Liberty Event Rentals

This was my first time using Liberty Event Rentals and they were great! Their team was super helpful when selecting the perfect rentals for our event. They were very organized, got back to us right away to answer all our questions, and made the setup super easy. The rentals were high quality, looked brand new, and we couldn’t have been happier with them. I highly recommend the string lights for an event! Will definitely be using their services again in the future. Highly recommend to everyone!

I would recommend Liberty Event Rentals for all of your wedding/party planning needs. We had looked at other rental places prior to visiting Liberty Event Rentals, and the fees for delivery/setup were exuberant. When we popped into Liberty, we knew immediately that we would be renting from them. They had exactly what we were looking for and the pricing was reasonable. Due to the timing/travel required for our wedding, we needed to pick up our items a day earlier than the contract indicated and they allowed us do to this at no extra charge. They are professional, affordable, and the process for picking up/dropping off was seamless! Everything was ready for us and set out when we arrived and they even helped us to load our car, then again helped us to unload on the day of drop off!

Avoid using this company. I placed an order with Liberty for my outdoor wedding. I ordered 2 tents, a tent heater, 4 tent side walls, and a dance floor.

On the day of the event, Liberty delivered and set-up the tents and dance floor but did not provide the heater and side walls. It was not until I arrived at the venue, 2 hours before the wedding ceremony, that I saw the items were missing. They did not notify me that those items would not be arriving. They were nearly impossible to get in contact with on the day of and prior to the event. The owner, Chris, offered no solution or explanation. I've been trying to contact regarding a refund for weeks and they have not responded after multiple follow ups.
