Boris played beautiful music at our ceremony. He learned a new song for my bridal entrance, and my husband said it was a great classical guitar remake of the song [I couldn't even hear it over the pounding of my heart :) - oh well.] I also loved his classical remake of the Beatles "In My Life," which my bridal party walked to. It was recognizable and elegant. Boris made this easy on me. We hardly spoke leading up the day and yet he still delivered beautiful ceremony music. My guests loved it. Boris is also a great value. Boris was very friendly, played great music, and was very accommodating. He was very easy to work with by letting us do everything over email after we saw him play once at Porta. He played the music provided by our Cantor as she sang, and occasionally did some announcements.

It seems to get crazy and hectic just before a wedding however, when we went to meet with Boris to discuss some ideas for the music we wanted in our ceremony- all of our concerns, worries, and "what-if's" were put to rest. Boris' relaxed confidence, incredible musical talent and great sense of understanding what "mood" the bride and groom are wanting is exactly what anyone would want. In fact, with only a few days notice of giving him some unusual music we wanted, Boris learned them with precision. We would highly recommend Boris for any venue as his services were beyond our highest expectations.

Boris was great! I loved that he was happy to use some arrangements that varied from his on my ceremony music. We had him play some more "mainstream" music but he can do classical too. I loved his Latin influence so we had him do upbeat Latin music during our cocktail hour. He was so easy going and many of my guest sent compliments our way about his music. He also had a very professional and kind mannerism and seemed to really enjoy what he was doing. I definitely would recommend him for weddings or any engagement. In a word, Boris was simply awesome! His gifted guitar music at both my wedding ceremony and the reception was nothing short of remarkable. He is capable of playing such a broad spectrum of musical styles from flamenco, to classical, to gospel, to popular tunes. Audience members even commented how his refined yet virtuoso performance added so much to our day. He even learned a new song for our ceremony, and it sounded perfect.
