I had nothing but false promises for my wedding with this company. Tall tales of a perfect wedding fell flat when nothing was as it was supposed to be. I could hardly enjoy my wedding, since I was noticing everything was wrong, and no effort was made to correct any of it. Looking back at my wedding brings me to tears, knowing how much money we spent for the perfect day and for the planner to ensure it was just so, and how I could have done better myself.
The final straw was that the day of the wedding, the planner offered my husband and I a gift of a videographer. 6 months later, we are still waiting for the video and the planner is telling my husband and myself two different stories. Turns out the "gift", was not really a gift and that the videographer was there to make a promotional video for Cre8ad8. Since it was a test video, no compensation was given to the videographer, apparently there is no rush to give us our video. Great gift..... Still waiting. I warn anyone to not use this company unless you have an amazing budget, because your importance and value is based on your checkbook. If you want to look back at your wedding with happy memories DO NOT USE Cre8ad8!
