The Sawyer Room is an elegant, historic ballroom in the Mark Twain Tower at 11th and Baltimore located in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. We can accomodate up to 300 people.  You may bring in your own alcohol. We recommend you choose your caterer from our list of hand picked caterers that are licensed and insured. You are allowed to choose your own caterer outside of our list for a $500.00 additional charge, with a separate $500.00 refundable damage deposit. All caterer’s must be licensed and insured.  You are welcome to choose all of your other vendors but, we would suggest choosing off of our list of preferred professionals.
