  Carly was incredible! She did our engagement shoot and our wedding day. She is a true professional and with a big wedding party like ours being able to wrangle everyone and get them to different locations for pictures was is a true skill. You can tell she loves what she does and is truly passionate about taking amazing pictures. She not only made me feel calm during the day but helped us stay on time and make sure we had all the shots we wanted. She has an incredible eye for light. She helped us both feel natural and relaxed which made our pictures come out beautifully. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She does an amazing job and makes sure you feel comfortable. We are so happy she was there to capture our special day.

  Carly made my husband and I feel so relaxed and comfortable from the moment we met. She kept us laughing through our engagement shoot. Before our wedding day, she scouted out the best places near our chapel to take our portraits. We have the most stunning, special, personal, authentic wedding photos I've ever seen. Many people have commented on them in our home. Do NOT skimp out on your wedding day photography. Hire Carly. She's worth every penny.

  I can't say enough about Carly. She has this vision that amazes me. She has the ability to capture moments and emotions in photos like I've never seen. She also has an uncanny ability to just "get" people within minutes of meeting them. She becomes friends with her clients and gets to know them, which I think is so important. She is creative, fun, incredibly professional, and just an all-around wonderful person. She spent the ENTIRE day with us, capturing thousands of photos, and she just fit right in. I have not seen the photos yet because it has only been 2 weeks, but I have no doubt they will be stunning, as our engagement pictures blew me away. Thanks for everything Carly, you rock.

  Working with Carly was an absolute delight! Not only was she incredibly professional from start to finish, but her immense talent as a photographer is one for the books. Her seemingly magical ability to capture emotion and joy in her photography has provided us with the most extraordinary (and incredibly dreamy) photographs. We continue to get compliments on our gorgeous engagement and wedding albums. During the wedding day, she managed to be both helpful and present (she might have magical powers, as I’m still amazed at how deftly she got our large families to take such lovely photos so quickly after the ceremony) and she still managed to capture the details of the day. We did a majority of the wedding decorations ourselves, so being able to see all that hard work in the photos is wonderful. Her coverage was superbly thorough, though I never felt her presence obtrusive. We were happy to learn that she’s not the type to thrust a camera in your face while you’re saying your vows, or having your first dance. Instead, she captures the moment organically and lets you experience the wedding day bliss. Still, as you’re looking at your photos later, you’ll wonder how she was able to get so close and truly represent your special, intimate moments. Choosing her as our engagement and wedding photographer was the best decision we made.

  Carly is a joy to work with and will capture your day with gorgeous insight and angles. She is extremely easy going and easy to work with. With her work ethic going beyond our expectations...when she says that she will be there the entire day, she is! I would highly recommend Carly if you truely want photos and art to preserve your day.

  Choosing Carly to be our wedding photographer was first based only on seeing her portfolio, but after meeting her and after our engagement session we realized her true value as a photographer is her! Carly's talent goes so much beyond the incredible images she creates. Her genuine interest in wanting to know us and our story is what made our photographs amazing, because it came through in our images. Our wedding ceremony was just my husband and I atop a mountain, Carly was there to make sure through our pictures our families felt like they were there too (and therefore couldn't be too disappointed they were not :-). Carly is warm, genuine, curious, creative, generous with her time, and will capture every bit of what makes you and your wedding unique.   If I had to pick one favorite vendor from our wedding it would be Carly. I did a ton of research of wedding photographers and Carly's vision and style was exactly what we wanted. After our engagement session my now-husband and I were in total agreement about how amazing she was! She got 2 people who were not used to having cameras in their face from awkward to comfortable. On our wedding day, Carly and her 2nd shooter Jane were incredibly professional and friendly. I don't think I've ever seen anyone so dedicated to her craft! Carly was on the ground taking photos more than once, and once was outside in the snow! Carly is the kind of person that if she wasn't photographing your wedding day, you'd want her dancing by your side with a glass of champagne instead. I cannot recommend her services highly enough!

  Carly is all about capturing the uniqueness of your special day. She was extremely proactive in learning about us as individuals, as a couple and what we considered to be special about our wedding day. We did both our engagement pictures and wedding pictures with Carly, which made it so nice to have pictures of us in similar styles.
  
  She also had a ton of fun ideas for us and wasn't afraid to push the envelope (as long as it fit within our comfort zone.)
  
  Our wedding venue was a chateaux with grand ceilings, a gorgeous staricase and never-ending windows. It also had balconies out front. Every other photographer we saw at this venue did the typical "groom and guys in balcony" shot, etc. Carly was able to see past the obvious shots to really give us photos that were above and beyond our expectations. Yet, she was also able to capture the grandeur of the venue and event through artistic shots to help us remember our day. Some of our favorite shots from the day were not even on the property, but instead in a barren, dirt field across the street. It takes someone with an amazing talent to pull out that vision to produce phenomenal photos.
  
  For her level of work, Carly provides a great value for the cost. We looked at several other photographers with her style and she was able to give us more within our budget. Hiring her to document our wedding day was one of the best decisions we made. I would highly recommend Carly to anyone for engagements and weddings.

  Carly was amazing. She has a unique point of view, an eye for the unusual, yet she covered all the bases, not missing the important wedding shots while doing it all with an artistic bent. She was professional, discreet (we didn't even know she was there) and clearly has a love for this kind of work. Highly recommend.
