Lindsay Grove has the best sunset lighting of any venue! That golden hours splashes the best lighting all around. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is so amazing. This is one of the best places to host your special day! -

We just had our wedding on 2/9/24. Everything turned out amazing! Better than expected. Alissa, our day of coordinator was the best person to work with. She constantly checked on me, asking if I needed anything. The banquet captain was amazing as well. We had appetizers, cake, desserts, and drinks placed on our table for us. They really anticipated our every need. The food was AMAZING. Not your typical “wedding food.” I highly recommend doing buffet style vs plates. You get more for your money in my opinion. Weather was touch and go the week leading up to the wedding and our reception was planned for one of their outdoor spaces but they had several options should it rain and we wouldn't need to give an answer until a few hours before the start of the wedding. The flexibility and communication was so good and appreciated! The space itself is beautiful. My favorite part is that their decor is already so nice that you don't really need extra stuff. Our wedding was at Lindsay Grove on April 28th. In a nutshell, they were AMAZING! I remember our first meeting. Kirstie was great. We did the tour, discussed dates, basic details of the wedding and they gave us detailed quote. Lindsay Grove was perfect for our small outdoor wedding.
After signing you have several follow-up meetings and calls, which are all determined in advance, so you have plenty of time to prepare all your questions.
Every meeting was very detailed, they answered all our questions and were happy to accommodate anything we needed, like extra high chairs and easels.
We attended a food tasting event in January. Honestly, we were expecting typical wedding food but were surprised how good everything was, from appetizers to entrees. It really helped us narrow down the specific choices we wanted.
The last meeting was in person, and we met our day of coordinator Jaidyn. She was super sweet, very professional and did a fantastic job. She handled the rehearsal and took care of us on the day of the wedding.
What I remember day of, is the entire staff was AMAZING! Jaidyn introduced us to Raven, the banquet captain, who rocks! Those two are a wonderful team and took such good care of us. They would check on us throughout the night without interrupting anything. Both have a keen eye for timing. Raven was so helpful with cake cutting, so we did not make a mess. There were more staff behind the scenes, I wish I could have thanked in person. A gentleman, who we knew was staff, congratulated us, so we asked his role. He was the Head Chef. We were so thrilled to be able to tell him how great the food was. When your guests make a point of saying how good the food is, you know they are having a good time. Our bartender, Tim, was really cool and even though Jaidyn and Raven took care of our drinks, we very much enjoyed talking to him. The DJ, Brian, was hilarious and another person who was complemented by our guests. Everyone loved Brian, and I especially loved when he grabbed me for a dance together.
When it was time to leave and we found our truck shrink wrapped by our loving family members, the Head Chef was there to laugh with everyone and take away the mess. To the end, Lindsay Grove was there and made the whole experience full of wonderful memories. Thank you so much to everyone who helped with our wedding. If weddings were not so expensive, we would do it again!

Fairytale Wedding
This venue is absolute perfection. The event staff help with all of the details and coordination leading up to the big event and make it easy to make little changes. The vendors that they work with made it easy to add details to the event to help it become your every dream. When arriving, the event has everything at the venue to make the wedding party comfortable. There is a room for the bride and the groom so they can enjoy the time they have leading to the ceremony. There are two perfect spaces to hold a magnificent ceremony based on what you like.
The ballroom was my absolute favorite part of the venue. It makes you feel like you are in a fairy tale. The DJ was incredible and played all of the right music. Many of the guests shared that it was the best wedding they had ever attended. There is not a single thing I would change. -

We fell in love with this venue the moment we walked in. There is a simple elegance to it and it made for a perfect wedding day.
The planning process was easy thanks to the coordinators. They were able to accommodate our schedules and requests. We decided to go with their Elite package, which made the whole process easy.
On our wedding day, they made sure things went as smoothly as possible. Our guests had wonderful things to say, especially about our bartender!

My husband and I got married here last weekend and it was absolutely amazing! The venue is perfectly located and tucked away for privacy. The overall service from beginning to end is a bride and groom’s dream. They have great communication & are so accommodating. They even allowed us to bring our own DIY wedding decor. Their recommended vendors were great as well. Our family & friends cannot stop talking about how beautiful the day was. We chose to get married in the courtyard with the waterfall backdrop. It gave the perfect whimsical vibes we were going for. The fact this venue has the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at one location makes it so convenient for our guests. We were also able to utilize the entire space which made great for photos and video. The day went so smoothly and was very well organized. We didn’t have to worry about anything as the team delegated the necessary contact for each part of the wedding. Food was great as well. I could go on and on, but I mainly want to say thank you Lindsay Grove. You helped us have the wedding of our dreams and we have memories that will last a lifetime. If you are looking for a venue that is considerably affordable and will provide an overall great wedding experience you have found your location. -

Absolutely amazing place to get married! Every single person who came to our wedding said the same thing. From start to finish, they were there to help in any way they could. They made it as simple and stress-free as possible and was always there when I had a question. They made our day so special and so amazing and I am so sad that it is all over. I wouldn’t change a single thing. Nicole, our banquet captain, was amazing in every possible way. She was always there asking if we needed anything, and she is the sweetest person I’ve ever met. Amanda was also amazing, showing us exactly where to go and making sure everything was taken care of. Everyone there was so nice and helpful and I want to thank everyone there for making our day perfect!

