We wanted a beautiful non-traditional wedding cake that would delight our guests at our Russian-American wedding. Natalya and her team specialize in chocolate creations and stunning cakes for all occasions. I don't think there is anything they can't do! We had a beautiful three-layer cake that was not a typical wedding cake: it was much lighter, with layers of white chocolate mousse (like the texture of flan) and the outside was coated not in nasty fondant, but in blissful, beautiful, and, most importantly, tasty white chocolate shell. The outside was then airbrushed into a beautiful dark blue to light blue to white ombre and decorated with real white orchids. I was very impressed and my guests told me it was the best wedding cake they had ever had. It was gone in minutes. Literally. Because it actually tasted amazing!
