AWESOME! is one word that sums it up! I even had Mandy(one of the owners) at my reception! Even though I hired her and her team to do chair covers...she had THREE on site consults with me to help with centerpieces and favors! We picked style and color and she made sure I was happy. My guests LOVED her work and already I sent two referrals! The hotel where I had my reception(the Double Tree) even commented on her and her entire staff on their professionalism. THANKS FOR MAKING MY DAY PERFECT!! ;)

I used Mandy for my wedding in July. She not only did my chair covers and overlays..but centerpieces. I actually sent her a $100.00 Visa gift card as I feel we did not pay her enough!!!! She was so accomadating. My venue would not let us in until Sat am. But she talked the owner into letting us in Friday. Also, she and her staff were so responsive. I never waited more than 2 hours for a return call or email. And I added 15 people to my guest list at the last minute. She prepared them and did not even charge us! `I would recommend Litteirni Linens, Mandy and her staff to anyone! In fact..My maid of honor is using her in October!

The only thing I have to say is "WONDERFUL"! Mandy provided beautiful chair covers for our wedding and everything she did was in a professional way. I would, and have, recommend her services. Thanks again Mandy!

Mandy did my wedding this past May. I got referred to her through a friend who was going to be using her for her wedding in the summer. I spoke to Mandy through emails and she was timely in replying back. A week before my wedding, however Mandy said she wouldnt be able to get my table overlays to the reception site till the morning of the wedding as well as the 250 chair covers she was to do also. I was doing my own centerpieces and the overlays needed to be on the tables for Friday when we set up. I decided to have Mandy mail me the overlays and I would just put them on myself. She told me the overlays would be ready to go and wouldnt even need ironed. needless to say the overlays were a disaster and I spent 4 1/2 hours steaming 25 overlays the day before my wedding. She was also to do my chair covers and although she said she couldnt be at the reception site till Saturday, she showed up Friday afternoon to put the chair covers on...hmm maybe she was too lazy to steam the overlays and that's is why she said she coudlnt do them Friday and I would have to? I had already left the reception site on Friday before she had gotten there so I wasn't able to question her. The next day when I showed up to reception I was so upset how bad the chairs looked. We had ivory satin chair covers and brown satin sashes. the chair covers were incredibly wrinkled and looked sloppy. The sashes just hung off the chairs and were not even neatly tied. They looked like she threw them on and tied them in a knot. Needless to say I had already paid her and didn't have time to complain. my friend (who booked her for this summer) was at my wedding and was horrified what they looked like. She too had already paid so she just made sure she told Mandy to spend a little extra time on hers and make sure they were ironed and well put togetehr for hers. Well my friends wedding arrived and the chair covers were wrinkled, shoe marks on them, food stains on the chair covers and overlays. Mandy told my friend she would stay and iron the chair covers but ended up leaving after only doing two of them. My friend called to complain and got bitched out by Mandy. DO NOT USE this woman. Although she is cheaper than most places, you get what you pay for!
