The Maverick is a new upscale wedding venue located in Kansas City, Missouri. This contemporary space has been purpose-built to provide an ergonomic space ideal for weddings and other events. The minimalist design enables couples to tailor the space to their needs for the big day. With get-ready suites, two event floors, and a trendy bar and dining area, The Maverick welcomes couples to celebrate their entire day in one convenient location. The modern industrial design was developed by leading local architects to create a welcoming space in an ideal location with the potential to transform to suit any unique couple's style.
Facilities and Capacity
Couples can celebrate their day with up to 250 guests for a seated meal or up to 400 for a cocktail-style event. The chic bar can be fully stocked with everything from house beers to premium wines and indulgent signature cocktails. The skilled bartenders know how to create incredible infusions for every guest. Prior to the ceremony, nearly-weds can relax and prepare for the day ahead in either of the get-ready-suites. The Broadway Suite has six beauty stations complete with backlit mirrors, while the Boulevard Lounge is decadently furnished with TVs and other games to enjoy leading up to the event. The two floors of the venue allow couples and their guests a ceremony-to-reception transition that is as smooth as the drinks awaiting them at the bar.
Services Offered
The Maverick provides couples with a list of outside vendors to choose from to enhance their big day. Glassware for the served bar is provided onsite, as well as tables and chairs for the meal service. Setup and clean up for the event are also looked after by venue staff, allowing the couple to relax in luxury both before and after their special day. The venue is ideally located in downtown Kansas City and has ample parking nearby for guests arriving by car. Couples can take advantage of the opulent space for every chapter of their wedding journey, from the engagement party to the rehearsal dinner before the main event.