The whole team at Wedgewood was AMAZING from day one. We found this venue when replanning our wedding originally set to take place in our hometown in IL. When we arrived I knew this was the place, and once I met the team and began planning it was perfection.
Every question was answered quickly, I was provided a full binder with tips and planning guides it was virtually stress free.
On the day of my event I had 0 complaints or items I would change. The event went off without a hitch and it was truly the perfect day thanks to Wedgewood and the staff!! -

We absolutely cannot speak highly enough of this venue! Every appointment, email, and request was handled professionally, timely, and they would bend over backwards to accommodate us whenever we would ask! They are the one stop shop of weddings, they took all the stress out of the process which as a bride in 2020 and having to cancel our original plans in April and replan a wedding in a whole new state, Wedgwood Lindsay Grove was a dream! -

Thanks to Wedgewood we are able to have our dream wedding. The prices were affordable, but the quality was priceless. The coordinators are a dream and they were always available to answer any questions I had, even completely random ones like “So do kids need a high chair?” The wedding was absolutely stunning. The service at the reception was incredible. We had our drinks filled, plates full, and even had to go boxes so we could enjoy dinner when we got home. Thank You Wedgewood! -

Wedgewood is amazing full stop! They are organized, professional and will totally take care of you. The package I chose cane with soooo many includeds! Invitations, great food, so many appetizers! Their recommended vendors are great too. My wedding was better than I could have possibly imagined. It was truly the perfect day and their help made ALL the difference!!!!! Their wedding coordinators make everything so easy, I wouldn’t have been able to do this alone. They help so much and keep you organized and on-track. Plus, I looked at many venues, this was by FAR one of the most beautiful and clean. -

Everything about this venue and my wedding that took place on 2/6/2020 is perfection. My guests RAVED about how amazing the venue was, how incredible the food tasted and just overall what an awesome experience they had. As an extremely organized bride with a TON of questions, the staff at Lindsay Grove accommodated my every need and exceeded my expectations. The whole wedding planning process is down to the last detail and everything is so organized and easy. Every staff member was amazing but Kristie helped me on my wedding day and I am so thankful for her! The vendors such as the florist, baker, etc. provided by the venue were so easy to work with and delivered exceptional results. I truly couldn't be happier and I am SO happy I chose this venue! If you are considering it, go for it, you won't regret it! -

My husband and I looked around at several different wedding venues. We ended up choosing Lindsay Grove because they offered by far the most value for the best price. It was the best decision we could have made! They had everything taken care of, and planning was so simple. It took away so much of the stress that everybody swore we’d be dealing with. Day of the wedding, all the staff were so on top of things and the entire night was a dream! Gorgeous venue, great price, incredible service – you really can’t find a better place to get married! -

Amazing venue!
We have had the pleasure of working with the awesome team at Wedgewood Weddings Lindsay Grove as their preferred photo booth vendor for over a year now , and they are easily one of the best partners we have. Allison, Kirstie, Dana and the whole team are all SO easy to work with and SO helpful. It is truly amazing to see them in action! Highly recommend this venue for your wedding, birthday, or company holiday party. You will NOT be disappointed! -

Stop looking- you found your venue. I had never been to a wedding where the bride had no complaints until I went to my own.
Planning: They were always super organized, available via phone and email every time we needed something, and generally just a blast to work with. They have the bones in place so that planning isn't a logistical nightmare (can't stress how important this was), but let you put your own personal touch where you want it so it feels like the day is your own. Eleena was an absolute rockstar from the beginning, giving advice/feedback when needed and letting us structure the day in a way that made the most sense to us. We love her SO MUCH and feel incredibly lucky to have had her with us on our wedding day.
Food: I lost count of how many guests came up and genuinely told us how delicious the food was. Our banquet captain (sadly forgot her name... weddings are a whirlwind) was so nice and took SUCH good care of us. Knocked it out of the park.
Ceremony/Cocktail Hour: We chose the water wall for the ceremony and the brick patio for the cocktail hour. It is so peaceful back there, and the lights/ fireplace/ gazebo make it such a cozy and beautiful space to spend time with loved ones.
Reception Room: The ballroom is gorgeous and has so much character even when empty, but they did an amazing job making it magical.
Bar: Our guests were raving about our main bartender all night. I think his name was Brandon. He knew everyone's drink order, was speedy and so nice. Our friends and family definitely like to drink and there was never a backup at the bar.
DJ: Damien was incredible, paid full attention to our timeline and played all the right songs! He checked in enough to make sure we were happy but mostly just steered the ship so we could have fun. The dancefloor was packed all night.
Floral: Shelly was so fun to meet with, totally understood what we were looking for and came through with stunning floral. We loved her.
Price: We can't believe the amazing experience we had for the price we paid. I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat.

