BEWARE! Stay away from this store! I ordered my tuxes and spoke with the gentlemen at the store approximately 7-9 times. I was told that I should come in on Tuesday night to check on the tux and to make sure that everything fit okay. I was greeted with confused looks and I was told that I was given the wrong information and that the tuxes would not be in until after 5PM the next day. This was a LIE! The tuxes were not there the next night either. The truth was they had written down the wrong wedding date and did not have ANY tuxes. The guy from the night before was working on Wednesday and did not want to deal with his screw up so he told us to come back the next day. We got our tuxes however it was about two hours before our wedding and they only sort of fit. In all the phone conversations that I had with the same gentlemen, he did not bother to check/change the date he had written down. This was a disaster. I work in retail and in a service industry full time and if I would have been written up or fired for these kinds of actions. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
