAT SHE HAS DONE. We booked them for our wedding...
1. They NEVER return calls their voicemail box is always full.
2. They showed up late to pick up the Bride on my wedding day.
3. They got lost multiple times on the way to the church and reception.

PLEASE do not pick them.

I would not choose this company for anything. I had nothing but problems with them. To begin, I recevied a contract that was incorrect which they had to fix. 5 months later (the week of the wedding!) I called them to verify what was going on, and to make sure we were still on, and to also PAY the remaining balance. I called and called and called and no one picked up. A day later I called them again (they did not call back even though the voicemail asked them to) and they picked up this time. I was told I should have paid a month ago..I explained to them I have not heard from them since January, and then they changed their tune. I asked to call back Thursday (the day before the wedding) and pay. They said that was fine, that someone would be there all day. I called on Thursday and they did not pick up, and even better their voicemail box AND email inbox were BOTH full. I was not able to get ahold of them until my actual wedding day at 10am (even though they say they open at 9). I gave them my debit card to pay, and they said it was declined (I thought i was weird, I knew I had the money in there). So I gave them a credit card. That went through and we were paid in full, the woman said so. The time on the contract said 3pm pick up, and our driver was late! It was also raining out, and he had NO umbrellas and did not help us get to the limo and into it. He also had to be asked to open the door and get things from the trunk for us. At the church, my father gave the driver a tip (only because it is required) and 5 MINUTES BEFORE THE WEDDING, he said after the ceremony to come back and speak with him. Come to find out he said we an $80 balance on the account which we needed to pay. My parents paid it, and that was it. I called the company and surprise surprise I get their voicemail. I let a message, and they were surprised about the $80 and said they would talk with the driver about it...but he was trustworthy. They said we were paid in full so they have no clue, but they would write a check if needed. Fast forward to 2weeks later...I check my bank account, and sure enough they charged me twice!!! I call yet again, and get their voicemail again and beg them to call me back on both accounts. They have yet to. I went to my bank to file a claim with them, and they approved it, and actually called the company. They picked up (eve though I attempted to reach them 3 times that day with no luck) and said they were "surprised" and said that they would take care of it and call me the next day. My bank felt they were very shady, and actually filed the claim and took care of it right away instea of waiting for them to see if they will take care of it. They also closed both of my cards because they had no clue what more they would do. It has now been 5 days since when they told my bank they would call me and no shock here they have not called. SO, after poor service, being double charged and over charged $80, and not being able to reach them no matter the time or day, and having my bank accounts changed I would NOT suggest them to anyone ever, no matter what you are using them for.

I would not suggest this company to any bride looking for services for their wedding day. I had paid for two limos for our wedding day and they called me the day before our wedding and told us that they could provide only one limo and a party bus. A party bus would have been good if it wasn't a classy wedding. We only ended up getting one limo and no party bus and they still kept the rest of our money for the "gratuity" for the driver. The driver was very nice and professional but we had a run around with everyone else. The people on the phones are very unprofessional. We lost so much money for only one limo. I would never suggest these people to anyone!

The limo for my wedding was beautiful and very clean!We also liked the fact they had previous experience with lots of weddings and they were more than happy to accommodate our needs for our wedding.Very pleased!Will definitely use again.

Michael's Limousine was great to work with! The limo driver was very nice and helpful! She was on time picking up the groom/groomsmen and then picked up the bride/bridemaids and we arrived at the church in time! She helped me out of the limo and the red carpet was laid out!! She did the final dress fix before walking down the aisle! After the ceremony we drove all around Portland for photos! The limo (H3) was clean and in good condition! I highly reccomend Michael's Limousine as they provided us with excellent service!

LEAH was so wonderful!! She was on time, helped me so much with my dress so that it wouldnt get dirty in the door way of the limo she carried my train into the church for me and fixed it just before i walked down. We have gone with Michaels Limo for multiple Bachelorette partys and my husbands bachelor party. We have had a great experience every time.

I highly recommend this vendor. They were amazing!! They allowed me to do the contract by mail, instead of going in. They called me every week up to a month so that I wouldn't panic. Then they arrived on time if not early. The driver came in and helped me into the car. She allowed us to drive around so that we could have a drink and blow some time until we got to the church. She helped me out of the car, and followed me into the church to hold up my train. She watched the ceremony from the doorway of the church with one of the helpers so that she could help us all out to the car. We had a change of plans and she drove where ever we wanted her to go. She ended up taking the whole wedding party and then coming back to pick us up. She opened the bottle of champagne for my new husband and I and then showed us how to work everything in the limo. She had an extra bottle opener when one of my wedding party accidently took hers. Then to top it off, there was a bag left in the limo after we left, and she drove back and dropped it off, and never charged us for the extra time. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful this experience was!

We thank Jeff ( our Driver) who did a Fabulous Job! He was at my house early and ready to pick us up! He was more then we could ever ask for and we would Recommend him and Michael's to Anyone! The Hummer was amazing! The only thing I wish there was more of was 2 bottles of Champagne! Thank you for being apart of our WONDERFUL day and providing great service!

They drove my wild friends and I around and extended our stretch escalade to several hours after the reserved time- We had a blast and LOVED our driver Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! PERFECT PRICES!

I signed up for this site just to warn people about booking with this company. They are horrible, judging from reviews on other sites they seem to have the customer service ability of a RMV worker.

My wife booked them for hers sisters bachelorette party and they no showed, she called to see where they were and got a "voice mail is full" recording. They took her CC number when she booked, if her card is charged one cent, I am going to sue.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, unless you want to take a chance of your limo no showing on your wedding day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great, reliable service!

We had the Chrysler 300 Limo and it was beautiful. We took destination photos and the driver was happy to bring us anywhere we wanted to go and we were able to stay as long as we wanted. She was incredibly helpful with getting me in and out of the limo with my dress and flowers. There was one place we couldnt remember the name of and she knew exactly what we were talking about and was able to bring us there. She was just awesome.

This was a horrible experience. First, the limo driver was late to pick us up. Second, we paid for an extra half an hour for the limo and it turns out the limo driver had to be somewhere else. We were double booked! We called the owner and he denied ever getting an e-mail requesting that we have an additional half an hour. We had to cut short our photography session at the beach and it stressed us out on our wedding day! I do not recommend using this limousine company.

It was awesome! The limo was beautiful and i loved riding in it!
