I purchased my bridesmaids dresses from Bridal Couture and it was a hassel. I felt like the girls there weren't very interested in making me happy let alone a sale. I'm glad I didn't purchase my wedding dress from here because I wasn't happy with the customer service at all. When the dresses came in I was never called, it was only when I called them because I was getting nervous about the time line, that I even knew they had come in. When I went to have my girls try them on they didn't have them under my name, the bride and I paid for them all, it was under each girls names individually and they had my last name spelled incorrectly.
That being said they were one of the few vendors that had the bridesmaid dresses I wanted, they have a large selection of companies to order dresses from which was great and the dresses were beautiful and exactly what I wanted.
Sometimes there is something to be said for customer service from a chain store, this is definatly the place where Bridal Couture is lacking greatly.

I love this store, they have a great section and very personalized service. I am planning on using them again for our renewal.

Beautiful dresses made out of great material. Dresses looked great. So did the bride's maid dresses. Service was good for me as long as a had a certain girl because the others were not friendly.

I found my dress there on my first day out shopping and it was absolutely gorgeous on my wedding day.

The staff there were so helpful, I would go there again!! I am from Alaska and was visiting friends there in Idaho and we went in looking for bridesmaid's dresses and we ended finding me ANOTHER wedding dress that I love allot more than the one from Davids Bridal. The ladies were so nice, and we didnt even have an appointment. They still treated us as if we had. Definitely a great place to shop. And the dresses are beautiful!!

I purchased everything I could for my wedding attire from Bridal Couture. This included my gown, bridesmaid dresses, veil, and shoes. I was very glad that I chose Bridal Couture especially after having a really bad experience with Davids Bridal. I received a discount for getting all of my accessories from the same place I purchased my gown. They were really nice and always helpful during the 20 or so times I was there. They were very good about being realistic about times my stuff would come in and all that. I was lucky to find my dress in the store, but they don't carry a big selection. If you are getting married, I definitely recommend them, but start early in case you have to order your dress in which takes months.

Beautiful selection.

The is the best bridal shop in Boise. They have the most beautiful selection of dresses, shoes, jewelry. The staff is extremely helpful, gracious and professional. The also have the best seamstress ever. I would use them a dozen times over.

I trusted them to charge my bridesmaids the price they told me and they overcharged them. I had to pick my dresses from a website with another store and hope it would just work out. Very unprofessional.

Bridal Couture caused a lot of unnecessary stress for me. I was planning my wedding from out of state, so I only had one day to pick out my bridesmaids' dresses before leaving the state. They were helpful when I was picking out the dress and when I found just the one I wanted they told me that the dresses were only $100. I even asked them to double check this great price and they confirmed, yes it was $100. Two weeks later when my MOH went to pay for the dress, they charged her $250. I called them several times before I could get a hold of a manager and then they just said that the girl working that day messed up and there was nothing they could do.

This was the first shop I tried for a dress and found the perfect one the first day I went in (1/2 off too!). I was helped by Rosemary who was so nice and extremely helpful. No appointment was required. Their fitting rooms are cute - they have the big mirrors with the pedestal to stand on and seating for family and friends to watch you try the dresses on. The staff was very attentive. They offer a 15% discount on all other items you by from the shop if you purchase your dress from them which we used on the bridesmaids and flowergirl dresses and to rent the tuxedos. Very quick service and they keep you informed on when your dresses and tuxes come in. The pressed my dress and veil at no charge. A great shop for all you wedding attire needs. =)

I would recomend them to anyone that is looking for that last detail, or that hard to
find size you can't just go and get at a department store.

Their staff is very friendly and helpful, without being pushy, which is important to me. I like that this shop isn't a franchise and can offer personal service and unique dresses. I ended up finding my dress on sale for only $70.00.
