Rob is great, I can't think of anything bad about our whole experience. He is wonderful to work with and truly talented. The photos he captured are just amazing. I LOVE them! He worked extremely fast as well; he posted teasers the next day, had us our full online gallery within a week, and the disc of high res images early the next week.
Rob was easy going, funny, and friendly; it was like having an old friend there taking pictures. He really puts you at ease and captures very natural images. And he put up with our crazy wedding party, which was no easy task either :)
I am so happy we chose Medina Photography; the photos and the whole experience was amazing!

All I have to say is Wow, Wow, Wow. Rob from Medina Photography is completely awesome. If you are reading this review, you need to stop right now, go to his website, and select a package and be done. You will not be disappointed. Rob did my wedding on May 23, 2009. We heard of him through our wedding planner Isis, from Posh Events, LLC. The first thing we noticed about Rob is that he is easy going, layed back, and a very friendly person. This is the type of person that you want to have interacting with your wedding party and guest. Jennifer and I felt very comfortable around Rob. Whether it was the engagement photos or the wedding photos, at no point in time did we ever feel uncomfortable about anything. As a matter of fact, it was like having a best friend or family member around. His wife Lara, who also helps him with the administrative side, was very kind, understanding, and always answered our questions whether it was via email or phone. If there was anything we needed, Lara would find away to make it happen, even if she had to coordinate with our planner, we always received a satisfactory answer to all of our questions.
Now the pictures. Let me just try to explain this the best way I can. A wedding is probably one of the most memorable, most important, most joyous day that anyone may have in their life time. The feelings, emotions, and all the moments of that day will be remembered for a life time. While anyone can pick up a camera and take a picture, it takes a person with true artistic ability to know how to take a shot that not only captures an image, but also captures, the feelings, emotions and moments that surround it. That is not something that is learned in a school; it is a natural born talent. To do that takes professional knowledge of photography coupled with the ability to tune-in to the spirit of the moment. This allows a person to not only take a picture, but take a picture with meaning. That is the art and essence of beautiful photography. If you agree with what I have said, you will love Rob Medina. Rob has that way of capturing moments in ways I have never seen before. When I look at my wedding pictures, I am just floored at how beautiful they are. I cannot say one bad thing about any of the 799 pictures he took on my wedding day. After our honeymoon, when we first saw our pictures online, I, my wife, and my mother-in-law shed tears. They were just that beautiful. At that moment, I was so thankful that I had chose Rob to have the honor of capturing the most important day in my life. No words could really express the joy I felt.
Your wedding will go by very quickly; in a matter of hours. After that, everything will be the past. Having someone like Rob Medina capture those pictures in time will be one of the best decisions you will ever make. I cannot speak for any other photographer, but if you choose Rob, you will probably find yourself writing a similar review.
This is my most honest and true experience.

Robert Medina performed his services beyond our expectations. My family, my groom's family, bridal party, friends, coworkers, and guests were very pleased with his persona, enthusiasm, passion, professionalism, and personality. The great thing about Rob and his crew is that they were very patient, dedicated, caring, and easy going in both events (engagement setting pictures and wedding pictures).
When we first met Rob we were pleased about the affordable and flexible packages offered, and also impressed with the work Rob had previously done. His personality made our final decision easier. Before I hired him, I met other professional photographers that were not as honest, genuine, humble, and as friendly. Both Rob and his assistant were very responsive to any questions and concerns that we had in terms of price, service, and customized products. They stand behind their product, which is spectacular, outstanding, and highly recommendable.
During the engagement setting we had a great time taking pictures at Longwood Garden. It was so much fun we didn't want to end it. He made the process enjoyable and comfortable. The engagement setting helped us to build our confidence with ourselves to prepare for the wedding. This event also helped us to build a great professional and personal relationship that still lasts to this day with Rob Medina. During the wedding, we have a blast with Rob and his crew. They took great pictures until the very end of the wedding. The results were outstanding. We were so happy and impressed with the pictures that my parents bought an additional wedding album for themselves. Rob Medina is the best!!

I just want to say that Rob Medina was our photographer for our recent wedding on November 7, 2008. Me and my husband were so happy with him and his work that we would recommend him to anyone. We are looking forward to asking Rob to shoot our family photos after the holidays. Thank you for everything Ron everyone loves the photos and i can't wait to see the finished album once we decide on the pictures which could take a while since they are all so wonderful!

I used Medina Photography in November of 2008 for my fall themed wedding. He did our engagement pictures in a national park in PA and I am planning a celebrate the dress session with him in the spring. He is a very down-to-earth, honest, professional individual who I would highly recommend to anyone for wedding photography. His pictures are artistic and beautiful and he captured so many emotions on that day. I love that there are so many pictures of my husband and I just being "us" instead of being posed. It was extremely important to us to have the rights to our pictures and Rob agreed with our feelings.

I would recommend Medina Photography to any bride looking for a professional photographer who produces a very high quality of work for a reasonable price. There are so many things to worry about during wedding planning, and if you hire Medina Photography, your photos will not be one of them! I really enjoyed working with Rob and his wife Lara. My wedding photos are fantastic and I owe it all to Medina Photography.

What can I say? Rob and his assistant was AWESOME. Although Rob's located in NJ, we were able to get him to travel down to DC for the e-pic and the wedding in Woodbridge. Rob was professional but not stuffy, flexible, laid back, responsive, dependable and awesome at what he does. You can definitely tell that he LOVES his job. He was also fast with his processing and had the proofs up on his website a week after the wedding. The pictures he took are worth every $ you spend. I highly recommend Medina Photography!

Rob was amazing. I recommend him to everyone. His customer service skills are unmatched and his report with the entire bridal party was perfect and so laid back. He even got my brother to smile! Now that's an accomplishment! And most of all, his photos were the highest quality for the best price. He uses different lenses and different lighting to get the best shots. But he was so quick and invisible the day of the wedding that I didn't even realize he was there!

We were impressed the second we viewed Rob Medina's previous work. We decided on the spot to have him as our photographer. He is professional with a personal touch. He caught moments that we will cherish forever. Him and his assisant were evreywhere throughout our wedding and reception, but were never in the way of us or our guests. I would strongly recommend him to anyone. His work is worth every cent and more.

Rob was a wonderful photographer. When I viewed his work online, I knew his style and photographs were the exceptional quality, and photojournalistic style I was looking for. His professionalism was over the top, and I would recommend him to ALL. He was unobtrusive, I only noticed him a few times at the reception, and actually didn't see him during the ceremony, yet he was everywhere- recording everything in pictures (Each one, its own work of art).
I could not believe how quick his turn around time was, within a week I was looking over all the precious, once-in-a-lifetime moments he captured so beautifully!
Its been over a year, and I still look at my photos on a daily basis. My friends and family agree, I could not have chosen a more talented photographer than Rob Medina!
