The staff at Hart's were amazing! We had a wedding snafu and were panicked - they saved us with a last minute beautiful suit and shoe rental for my groom! Very understandable and compassionate. Definitely would use them again and refer them to my friends!

I got my dress here for an amazing deal!! And they had a great selection. I was looking for a modest dress, which not very many people carry anymore, but they had a wide variety of very pretty modest dresses. They were so helpful and so patient with me when i was trying to decide which dress to buy. The additional services they offer are awesome!! I have thoroughly enjoyed working with them and would go back again if i needed to!

The team at Hart's was supportive, professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I was not a young bride and they did not treat me like a blushing 20 year old or treat me like one. The showed me things that they recommended to look nice on me. My gown is beautiful and it was a wonderful experience.

We ordered my wedding dress as well as my bridesmaids dress from Hart's. I live out of state but am originally from Idaho Falls and they were super helpful when it came to dealing with me over the phone. Since the wedding was also out of state they were very helpful when I needed to get my dad and little brother measured for tuxes and their measurements sent to the tux shop in Washington state.

When I got my dress home we found a snag on it. I called them and they had me bring it back in so they could re-order the dress right away. I'm so glad that I was able to find a shop full of such helpful people!

I decided to order my dress online on a website that said they could provide my gown for me in plenty of time for my wedding. Well lets just say the whole thing turned into a disaster. The dress still hadn't arrived one week before my wedding and I had already paid them $500. I called Hart's Tux and Gowns in Idaho Falls to see if by chance they had anything similar. The girl on the phone was so helpful. She told me to come in that day. I arrived and was happy to find such a good selection of wedding gowns at great prices. I found a dress but it needed a few alterations. They were so great. The crazy thing about all of this is I ordered my dress online in hopes to save money but in the end I found a dress at Hart's comparable to what I bought online plus I had them to help me with arrangeing for alterations, steaming, etc. I wish so bad I just would have gone to this shop first instead of trying to save money. They were huge life savers. Who knows if the internet store will even give me my $500 back. Whatever you do don't order online just go to this shop they will take care of you.

Hart's was amazing. Though I used the store in Casper, not in Idaho, they were wonderful. They made sure to accommodated my needs as I had to travel for my fittings. They made a special alteration to my dress and it looked stunning. My bridesmaids' dresses were beautiful as well and all done through Hart's. The mens' tuxes were dashing and flawless. Everything was ready ahead of schedule and the staff was extremely easy to work with!

Hart's is very professional and makes you feel totally comfortable as you search for the dress of you dreams. They have a full staff ready to assist you (including alterations) and they have a full line of dresses and accessories for you to choose from.

I found a great dress here on their moving sale, and I adore it! They are so respectful and kind, and helped me find exactly what I wanted. I loved the service and how willing they were to work with me on price! My cost is a bit higher than the actual dress (which was only $430, but they have higher price ranges if desired) because I bought a veil also. They have modest dresses and bridesmaid dresses as well!

Great place. I went some other places where the workers were just plain rude and pushy. Here they were pretty friendly and let me take my time.
