A one hour private wedding cake consultation and tasting is free with every interested wedding customer. You will leave with a sketch of your customized cake and a firm quote.
What are your tasting hours?
We like to hold our consultations on Sundays, or earlier in the week prior to our busy weekends, when we are making wedding cakes! :-)
Describe how you price, such as by slice or by tier, for your cakes?
Cakes are priced by the slice and start at $3.75 per serving.
Does the price include the top tier of the cake?
Yes!
Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
Everything we create at Trifles is customized to meet the needs and tastes of our customers.
What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
We never freeze our cakes and we use fresh creams, fruits, chocolate and more!
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
Baking takes place 24-48 hours before the wedding day, is filled 24 hours in advance and decorated the day of the wedding.
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
On average we prepare 3-5 wedding cakes every weekend.
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
We decorate cakes with fresh flowers provided by the bride's florist.
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
Cake plateaus are provided free of charge to our wedding cake customers.
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
We delivery to the entire metro area. Our delivery fee is calculated as a standard 15% gratuity for set-up and delivery.