I am honestly so speechless at how beautiful WW made my wedding day. I had my vision and somehow all the staff/vendors came together to bring to life something beyond my wildest dreams! Seriously even better than I was expecting. Every little thing went off without a hitch. It was smooth, coordinated, beautiful, organized... I can not say enough good things about this place. From Becky being my initial contact and answering all my questions, to Eleena really tying everything together, Karen was so helpful and attentive at the reception (groom loved that he had a FRESH Jack and coke every time he returned to the table), the bartender was great, Rafael our DJ was exceptional and kept the party going, and all the support staff that helped take down and collect all the decor and put it in one place for my parents to easily load up. I love that all I had to do was show up on my wedding day and it was put together beautifully!!! Also, as a side note I was very stressed about our rehearsal and rounding everyone up etc etc, but having Eleena there to direct was SUCH a relief. Also having her on the day of was so nice especially for my family who were there, they loved being able to refer questions and concerns to her and they could stay stress free. Every little detail was thought of and accounted for and I am SO HAPPY we decided to go with Wedgewood. You’re not just paying for a venue, it’s a whole entire wedding service. They are professionals who have honestly thought of everything even if you haven’t. My questions and annoying emails were always answered right away. Also the food was soooo good! Piece of Cake bakery made us a beautiful cake, In Bloom made absolutely stunning centerpieces and ceremony decor, as well as our bouquets. We used Adrian Washburn as our photographer (@adrianwashburnn on IG) and her photos are phenomenal. If I can give any bride who’s questioning to book here or not, just do it. Jennifer Sent on 09/30/2018WEDGEWOOD was seriously amazing! They were so thorough with helping me plan our wedding. They were on top of everything. They really helped take off the stress! Eleena , our coordinator was so sweet and made us feel welcomed with our meetings, it didn’t feel like a business deal it felt like friends chit chatting to help us create the wedding of our dreams! Tianna and Becky were seriously pros on the rehearsal and wedding day! They even helped me make the mr and Mrs entrance on time when I was panicking about my dress mishap! Tianna worked fast and fixed my strap! AJ the Banquet captian was seriously on top of things. Tim and I never had a empty drink and was always asking us if we needed anything ! The bartender Emily was such a sweety! Seriously amazing! I loved every minute and will highly recommend them! The officiant they recommended was so awesome! Made you feel So happy and comfortable! Same with DJ Randall . They really had good input with vendors! Like Kristen Hennke. I didn’t have the cake they offered because my sister made ours but I’m sure they are just as amazing!

I love this venue! It’s gorgeous! I took away one star on the flexibility part because we wanted to move our wedding due to COVID and we had limited options. Would have appreciated more flexibility there. The day ended up being wonderful though so I would definitely recommend to others. -

I would recommend this venue to everyone, as they made our wedding so special and everything was beautiful and food was amazingly delicious! Best. Day. Ever.
The team at Lindsay Grove was so helpful in planning every step of our wedding! The florist, baker, and DJ were amazing! We did not book they’re recommended hair/makeup or photographer. The hotel concierge did an amazing job of finding our guests accommodations and planning a farewell brunch! Overall, our Thursday wedding thoroughly impressed our guests and we were over the moon with it! Thank you again!

I couldn’t have been more disappointed with Lindsay Grove. We were married 9/10 after over a year of planning. We booked Lindsay Grove that far in advance, attended all the planning meeting, had countless phone calls/emails. They day of my rehearsal, I felt like I was a walk-in who just decided to have a wedding the next day. None of my plans or details were noted. I had to go over everything with Amber, who didn’t exactly make our day feel special in the slightest. So many details were missed. A kids meal was forgotten, the venue absolutely refused to make another. Claiming they only had a total of the 6 chicken tenders and handful of fries that was served to the other 2 children. During pictures, not one server came out to offer my bridal party a drink, glass of water, even though it was hot and they couldn’t join cocktail hour. Amber left at the start of dinner, the rest of the waitstaff were all very young and simply didn’t care. They were unprofessional, careless and rude. I had 12 guests no-show and I was told none of that food could have been sent home with us even though we did plated meals. We did get the top of our cake to take home,
but we have no idea where the rest went. My MOH was told she could not have a box to take some home. 12 meals paid for, not served and I was still charged extra for vendor meals. The extra beer purchased for the burro was never put out, instead it was placed in their back bar refrigerator. The twinkle lights on my decor weren’t turned on, I paid $150 for the uplighting, asked for a mauve or champagne color, specifically said anything but pink. The lighting was hot pink. Unfortunately, on the day of, the bride doesn’t have the time to do a walk through. You get what you get. I had hoped that after a year of sharing my vision with the staff at Lindsay Groves, I would have the wedding of my dreams.
We ended up getting a private florist due to the lack of communication and follow through with their florist. As my Mom was packing up after the wedding, one of the wait staff grabbed the glass bouquet cylinders out of her box and said they belonged to the florist. She could not take them. They did not belong to their florist and why was staff not aware of that. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately that is about all Lindsay Groves has to offer.
I will never get a do-over if that day, don’t make the same mistake I did with choosing this venue.
