How much does your service cost?

The cost is $20 per hour.  If you have 10 or more kids, the rate is $40 per hour as there will be 2 providers at your event.  We suggest if you are on a budget and are having kids attend your event, hire us for the busiest part of your reception.  For example, cocktail hour to the time the cake is cut is the busiest time.  If you are having an evening reception, this time would generally be from 6-9p.  We only charge for the time that is used, so if you send us home early or keep us later, you are always paying for the hours worked.

Is there a trip charge?

For events 25 miles away or more, there is a $20 trip charge.

Do you provide meals, cake and goody bags?

If you would like to save money and not pay for kid meals through your vendor (generally $20-40 per plate), we can arrange to bring in dinner for the kids.  Price upon request.  We can also supply cake and ice cream and goody bags as well.

Having a kids table at your wedding is a great idea.  Even if it's a backyard wedding or in a small venue, setting up their own space is important.  It allows them room to sit and color or play games while their parents are eating, dancing and having a good time.  In this economy, you don't want to put the burden of finding a babysitter for the evening on your guests.  Offering childcare at your wedding cuts their expense and increases your number of guests attending.
