They provide complimentary ice water and champagne or sparkling cider for couples and wedding parties. The chauffeurs always arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure they are on-time, and every car is equipped with a kit for emergency purposes. They can transport wedding parties to multiple locations, with either one-way service or round-trip.

Communication leading up to the wedding was a bit challenged, as it was hard to get responses over email or get someone on the phone, but rest assured, the week of they were extremely communicative, even sending email and text updates every time the shuttle arrived at a new location.
