We hired Intown Trolley Co. to shuttle our guests from their hotels in Kennebunkport, ME to our wedding venue.

Andrea was helpful, flexible, and easy to work with. We gave her a list of locations and she came back to us with what would work best for the pick-up and drop-off schedule.

On the day of the wedding, we relied on Intown to be prompt and get our guests to the venue. Their reliability and professionalism were outstanding. Our guests loved the whole trolley experience and appreciated getting the scenic tour of the area as the trolley made it's way from hotel to hotel. As the bride and groom, it was incredible having everyone show up at the same time, not worrying about anyone getting lost on the way, and most importantly, having a safe reliable way home at the end of the night.

We didn't really have the chance to formally meet the driver, but multiple guests commented that he was personable and friendly.

Intown trolley was extremely helpful and flexible throughout the planning process. They provided transportation for the bridal party and the guests to and from the reception. They worked with us to contract hours in the most affordable way possible. The trolleys were clean and very beautiful.

We hired Intown Trolley to transport all of our wedding guests throughout the day. We had limited parking at the chapel and reception location, and we wanted to make sure that all of our guests had a great time without having to worry about their safety at the end of the night. We had 3 trolleys at 3 hotel pick-up locations: chapel drop-off and pick-up, photo/cocktail drop-off, and reception drop-off and pick-up. The day of the wedding went very smoothly, but I have to admit we had some major hiccups leading up to the big day.

Ultimately, the service was exactly what we needed, but I would advise anyone working with Intown Trolley to be diligent with follow-ups and make sure every little detail has been clarified and confirmed with the company.

In-Town worked with us to help coordinate transportation back and forth between the church/hotel/after party. The drivers were average and weren't very friendly. Even though we had booked them most of the wedding day/night, they never went out of their way to make it special for us...(i.e. the trolley wasn't dressed up at all...the drivers never acknowledged us(bride & groom)) and they went about their business like it was any other day. Also, at night, the driver told our very hungry guests that food would be available at the bar until a certain time and this was not the case.
