Lindsay Grove has the best sunset lighting of any venue! That golden hours splashes the best lighting all around. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is so amazing. This is one of the best places to host your special day!

We just had our wedding on 2/9/24. Everything turned out amazing! Better than expected. Alissa, our day of coordinator was the best person to work with. She constantly checked on me, asking if I needed anything. The banquet captain was amazing as well. We had appetizers, cake, desserts, and drinks placed on our table for us. They really anticipated our every need. The food was AMAZING. Not your typical “wedding food.” I highly recommend doing buffet style vs plates. You get more for your money in my opinion. Weather was touch and go the week leading up to the wedding and our reception was planned for one of their outdoor spaces but they had several options should it rain and we wouldn't need to give an answer until a few hours before the start of the wedding. The flexibility and communication was so good and appreciated! The space itself is beautiful. My favorite part is that their decor is already so nice that you don't really need extra stuff. Lindsay Grove is your storybook venue - we were married in the garden under the gorgeous pavilion! Up on a stage with all our family around us - it was absolutely stunning. The team is like superheroes, handling everything from big to small. It was all perfect for our epic wedding photos. We had a separate ceremony and family wedding in AZ and a big party back home in California and we loved the whole experience so much!

My husband and I feel so lucky to have celebrated our wedding day at the beautiful Lindsay Grove by Wedgewood Weddings. As soon as we stepped onto the grounds of this venue, we knew it was the perfect place to host our special day.

Planning a summer wedding in Phoenix, we knew we'd need an indoor venue to escape the 110 degree heat! Lindsay Grove ended up being the perfect fit with their elegant ballroom space and customizable wedding packages.

We lucked out booking our date because their off-season rates offered major savings without compromising any quality. The coordinators worked closely with us to tailor a package to our vision, even letting us scale back certain elements to meet our budget. Nothing felt cookie-cutter about our experience.

From the delicious dinner menus with lots of choices to the convenience of having most vendors recommended on-site, planning with Lindsay Grove felt like a breeze compared to other venues we toured. Many of our guests raved about the food, décor, and service too - how welcoming the staff made them feel.

Our wedding was at Lindsay Grove on April 28th. In a nutshell, they were AMAZING! I remember our first meeting. Kirstie was great. We did the tour, discussed dates, basic details of the wedding and they gave us detailed quote. Lindsay Grove was perfect for our small outdoor wedding.

After signing you have several follow-up meetings and calls, which are all determined in advance, so you have plenty of time to prepare all your questions.
Every meeting was very detailed, they answered all our questions and were happy to accommodate anything we needed, like extra high chairs and easels.

We attended a food tasting event in January. Honestly, we were expecting typical wedding food but were surprised how good everything was, from appetizers to entrees. It really helped us narrow down the specific choices we wanted.

The last meeting was in person, and we met our day of coordinator Jaidyn. She was super sweet, very professional and did a fantastic job. She handled the rehearsal and took care of us on the day of the wedding.

What I remember day of, is the entire staff was AMAZING! Jaidyn introduced us to Raven, the banquet captain, who rocks! Those two are a wonderful team and took such good care of us. They would check on us throughout the night without interrupting anything. Both have a keen eye for timing. Raven was so helpful with cake cutting, so we did not make a mess. There were more staff behind the scenes, I wish I could have thanked in person. A gentleman, who we knew was staff, congratulated us, so we asked his role. He was the Head Chef. We were so thrilled to be able to tell him how great the food was. When your guests make a point of saying how good the food is, you know they are having a good time. Our bartender, Tim, was really cool and even though Jaidyn and Raven took care of our drinks, we very much enjoyed talking to him. The DJ, Brian, was hilarious and another person who was complemented by our guests. Everyone loved Brian, and I especially loved when he grabbed me for a dance together.

When it was time to leave and we found our truck shrink wrapped by our loving family members, the Head Chef was there to laugh with everyone and take away the mess. To the end, Lindsay Grove was there and made the whole experience full of wonderful memories. Thank you so much to everyone who helped with our wedding. If weddings were not so expensive, we would do it again!

This venue is absolute perfection. The event staff help with all of the details and coordination leading up to the big event and make it easy to make little changes. The vendors that they work with made it easy to add details to the event to help it become your every dream. When arriving, the event has everything at the venue to make the wedding party comfortable. There is a room for the bride and the groom so they can enjoy the time they have leading to the ceremony. There are two perfect spaces to hold a magnificent ceremony based on what you like.

The ballroom was my absolute favorite part of the venue. It makes you feel like you are in a fairy tale. The DJ was incredible and played all of the right music. Many of the guests shared that it was the best wedding they had ever attended. There is not a single thing I would change.

We fell in love with this venue the moment we walked in. There is a simple elegance to it and it made for a perfect wedding day.

The planning process was easy thanks to the coordinators. They were able to accommodate our schedules and requests. We decided to go with their Elite package, which made the whole process easy.

On our wedding day, they made sure things went as smoothly as possible. Our guests had wonderful things to say, especially about our bartender!
