The venue at the Springs Resort is a hidden little gem nestled inside of Havasu Springs. It is boasted amazing views at the ceremony point along with a fully functional and customizable reception venue! The entire staff at the Springs was amazing. Food was amazing and affordable and all of the staff is not just friendly but wonderful when it comes to communication and executing details.
Nichole with Posh along with the help of Alyssa as the springs venue coordinatior were instrumental in helping us live out our wedding day exactly how we wanted it while eliminating the utmost of stress from the process! From our first meeting until we shut down the dance floor on our wedding night (and all the steps in between) communication, collaboration and attention to detail were on point. We had a loose idea of some of the things we wanted but through her experience and professionalism, Nichole and Alyssa helped us bring the day we envisioned to life!
Outside of the "fun" stuff like picking colors and table setups, she also made more tedious items like seating charts, reception layout(s) and list of family photo shots simple and easy to complete. The execution of those items was carried out perfectly too! (shoutout for navigating like 60+ family photo combos AND keeping us on schedule!)
In addition to great communication with ourselves and the wedding party, Nichole was also wonderful in managing and getting all of our other vendors (Photographer/videographer, Catering, DJ, etc) in lock step for a smooth wedding day!
Overall, I am VERY glad we decided on the Springs as our venue, it was a a destination wedding in a beautiful spot and a really nice price. Furthermore it was a complete blessing to hire Nichole/Posh to assist us in the process of planning our perfect day. I can confidently say we couldn't have done it to that level of awesomeness by ourselves!

I truly believe it was the most beautiful wedding
Choosing our wedding venue was an incredibly special decision for us, and we truly feel it was a dream come true. The ambiance was exactly what we envisioned, and the staff were genuinely dedicated to bringing our vision to life. Their care and commitment made us feel so valued and supported. Hearing our guests rave about how beautiful everything turned out and how much they loved the food filled our hearts with joy—it really meant the world to us. If you're considering a venue for your own special day, I wholeheartedly recommend this one. I sincerely believe you won't regret it. -

We worked mostly with the event coordinator, Taylor. We had a great experience with her. She was very responsive and answered all of our questions- she was always very helpful. She provided us with lots of vendor contacts that frequently work with Havasu Springs. Having vendors that were familiar with the location made things much easier. It also made planning and scheduling our wedding easy enough that we didn't need a wedding planner. Taylor helped run our ceremony rehearsal. We also worked with the day-of coordinator to help the day of the wedding go smoothly. The rest of the staff that helped on our wedding day were so kind and helpful, they made us feel very special. Our guests were blown away with the food, courtesy of Norm and his team. Many said it was the best food they've had at a wedding (we chose the Louisiana Cajun menu).
We 10/10 recommend Havasu springs! -

“The best wedding ever”
Our wedding at Havasu Springs Resort was nothing short of extraordinary. ‘The best wedding ever’ was the unanimous sentiment among our guests, who were captivated by the stunning ambiance. The team at Havasu Springs Resort was incredible, helping us find top-notch vendors and ensuring every detail was flawlessly executed.
From the moment we began planning to the day of our wedding, the staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. The picturesque setting by the water created a breathtaking backdrop that left everyone in awe.
Our guests enjoyed spending the entire weekend hanging out on the water at the beach on the property. It was perfect for both our friends familiar with the river and those experiencing it for the first time. The onsite pool was also a big hit, providing a relaxing spot for many of our guests.
Posh Planning, one of the resort’s affiliated vendors, did a wonderful job helping me execute my wedding, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Melanie with Meraki Botanical Designs, another affiliated vendor, was incredible with all the flower arrangements. She also helped me with preserving my bouquet, which was so special.
In addition to the wedding day itself, the resort provided excellent rentals for our welcome dinner by the pool, setting the tone for an unforgettable weekend. The Vista Apartments made for a perfect after-party gathering spot, just a short stairway above the venue. The apartments offer a great view of the lake with a giant window, making the experience even more special.
As I reflect on our special day, I wouldn’t change a single thing—it was simply perfect. Havasu Springs Resort made our dream wedding a reality, and we are forever grateful for their exceptional service and dedication. -

