I actually went to the one in Terre Haute, IN. They were excellent. I picked out the dresses I like and then they helped me get them on and gave me little tips. It was incredible when I finally found my dress.

I bought my dress at Davids. It was very nicely priced and my consultant was terrific. I went in on a weekday so I had plenty of attention!! They did great! They pressed and steamed my dress for free before the wedding. I didnt need any alterations!

I loved the way that the plus sze dress collection had pieces that made myself and my bridal party feel beautiful.

I didn't have much issues with my dress, but their helpfulness was lacking at times. My biggest issues was with one of my bridesmaids.
They made her dress wrong and told her that nothing was wrong it. they told her she could get i alterned and it would be fine but they didn't have any openings so she would have to go somewhere else. She took it elsewear and they tried to fix it but did not work. she took it back to davids along with pictures of the other dresses and they then said she could by another dress, she told them it was their fault. After lots of complaining they said she could go back to their alteration and have them fix it but she would have to pay for it. why they didnt do that the first time I dont know. I was very unhappy with the whole situation.

My only complaint was issues with dying the shoes and my bustle broke immediately after we tied the dress up. Davids Bridal made it up to me by fixing it, cleaning and preserving the dress. Loves the bridesmaid dresses and would recommend their shop to all brides.

We went to Davids Bridal for my bridal dress only. I wanted to get one of the $99 dresses but I found one for $649 on sale for $400. I couldnt pass it up! I got a clover ribbon to go around my waist too. It looked amazing!! It fit perfectly! No alterations at all which is hard to find with my larger chest and smaller waist! I am so thankful I found the perfect dress for the perfect day!!

David's Bridal was very helpful when choosing a dress. Alterations were a little pricey and had to have them re-do them a few times due to things missed the first time around. Also, appoitment options for alterations are very limited.

David's Bridal in Indianapolis had exactly what I wanted. They were VERY busy everytime I went into the store, but I was still able to walk out with the beautiful gown I dreamed of! Thank you

Make an appointment and make it for a weekday. Can't do anything in the Castleton store without an appointment. Weekends are CROWDED and NOISY! I found that overall service from the consultants were good and professional. Value is awesome! The alterations department is extremly high priced with no flexiblity. Make your appointment for alternations as ealy as possible. I had an August wedding. I bought my gown in March and they told me to call and make an apptment for alterations in May. I did this but was not able to see alterations until end of June. Alterations were not complete until July 29th. Just in time for my August 6th wedding. Alterations were perfect but if they hadn't have been, not sure there would have been time before my wedding date.

My dress was goregous. The price was reasonable and the employee were friendly.

Customer service is a DISASTER at davids bridal. Appointments were "lost", I was told I have to wait 45 minutes when I had an appointment, the seamstress was unavailable on the day I made my appointment with her, sales people were pushy and rude, I was asked to move to several new mirrors when I was trying on dresses (ruined the "moment"), and I was totally frustrated. The dress I got I loved though, and it was only $600 after alterations. I guess you get what you pay for. They LACK seriously in people skills. So unprofessional.

I got my dress for only 350!!! They were amazing there...the only problem I had was my alterations were a little off. They were supposed to tighten some of the beads and forgot and were supposed to steam my dress and never did so I had to take it some where else.

I did not get my dress from David's because I was so offended when I went in there and looked. My consultant insisted that I could only fit in the plus size dresses even after I told her my dress size (because I had been shopping for dresses before). Once we started trying on dresses, she realized I was correct and put me in the correct, non-plus size dresses. I was thoroughly dissappointed with the service I was given. However, I did get my bridal party's dresses from Davids, because they had the color I wanted and a wide variety of dress styles. I would reccoomend them for bridesmaids dresses. If you want a cheap wedding dress and want to be treated terrible, then go for a dress.

You could not force me to go in that place ever again. They are rude, don't care about their customers, and don't try to call them. I waiting on hold to speak with the manager for over thirty minutes. I finally hung up.

My bridesmaids got all of their dresses from David's Bridal in Indy so the colors would all be the same. We also bought some bags and my head piece there. However, the sales representatives tend to be pushy, rude, stuck up, and incredibly unhelpful. When we bought the various bags for my bridesmaids we called around looking for them at David's Bridals all over the states of Indiana and Michigan because they were on clearance. Every David's Bridal agreed to look for the bags without the number aside from the one in Indy. They were just rude and one representative treated one of my bridesmaids, who happened to have a tighter budget, horribly. She was very rude to her and treated her as if she shouldn't be buying a dress if she can't afford to spend upward of $300. I was very, very displeased when we left and SO happy I did not buy my gown there. I am highly unimpressed with their service.

My consultant, Allie, at Davids Bridal near Castleton, was AWESOME. She listened to my wants/needs and helped me find a dress that was perfect for me. She was interactive and not pushy. I only had to try on three dresses and I picked the first one I tried on. They have dresses for all price ranges and sizes. Everyone was helpful and quick to respond. I also selected my bridesmaids and mothers' dresses from here. They had a great selection and the price was reasonable for the dresses. They even offer discounts if you get your wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses from them.
