I had the most amazing beautiful wedding at Tyler Gardens with the help of Open Aire Affairs and Newtown Party Rental. Rae was amazing with helping coordinate everything I could have possibly asked for. Tyler Gardens was the perfect setting for our Garden Wedding. My new husband and I loved all of our options. Newtown Party Rental helped us with our tent and all the rentals we needed for our pre-wedding celebrations. They had everything I could possibly want for both events.

We ordered a tent with tables and chairs for my son's 13th birthday party. We had a wonderful experience with the office women and the drivers.
Any questions they answered everything promptly. I would recommend them to everyone that needs any amazing tents, chairs and tables.

When we put our order in they informed us of the different lighting and recommendations.

They were fantastic in every way! We were even able to get a second tent when the weather wasn't looking so good. The chevron runners were a big hit! Excellent job.

I rented a cotton candy machine from them and when I initially did my rental, they never told me that they changed their location. My husband went to their Newtown location (which is what was stated on my rental contract) to find out they are no longer located there. There was a note on the door with a new address. If I know they changed their address, I would have never rented from them because it was out of my way. When he arrives at the new location, staff was rude, including the owner. They said it was not their fault we didn't know they changed their location. Not sure how they don't think it's their fault, especially since every email I got from them and my rental agreement did not have a change of address. The piece of equipment that I rented from them, was a faulty equipment. It would not work while it was in their cotton candy stand. We had to take it out of the stand and use it on the table, so I wasted money on a stand that was not able to be used. Pieces of rubber broke within the machine while the cotton candy was being made and got stuck in the cotton candy. I addressed all my issue to them, and they brushed it off and don't want to take accountability for their mistakes or their faulty equipment. Needless to say, I will never do business with them again, and I suggest other people find somewhere else to rent equipment from, because if there is a problem, they will not do anything.

Well, to start today they were scheduled to pick up the 60x20 foot tent in my in laws backyard and NO ONE SHOWED not did we get a call about rescheduling a pick up.

Now let's get to the fun part.

I'm a bride...setting up my own wedding....did the decor...rented out farmtables from Barnes Farmtables and they are GREAT by the way....food vendors...bought my own tent lights to install (they were 600 through Newtown Party Rental and I bought them through Amazon for 125 and got zip ties and installed myself). Anyway the tent had a deposit in June and now it's 4:27pm...less than 48 hours to my wedding day and 3 minutes before Newtown Party Rental closes...a few hours til they are scheduled to install...I have my vendors ready, hired help to hang lights etc....and the manager EMAILED me at 4:27 pm to say they weren't coming.

3 minutes before they left.
My phone number IS ON THE INVOICE.
Needless to say...I sent and left them a perfect response as a Bride needing her 1700 tent.

Well...they called at 820am the next day. The woman on the phone was a perfect example of someone who clearly hates their job. She told me "You should be happy we will be out at some point today, we were out til.10pm last night and needed to reschedule installs and you are the only one who has an issue...so why don't I just CANCEL YOUR TENT."

Cancel the tent? Ohhhh...for MY WEDDING IN LESS THAN 48 HOURS???

Breathe....just breathe....

There is more.

She then proceeded to tell my future husband she was told to just send an email and to tell his wife to get over it. That she wishes him luck dealing with me.

I asked for the managers information and was told she can not give it out...but to email Newtown Customer Service.....

Well...again my tent is still in the yard.
I will never recommend this company...ohhh and Ambler magazine came out to photograph my wedding...and I gave all the props of the big tent to Party On Rentals. I rented a 2nd tent from them@