The Views and Photo Locations Do Not Disappoint!
Every wedding or event I get to capture at Havasu Springs Resort is better than the last. I love that this venue is always stepping up its game and doing whatever it takes to provide an incredible experience for its couples. If you're on the fence on where you should get married and are looking for something unique you truly won't be disappointed with Havasu Springs Resort! -

The staff at havasu springs resort is AMAZING. We came in from out of town and working with them was a dream. They made our whole planning process seem flawless and no stress leading up to our big day. The day of couldnt have gone any more perfect and they treated us like royalty all through our reception as well. -

Perfect Desert Oasis Venue
Havasu Springs is the dreamiest wedding venue! Between The Pointe, ceremony location, and the beautifully designed Harbor Room, we almost didn’t need any decor because these views are enough in themselves. For most of our guests this was a destination wedding which made it all the more special to hear all the comments on how this was the most beautiful venue many had ever attended a wedding at. It was further proved in all the photos everyone posted on social media afterwards! If we could do it all over again, there’s a few things we’d change, but trusting the Springs staff and choosing this location would not be one of them! We were well taken care of and everything went very smoothly. Compliments to everyone involved, from Nichole, coordinating the details, to Norm, our food and beverage liaison, and especially the in-house florist, Melanie, all made our special day that more more special! -

What a beautiful wedding to say the least, from start to finish had an amazing experience. Melanie’s florals are truly beautiful and brought my vision to life.

When we were looking for a venue, we wanted a place near the water with beautiful scenery for photos and for an amazing experience for our guests. Havasu Springs is the perfect place for that! The views were breathtaking and our photos came out so amazing! The wedding coordinator Nichole was awesome! Quick to respond to all my questions and made the day happen so perfectly and I didn’t even have to worry about a thing the day of! Food was great, cocktail hour was the best, and plenty of space for dancing! The best part is that we had all our guests stay on location so no one had to worry about driving home or driving far to a hotel and everyone had a great time! Havasu Springs was also budget friendly and our guests did not mind the dive to a place that was so beautiful along with other amenities to enjoy while there. -

Amazing venue!
The Springs is the PERFECT venue for your wedding! They are professionals and think of everything you need. My wedding day was beautiful and went without any issues, all because of the staff and coordinators. Best day ever!!!
Havasu Springs Resort made sure that everything about our special day was perfect. Vanessa and Nichole were beyond helpful also. The food, employees and views from The Pointe were all above and beyond anything I expected. I wish I could relive that day a million more times :) -

We got married in March of 2019 at Havasu Springs Resort and it could not have been more beautiful. All of the different locations for pictures was to die for and Nichole went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and I did not have to worry. The food was also great and the staff very friendly. I only recommend this venue because it is so unique. -

Dream Wedding
We had our wedding at Havasu Springs Resort this October. It was our dream wedding! The staff at Havasu Springs Resort was amazing and made the whole wedding process easy and enjoyable. Nichole was amazing and I’m so glad we had her there through the whole process. Norm and the catering staff outdid their selves when it came to the food and bar, everything was delicious! All the staff that worked our wedding were amazing, professional, and made the day perfect! The venue itself is beautiful and speaks for itself. We love Havasu Springs Resort and wish we could relive our wedding there a million more times! -

They were very helpful providing guidance throughout all of the planning, and on our actual big day, we were treated SO well by everyone making sure that we were happy and had everything we needed. HIGHLY recommend this venue! We have not received many of our professional photos back yet, but I have attached a few plus some mobile photos from our day :)

Heather Sent on 01/25/2018I live in Southern California and was only able to make one trip out to the venue before the wedding because of school. Nichole was amazing at helping me coordinate everything from far away. As someone who is in nursing school and had very limited time to plan a wedding in less than a year, I am shocked at how seamlessly everything came together. The vendors that the venue recommends were all amazing and the location is absolutely stunning. They were accommodating of my requests along the way and I am just so happy with the outcome. All of our guest continue to tell us how amazing of a party the reception was and how beautiful the ceremony turned out. Oh! and the food is amazing!!! Thank you Nichole, Norm and the HSR Team!!

