Above and beyond the BEST of the best!! Our DJ ryan Brooks was AMAZING!! The whole process with owner Chris was easy and the level of customer service is great! The flow of the night couldn't of been better. Ryan went with the flow of the crowd, even finding soundbytes and songs that I though would be impossible. DEFINITELY consider DJ on the side before anyone else!! You won't regret it!! You guys rock :)

Amazing! We had Mike and Tommy and they were fantastic! Chris's wife was there to and she worked well with my DOC. I would highly, highly recommend DJ on the Side to anyone. Long after the wedding was over, we were still recieving comments on how great Tommy did. He played a great variety of music and mixed some things too! Chris actually met with us and helped us put together the schedule for the reception, which helped me a lot! My only complaint was that I wished Mike had called me more than two days before the day to discuss names and schedules. Otherwise, this was such a positive experience.

DJ on the Side was so wonderful to work with. They made it easy to make our music selections and were very accomodating. After meeting with the owner, he picked the DJ whom he thought best fit what type of reception we wanted and he nailed it on the head! We couldn't have asked for a better DJ company and high reccomend booking with them for your wedding or other event.

Chris and Jim at DJ on the Side were absolutely fantastic! They helped so much in the planning leading up to the wedding and were always extremely prompt with responses to any of our questions. Jim did such a great job at the wedding and he really knew how to keep the party going. They are extremely professional and really know there stuff! We would recommend them to anyone!

Chris DJ'ed our wedding and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend. We gave him a list of the songs we liked and everything he played fit our taste. So many of my friends have horror stories about spending the night reeling in their DJ. We had none of that. Can't say enough good things about them!

Chris from DJ on the Side was fantastic! From the moment we met with him we knew that this company was perfect for our reception. He was wonderful at making suggestions for our reception as well as the ceremony. Anytime we had a question, he quickly responded by phone or email. I found owner Chris Phillps to be incredibly responsive, professional and accomodating. Our DJ Ryan Brooks was outstanding! He was the perfect combination of fun and professional. He made the majority of music selections based on a couple of request that we made and it fit perfectly with the wedding, our style and our guests.

Chris and his team are FABULOUS! I must thank them immensely for their ability to be flexible and helpful during our wedding day. When we had venue problems, Cammie and Jim were right there making sure everything was setup and ready given the impending threat of rain. Also, Cammie was great at directing the family members, bridesmaids and me to walk down the aisle. Jim was perfect throughout the reception and was even able to change up the timeline a bit for us when we decided to do dinner a bit earlier than we initially thought. He kept the room dancing all night and I truly didn't want to end. Even better my now husband was on the floor all night with me. Their website, their quick responses and their great price make this a company to use for all your events!

We worked with Chris for our wedding, and we're both so thrilled we made such an excellent choice. Chris was always available to answer our questions when we had them before the wedding and put any reservations or worries I had to rest. He was frank, easygoing and very professional.
The DJ on the Side website is really easy to use and a lot of fun. They've posted songs that other couples have used, which we found very helpful whenever we were stuck.
At the wedding, he was perfect. The introductions were a breeze and the music during dinner was exactly what we had wanted. He even helped out the best man during his speech! At the reception, he played the best music. All of my friends have told me that they've never had so much fun as they did at ours, and I can easily say that 95% of that was because of Chris. There was never an empty dance floor, and everyone was dancing the night away. I couldn't recommend Chris and DJ on the Side any more.

Andy and I have had the best experience with DJ on the Side! When inquiring about availability, an e-mail was sent within 24 hours with information. With our hectic schedules and living on the Eastern Shore, Chris was accommodating on when and where to meet for our first meeting. He was great with understanding our needs and choosing the right DJ for us. Andy and I loved that we were able to go online and fill out a timeline of what will happen during the night and especially enjoyed adding favorite songs to be played during the reception. Cammie was such a pleasure talking to on the phone and via e-mail. And what can we say about our DJ Mike? We loved him! We could not have asked for anyone better. Mike went beyond his duties. It rained during our outdoor reception and for safety reasons had to stop the music. When the rain finally stopped, Mike went on to play the night away. We never expected him to continue playing over his allotted time but he did. His actions spoke so much about his character and the quality of DJs that Chris has on his team. I have had so many people come up to me after the reception telling me that they had such a great time and that they've never danced so much in their whole entire life! I would highly recommend DJ on the Side for your special day!
