Hanoush was in the mall, across from Kay Jewelers. We went in to both and were sold by the price at Hanoush as well as the nice customer service we received. We ordered a band that they did not have in the store and it came in on time and was the exact right fit. When I came back in to pick it up, the salesman remembered me and got me the ring immediately.

We used the Hanoush in Enfield, Ct and they were exceptional. They were so fabulous that I would never go elsewhere to buy jewerly. My husband was so pleased with the engagement ring process with them and they were fabulous for wedding bands. I can not recomend them highly enough. They made sure that mine got sized perfectly and really helped my husband find a ring he is comfortable in! They have Great quality, they are honest, trustworthy and they whenever I stop in they check my ring(s) and clean them and they have a great warranty program (which I have on top of insurance) they are just fabulous! We will never buy jewerly anywhere else!

Hanoush jewelers really took care of us. I found a great band to match my unique ring and they happily switched the stones for a perfect match at no charge. We were so happy with the respect, timely service and value that I returned to purchase a wedding day gift for my husband and would go back again.

Cost was a little to high we received a few phone calls a month about sales and upgrades was a little annoying.

They quoted us the incorrect price originally on the wedding band but did not inform us until after we had signed the sales slip. They had the gaul to tell us we would have to pay more even though we had a price quote in writing and had already made the down payment. (Now keep in mind, before we agreed on a price I specifically asked if the price they were quoting would cover the ring we were interested in.)My husband refused and demanded that the manager grant us our original price which we were expressedly told he RELUCTANTLY did.

We did not have the best experience with the Hanoush in Holyoke. Then tryed to go to another store to get it straightened out and they are franchised so they would not help us.

The salesperson understood my desire to not have a diamond ring, and helped me find a stone that I liked. She had great suggestions and I found a perfect ring. They sized it for free, and we got it on sale.