Brittany Sent on 01/02/2018My husband and I live in California but, Havasu has always been our home away from home, and there was nothing better than having our wedding right over the lake. If you're hoping for a dream wedding with superior views of the lake, exceptional customer service, a unique/beautiful reception venue, and mouth watering food then this is the place for you. My husband and I fell in love with everything Havasu Springs Resort has to offer. Thank you to Nichole (Event Coordinator) and her fabulous team we had the most magical wedding we could have ever hoped for. Also, major recognition is deserved to Chef Norm and his awesome service staff who made our food for the rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. We had nothing but compliments the entire night about how amazing the food was. Nichole will go above and beyond to make sure she fulfills the vision you're hoping for to make your wedding day special, and the entire resort staff will know you who are as "The Bride & Groom" and that you're getting married which makes it even more fun. They will greet you with open arms, and give you exceptional service.
Last but not least... Nichole has an exceptional vendor's list that she will provide which was such a relief since we weren't too sure where to look. Her vendors are affordable and provide you nothing but excellent quality. I've provided a few photo's because words cannot even continue to explain how amazing our experience was.
Thank you again to Nichole, Melanie (interior gardens floral), Norm(chef), Alicia, Front Office Staff, Our two servers/bartenders, Restaurant staff, bartenders at the outer harbor, Shugrue's bakery for our wedding cake, our chalkboard artist, MelBel Photography, and everyone else! Carley Sent on 05/16/2017If you are looking for a amazing ceremony site and venue location that offers it all, then you need to visit and book with Havasu Springs Resort. The ceremony site, The Pointe, offers an exquisite view of the water with the mountains in the background, providing the amazing desert and river feel to your wedding. The Harbour room is everything we wanted as an reception venue. We loved the industrial, rustic feel of the room and the amazing windows and doors that looked out over the outer harbor and up the river towards the sunset. Both locations offer so much in terms of design and natural beauty that you do not need to overly decorate. Not only are the the two locations amazing (and only a 2 minute walk away from each other) but the service at both was outstanding, specifically the efficient set up and tear down which were quick and unobtrusive.
The catering provided by Havasu Springs Resort was absolutely top notch. Not only was the food amazing, of which I am still receiving compliments from, but the communication and service far exceeded my expectations and made the process incredibly stress free. For this I must specifically thank Norm Nowak for his outstanding service and cuisine. (Anyone who is interested, the bacon wrapped shrimp is a must!)
Last and certainly not least is Nichole Burnett, wedding/event coordinator (and day-of coordinator) who truly made my wedding a dream come true. She offers great advice and recommendations if you are not from the area and she know this place like the back of her hand. She is very detail oriented and thorough, making sure to walk you through each step and keep everything organized. The day would not have been the same without her and I am so happy to have had her there.Havasu Springs Resort's reply:

User2969572 Sent on 02/08/2017Wow I can't say enough great things about this venue! The ambiance is amazing and you can't beat the views. The newly remodeled banquet facility is fabulous. I loved the industrial vibe, but it wasn't over the top industrial. It seems like it could be used for any style and type of event. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. We got a ton of compliments on the food too, which The Springs provides. The venue even has their own certified florist. It was almost like a one-stop shop and they made excellent recommendations for outside vendors.Havasu Springs Resort's reply:

Lindsey Sent on 06/06/2018I loved everything about this place! The view, the staff, the food, everything was amazing ! Nichole was our wedding planner for the event, and she wasn't just a wedding planner, but became that girlfriend you needed throughout the night who had everything and anything a Bride could need or want on her special day. My day was perfect and even with some winds and clouds no one missed a beat. I would recommend not only getting married here, but Nichole is great, the photographer ( NVS Photography), the DJ ( Soundcreation), the baker ( smallcakes & 50 shades of icing), Signs (Lovelee sign co.), and the florist (interior gardens), and everyone that came together to make our day perfect.

Allison Sent on 06/25/2018Staff was terrific! The rooms are very old and in desperate need of a facelift. My bridal Party and I were walking around the room barefoot all day and when it was time to step into my dress my mom noticed my feet were black and filthy! The reception venue was perfect and everything went smoothe!
