  We LOVE Ashley and Classic City Confections!

  Ashley knocked it out of the park on our wedding day! She was so easy to work with and truly helped us make our vision for our cake come to life. Ashley made a Lambeth-style cake/cupcakes for our wedding and the final designs were INCREDIBLE. And the cake was delicious, too! We were so glad to have a few leftover pieces and cupcakes after our wedding day. We highly recommend Ashley and Classic City Confections for your wedding/event!

  Delicious. Responsive. Flexible

  Ashley was great to work with, and her desserts were incredible! She made us a chocolate/vanilla swirl gluten-free cake that knocked our socks off during our cake-cutting. We were kicking ourselves for not taking the leftovers after the reception. Ashley was easy to get in contact with and was very responsive. We are looking forward to getting our anniversary cake from her!

  Classic City Confections is Amazing!!!

  Ashley @ Classic City Confections was AMAZING to work with! She made my wedding cake and 3 separate grooms cakes & completely nailed my vision. She was super easy to work with, very communicative and professional & the cakes were SO good. I’m beyond impressed with her skills & would totally recommend her company to anyone looking for an awesome cake!

  The best wedding cakes!

  Ashley is such a joy to work with and makes such delicious and beautiful cakes! We ordered a wedding cake and a groom's cake for our rehearsal dinner and both were fantastic. We went with two flavors for our wedding cake, Italian cream cake in one layer and strawberry with strawberry filling for the other two layers. On the administrative side she’s very responsive to emails, and the contract and payment process was easy. We can’t wait for our anniversary to enjoy another cake from Ashley!

  Excellent choice!

  Ashley made our cake for our 9/12/20 wedding. My husband and I were happy with the many different flavor options that she had available, and the cake design was exactly what we wanted! Unfortunately, our anniversary cake was ruined en route to the wedding venue. When Ashley heard about this, she offered to make us a replacement anniversary cake free of charge. Such a kind and thoughtful gesture! My husband and I just celebrated our first anniversary and got to enjoy our new anniversary cake! It was delicious! Thank you, Ashley!

  I do not have enough good words to say about this company or Ashley King. My client wanted a birthday cake for her wedding and Ashley delivered the most perfect cake for the occasion. I knew it would be a tricky cake to pull off structurally and of the numerous bakers I reached out to Ashley made me feel by far the most secure in trusting her with the task. Boy am I glad I did as she pulled it off beautifully! I am still getting comments from guests about how much they loved the cake and how stunning it was. You are in great hands with Ashley!

  Order extras!

  We did a comparison cake tasting with several vendors prior to booking and Classic City Confections was unanimously our families' favorite - hands down. Ashley created a beautiful interpretation of our ideas & the cake tasted amazing. Every guest wanted leftovers, so I'd highly recommend ordering extra! (*photo credit June Bird Photography)

  Our Cake was Stunning!

  Ashley made an absolutely STUNNING cake for us! It turned out exactly as I envisioned and it was much larger than the picture I gave her for inspiration! The cake not only looked amazing, it tasted good as well! She was such a nice person to meet and work with. You won't be disappointed. Ashley really made our dreams come true!

  Cakes are beautiful and delicious! She is super flexible and responsive. We requested a layered chocolate chip cookie cake for our grooms cake since the groom does not like cake, and she nailed it! So cute and delish--we got so many compliments on the cookie cake:) book her!

  So I did not do the traditional cake for my wedding instead we did cake pops with a single layer cake on top. It was a TOTAL HIT!! We had no left overs of cake. The cake pops were AMAZING!!! We had red velvet and chocolate and a vanilla single layer cake on top. The single layer was really for pictures so we could have pictures of us "cutting" the cake. Our guests were extremely pleased with the cake pops, plus when people are drinking they tend not to want to eat an entire piece of cake ( I have been to several weddings where I see most of the cake thrown away). Ashley is awesome and very professional! One thing I really loved about working with Ashley is that she is quick to reply and gets all the details in advance.. okay well that was two things.. lol She will tailor the cake/cake pops to fit perfectly in your wedding. Thank you Ashley! The cake and cake pops were awesome! I might just have to order some more for a random event one day. :)

One big fear was winding up with too much cake and she was very helpful on how much to order and prevented us from ordering much more than we needed. She also tweaked her carrot cake recipe to make it more like what we had in mind and was very accommodating with delivering versions of cakes to my mom (I planned the wedding cross-country) to make sure everything was delicious.

  Ashley was absolutely amazing! My new husband and I were SO pleased with the wedding cake and grooms cake that she made for our recent wedding. Not only did the cakes look wonderful, they tasted incredible! We were getting compliments all night, and devoured the leftovers we had from the wedding. She was very thorough in sitting down with us for a tasting to ensure she understood exactly what we wanted. I even added on the grooms cake at a later date as a surprise. She was able to create an amazing cake, that was exactly what I wanted, with just the few pictures and e-mails I sent over. And I cannot say it enough...these cakes are DELICIOUS!! We did alternating layers of chocolate and vanilla cake with vanilla bean icing for the wedding cake and then a coconut and chocolate cake for the grooms cake. My mouth is still watering! Ashley also provides a fantastic value and was very respectful of working with our budget. There is no better choice for a wedding cake than Classic City Confections!
