Facilities and Capacity
Couples can accommodate both intimate gatherings as well as lavish affairs at this year-round resort. You can say your “I do’s” under a romantic arch at The Pointe. This outdoor venue features a brick pathway and a picturesque backdrop of Lake Havasu and the gorgeous desert mountains. For your reception, you can dine and dance the night away in the venue's Harbor Room. This unique reception hall features modern, rustic decor, floor-to-ceiling windows, and panoramic lake views. Brick and wood accents will surround you, as well as industrial-style decor. Couples in the past have hosted 220 guests in this contemporary space.

The Springs / Posh brought our perfect day to life!
Nichole with Posh along with the help of Alyssa as the springs venue coordinatior were instrumental in helping us live out our wedding day exactly how we wanted it while eliminating the utmost of stress from the process! From our first meeting until we shut down the dance floor on our wedding night (and all the steps in between) communication, collaboration and attention to detail were on point. We had a loose idea of some of the things we wanted but through her experience and professionalism, Nichole and Alyssa helped us bring the day we envisioned to life!
Outside of the "fun" stuff like picking colors and table setups, she also made more tedious items like seating charts, reception layout(s) and list of family photo shots simple and easy to complete. The execution of those items was carried out perfectly too! (shoutout for navigating like 60+ family photo combos AND keeping us on schedule!)
In addition to great communication with ourselves and the wedding party, Nichole was also wonderful in managing and getting all of our other vendors (Photographer/videographer, Catering, DJ, etc) in lock step for a smooth wedding day!
Overall, I am VERY glad we decided on the Springs as our venue, it was a a destination wedding in a beautiful spot and a really nice price. Furthermore it was a complete blessing to hire Nichole/Posh to assist us in the process of planning our perfect day. I can confidently say we couldn't have done it to that level of awesomeness by ourselves!

“The best wedding ever”
From the moment we began planning to the day of our wedding, the staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. The picturesque setting by the water created a breathtaking backdrop that left everyone in awe.
Our guests enjoyed spending the entire weekend hanging out on the water at the beach on the property. It was perfect for both our friends familiar with the river and those experiencing it for the first time. The onsite pool was also a big hit, providing a relaxing spot for many of our guests.
Posh Planning, one of the resort’s affiliated vendors, did a wonderful job helping me execute my wedding, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Melanie with Meraki Botanical Designs, another affiliated vendor, was incredible with all the flower arrangements. She also helped me with preserving my bouquet, which was so special.
In addition to the wedding day itself, the resort provided excellent rentals for our welcome dinner by the pool, setting the tone for an unforgettable weekend. The Vista Apartments made for a perfect after-party gathering spot, just a short stairway above the venue. The apartments offer a great view of the lake with a giant window, making the experience even more special.
As I reflect on our special day, I wouldn’t change a single thing—it was simply perfect. Havasu Springs Resort made our dream wedding a reality, and we are forever grateful for their exceptional service and dedication.
