We used Deckci Decor for our chair rentals. The pricing was amazing. The staff was wonderful to work with. They were very accommodating!The chair covers themselves were perfect! They were easy to put on, not slippery, and looked very classy.

I got about 170 black chair covers with white satin sashes and 16 black table runners from deckci decor. I have nothing bad to say about it. They looked beautiful and they were very easy to work with. They were the least expensive place I could find for rentals. I decided pretty last minute to do the table runners and they had no problem with that. I would highly recommend them!

I’vI worked with Angie and I have nothing but great things to say! Their prices are fantastic and they are just a wonderful company to work with. When we were forced to back out of a contract and lose our deposit with another linen company due to questionable business practices, Angie was super nice and helpful and offered to give us 10% off our chair covers and sashes in order to help with the added expense of losing out on money from our last vendor. At 15 months out from my wedding, she sent us swatches of sash colors within 24 hours of me asking what the colors looked like. After just getting out of a stressful situation with an unreliable vendor, Angie was a breath of fresh air!
The chair covers and sashes were exactly as we wanted. No complaints :-)

Deckci Decor did a wonderful job providing chair covers for my wedding at Edinburgh Golf Course. The added touch made the room come together. Angie was very prompt in answering e-mails throughout the process and remained professional from start to finish. Decki Decor was wonderful! With only a week and a half left before the wedding, the other linen company we signed a contract with went out of business and did not honor the contract. SO, we looked for a linen rental company and found Decki Decor. Angie the owner responded immediately to my email asking if she could help us. She was very flexible - especially considering there was less than 2 weeks left before our wedding. We had beautiful linens at the reception and the price was reasonable. If you are looking for a place to do linen rentals, I would highly suggest Decki Decor!

I was very pleased with the linens and how they looked at our reception. Main issues: We were only able to pick up our linens in the morning or late afternoon they were not very accommodating. You can only pay with cash or check so it was difficult to make my final payment as I didn't live close. Just less than one week later I received an email stating we owed $30 because they couldn't get a 1x1 foot stain out. Never did we even know we had such a large stain. The most upsetting part was how I was treated after they found the stain. One of the owners repeatedly emailed me stating how all of our linens were filthy and she wouldn't back down. We spent over $600 in linen rentals which apparently isn't very much to them as we were treated terribly over a $30 stain. I hate leaving negative reviews but I am still just sick to my stomach with how we were treated.

We are very disappointed to see a negative review from this client. She was very pleasant to work with and only expressed disappointment with our services after being invoiced for one damaged linen. Our terms and conditions (which can be found on our website and are provided to every client) do state that we only accept cash or check, and this client never communicated with us that she had issues with this policy. Additionally, this client did not request an after-hours pick-up. We do often accommodate after-hours pick up requests, but this client did not request such an appointment – nor did she express any difficulty picking up the linens at the time she selected for her pick-up. The initial email that informed her of the damaged linen did not state anything about the cleanliness of her linens. Only after she disputed the possibility of the damage by stating her family had inspected the linens prior to returning them, did we mention that the linens were very dirty which is likely why the stain was missed. We also stated that it is not unusual for linens to be dirty when they are returned, as we did not intend to make her feel her linens were unordinarily dirty. This was not a typical stain – Deckci deals with a variety of stains after every event, 99% of which we can remove. The stain this client was invoiced for was a large approximately 1ft x 1ft area that had bright green chewing gum smashed into it. She was provided with the opportunity to see the damage for herself, which she declined. Unfortunately, as a small business that strives to keep its prices affordable we must require clients to replace any items damaged, which is standard and is communicated to every client prior to contracting with us. Our rate of necessary replacements is quite low, and we take pride in handling any issues that occur as professionally as we can. Deckci Decor was great to work with. Although it didn't seem like they had a ton of selection, their prices could not be beat. They were extremely flexible and even let me take a chair cover home with me to test them out on one of the chairs at my venue. If you are doing your own pick ups and drop-offs make sure to count the items when you pick them up and again when you return them. We lost one of ours and (per the contract) had to pay eight times the rental cost. I'm sure this is pretty standard in the business, but it still takes a bite out of your budget. I would recommend Deckci.

I did a lot of searching and found Deckci Decor gives the best rate on chair cover rentals. I really like the look of their 'scuba fit' chair covers. They came and set everything up and I didn't have to worry about a thing. The only con with this place is that it is cash or check only.

Deckci Decor offers many rental items and wedding planning services. I only used them for chair cover rental and set up.
I used the soft ivory chair covers with burgundy organza sashes. Everything was clean, pressed, and set up exactly as I asked earlier than promised. I found out after the wedding that they helped our groomsmen pin on boutonnieres since they were wandering around clueless while the chair covers were being set up. The value for cost is exceptional - about half the price of other vendors I talked to!
