The Grafton Inn features 45 individually-decorated rooms in a combination of suites and guests houses, blending its historic atmosphere with modern amenities. During the wedding weekend, guests can indulge in inclusive amenities like morning coffee service, seasonal activities at the outdoor center, use of the fitness center, and daily afternoon refreshments in our main lobby.
Cuisine
Craving a wedding dinner that puts an emphasis on seasonal, farm-to-table ingredients? The Grafton Inn offers the convenience of in-house catering with options for buffet-style, stationed, or plated dinners. The talented team of chefs are happy to create a menu that compliments each couples taste, and gladly caters to dietary restrictions, providing vegan, no pork, organic, and vegetarian options. Bar service is also done in-house and can include a champagne toast, open bar, house beers and wine, signature drinks, and bartending service. As a pretty type A human (with equally type A friends and family!), I know I can be a lot to manage—but Olivia, Roma and Angela never once made us feel like we were too much. They were calm, kind, and incredibly organized. What really stood out was the team’s ability to strike the perfect balance: they gave us full creative control where it mattered most to us, while gently and expertly guiding us in areas that needed a professional hand. That balance created so much trust and allowed us to actually enjoy the process.
The weekend itself was seamless—every detail was executed beautifully. Our guests were blown away by the setting, the service, and how smoothly everything ran. We've received so many compliments, and we owe so much of that to the Grafton team. Being from Vermont, originally, this is a huge compliment.
Thank you for making our wedding not just stress-free, but joyful. Our dearest family and friends were able to take over a picturesque town and experience the wedding weekend of our dreams. We’re so grateful for the care you put into every step, and we can’t wait to come back to Grafton to celebrate future milestones! What truly made our experience exceptional was the incredible support, organization, and care from our event coordinators, Roma and Olivia, throughout the entire planning process and wedding weekend. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless, enjoyable, and exciting.
Even when rain forced us to make the difficult last-minute decision to move our ceremony indoors, Roma and Olivia handled everything with such calmness and professionalism that the transition felt effortless. While it wasn’t what we originally envisioned, the indoor ceremony space was absolutely stunning and ended up feeling perfect for our day. Their experience and reassurance helped us stay present and enjoy every moment. We even got some amazing rain photos that we’ll treasure forever.
Roma and Olivia went above and beyond to make our wedding feel deeply personal, including accommodating meaningful touches like our unity tree ceremony. Every detail was handled with care, and we felt so supported the entire weekend.
Our wedding weekend at Grafton was truly one of the best weekends of our lives. We felt incredibly loved, celebrated, and cared for. Sometimes one gives a special thanks to one or two members of the team, but in this case, I can wholeheartedly endorse ALL of the staff, vendors, and town staff who helped make our elopement perfect. We loved it so much, we made reservations to spend our one year anniversary here.

Olivia and Roma had every single detail under control from start to finish, and their organizational skills along with their calm, strategic approach to everything tremendously reduced our stress and made the planning process so much more manageable than we thought it would be. Every single staff member that we interacted with was so friendly and knowledgeable, and we know that our weekend would not have been nearly as great without their help.
There is absolutely nothing we would change about our decision to get married at the Grafton Inn. The setting is beautiful, the food is spectacular, the staff is outstanding and their service is top notch. The general vibe at and around the Inn is so warm and welcoming, it makes you want to return as soon as you drive away – we’ve already booked our next stay and can’t wait to be back!
