The Old Ribbon Mill is just that - a former ribbon mill. There is an open floor plan offering high ceilings, gorgeous wood floors and lots of windows. Venue space is so versatile - you can have the old world feel, a New York City Loft or anything else you can imagine on this blank canvas!
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
Usage charge is a flat fee.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
We work with Essential Party Rentals and all your needs for the ceremony can be handled with them.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Again with working with Essential Party Rentals a rental package can be setup for all chairs, tables and seating linens. No dance floor is needed due to the gorgeous wood floors.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
This ratio is dependant on the type of event.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
We do not require use of any specific musicians. There is no additional fee for bringing in an outside musician(s).
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
Yes - there is a large lounge/bar area that is included in the rental of The Old Ribbon Mill.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
Yes
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
No
