From the very beginning, the experience of designing our cake was so personal and exciting, and that’s why choosing Cakes by Darcy was an easy decision. They took the time to understand our vision and delivered the most delicious, fresh, and beautiful cake we could have imagined. Our guests are still talking about it, and we honestly couldn’t get enough of our cake topper. It was truly unforgettable.

Our wedding cake was beautiful and so yummy! I was a little nervous, as I wasn't sure if I had done a good job conveying my vision with Kelly very well (when you're making a million wedding decisions, some things get pushed to the back burner!) But when a bridesmaid peeked in and snapped a photo of our cake to show me before the wedding, I'm pretty sure I literally squealed. It was perfect! Kelly took a thought and a box of decorations I handed her and made it into a (delicious) work of art. Thanks Kelly!

We wanted a beautiful non-traditional wedding cake that would delight our guests at our Russian-American wedding. Natalya and her team specialize in chocolate creations and stunning cakes for all occasions. I don't think there is anything they can't do! We had a beautiful three-layer cake that was not a typical wedding cake: it was much lighter, with layers of white chocolate mousse (like the texture of flan) and the outside was coated not in nasty fondant, but in blissful, beautiful, and, most importantly, tasty white chocolate shell. The outside was then airbrushed into a beautiful dark blue to light blue to white ombre and decorated with real white orchids. I was very impressed and my guests told me it was the best wedding cake they had ever had. It was gone in minutes. Literally. Because it actually tasted amazing! Thank you Natalya and Chef Brulee for our beautiful cake!

I actually hired blushing berries for my wedding reception! The strawberries and sweets that were provided were absolutely amazing. Not to mention the great customer service I received, the owner was very helpful and was willing to answer any concerns that I may have had. I will definitely tell my friends about blushing berries and they will definetly cater all of my sweets for all of my events! Thanks again! Nicole

Bought a groom's cake from Custom Cakes and were extremely pleased. My son-in-law was thrilled with the Georgia Bulldog cake and he and my daughter are both big Georgia fans. The cake was delicious and delivered on time to or venue. I would highly recommend this bakery.
