Merna is amazing. Prices are great and cant rent accessories.

Overall , I would rate my experience here a 4/5 We not only bought my dress, but rented my husbands tuxedo. They forgot the alteration appointment I had, so it took quite some time to have them get the room and my dress ready. Everytime I went in there she forgot who I was even though she is the only one that works the front, and I was there 2 times a week making payments! Prices were about 1/3 of davids bridal for comparable dresses, however, smaller selection.

Totally so unprofessional and she tells lies....After going in to find my wedding dress and only trying on the dress once,,, I paid for it in full... but now due to the pandemic everything has been cancelled and I called and called , left message after message that I would not be needing the dress anymore and needed a refund.... We need the money to pay our bills at this time and feel that OUr Wedding can be put on hold.
So after many attempts and weeks later I finally get ahold of the owner but she informs me that there are no refunds aND that it states that on my receipt.... Bull crap if it does... that was a lie anD we were never informed of a No refund policy. I argued with her for several minutes telling her of our situation.... I never had the dress altered and only on once..... She ended up hanging up on me.... What poor business practices this is.... I called back and told her I demand my money back immediately or I would be taking further action against this business.... She told me to go ahead.... What a B...… I have no dress and am out quite a bit of money.... are you EVEN kidding me........!!!!!! and I would NEVER ever even wear a dress from her shop Ever or recommend anyone to shop at this place.... The worst experience I ever had with a business and business owner.. Talk about pissing off a Bride.
