Venue at the Grove is a wedding venue located in Phoenix, Arizona. The property rests on over two acres and gives you the option of choosing an indoor, covered outdoor, or an uncovered outdoor wedding site. During your planning process, the team will work hard to deliver an extraordinary experience that you and your guests will remember forever.
Facilities and Capacity
With acres of sophisticated ambience, Venue at the Grove is ideal for couples that want a visually-rich setting to host their celebration. One of the breathtaking sites where you can exchange your vows is the two-and-a-half-acre pecan grove. Your ceremony will take place on the emerald green fields, with the flourishing trees surrounding your event. You will also be surrounded by over 40,000 lights that have been carefully placed among the grove of trees, creating an enchanting aesthetic. Also among the greenery is a spacious brick patio that can host receptions for up to 225 guests. You and your loved ones can dance under the stars, with romantic bistro lights hanging above you. In Mid December through March, a canopy of twinkling lights is installed over the patio! A barn-style pavilion is available, with vines crawling up exposed wooden beams and vintage chandeliers. In addition, their indoor banquet hall provides a comfortable and stylish space for up to 140 guests to enjoy. Its large French doors open up, to ensure that no one is starved of the lush views. Parking is available onsite, with wheelchair accessibility to ensure that all your loved ones can be a part of your special day.
Services Offered
Venue at the Grove specializes in customizable, all-inclusive packages, to give soon-to-be-weds a stress-free journey to the altar. Their in-house caterers, bartenders, and DJ will be available, to ensure you have a high-energy, unforgettable reception. The package also includes your choice of top-notch photographers, florists, and wedding cake bakers. With their one-event-per-day policy, you will have full access to the venue, and full attention of the staff. As you plan and carry out your wedding day ideas, the staff will be by your side taking care of all the small, sentimental details.

The Most Perfect Venue and an Incredible Team
Karina walked us through every detail during the tour, even showing us photos of what the venue looks like in December which was so helpful since we were planning a winter wedding. From there, the planning process was a breeze. Their monthly vendor breakdowns helped simplify everything, and Trinity and Alyssa were always quick to answer questions or hop on calls when we needed help.
And the wedding day was perfection! Truly. Maddy kept everything on schedule while maintaining the calmest, happiest energy. Everything went smoothly, and we were able to just enjoy the day without stress. The venue itself is gorgeous at all times of day, but the team behind it is what makes it truly exceptional. We cannot recommend Venue at the Grove enough!

The space itself is absolutely beautiful, but what truly elevated our day was our day-of coordinator, Trinity. She was amazing—calm, organized, thoughtful, and always one step ahead. Trinity handled every detail with so much care that we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without stress. Her kindness and professionalism made us feel so supported from start to finish.

Her creativity, quick thinking, and unwavering positivity transformed what could have been a stressful experience into a phenomenal celebration. Every single member of the team was a trooper, willing to do whatever it took to make our day amazing. From adjusting layouts to keeping guests comfortable, they handled every challenge with grace and a smile.
If you’re looking for a venue that truly cares, adapts to any situation, and will go above and beyond to make your day unforgettable, this is the place. Rain or shine, they’ll make your wedding dreams come true. We would recommend them a thousand times over!

What made the experience truly exceptional, though, was the team behind it all — especially Karina. Throughout the planning process, she was a steady, reassuring presence. She communicated clearly, anticipated questions we hadn’t even thought to ask, and made every step feel manageable and enjoyable. On the wedding day, her leadership and grace were unmatched. She coordinated every moment flawlessly, ensuring that everything was not just done, but done beautifully.
The food was incredible — flavorful, perfectly cooked, and genuinely enjoyed by every guest. We continue to hear compliments about it days later. The service was top-tier as well. Staff members were attentive without being intrusive, warm without ever feeling rushed, and professional in a way that made the entire evening feel elevated.
What we appreciated most was how seamlessly the night flowed. It felt as though everything unfolded naturally and effortlessly — the ceremony, the cocktail hour, the transitions, the reception. We never once felt stressed or pulled away from the moment.
