If you're dreaming of a wedding that doesn't feel like you're in the middle of the Arizona desert, Venue at the Grove is IT!
I'm originally from the Midwest, and I knew from the beginning that I wanted to get married somewhere in Phoenix that did not look like Phoenix at all. The desert, cacti, and brown landscapes just aren't my thing. The second we drove into Venue at the Grove, my fiance and I looked at each other and just knew. The giant green pecan trees, the lush grass, the twinkle lights, it honestly feels like you've been transported somewhere else. It's absolutely magical.
One of the things we loved most is how spacious the property is. You truly get the entire venue to yourselves, and every part of the day has its own dedicated space. Guests move from the ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner to dancing, and it all flows so naturally without ever feeling crowded. There's also plenty of parking, which our guests appreciated.
The all-inclusive package made planning so much easier. Having catering, bartenders, florals, photography, cake, and a DJ all included took so much stress off our shoulders. Everything worked together seamlessly, and we didn't have to spend months trying to coordinate a dozen different vendors ourselves.
We got married on May 22, and one thing we were pleasantly surprised by was how comfortable it felt outside. Because you're surrounded by real grass and mature trees instead of concrete and rocks, it stays noticeably cooler than most outdoor venues in Phoenix. The weather was absolutely perfect.
And the FOOD! Oh my goodness the Ensemble Catering team was AMAZING. We had multiple guests come up to us throughout the night and afterward telling us it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Not just "good for wedding food"... genuinely incredible. We still have people talking about it.
The coordination team, Olaya Events, was equally amazing. Everyone was so organized, on top of every detail, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. At the same time, they were so relaxed, down-to-earth, and calming. They created this feeling that no matter what happened, everything was going to be okay. That kind of energy is priceless on your wedding day.
Our venue coordinator, Tara, was the absolute best. She and the entire Olaya Events team checked in with us throughout the planning process, answered every little question so quickly, and always made sure we knew what was coming next.
One of my favorite memories from the entire day happened during dinner. I looked up from our sweetheart table and saw all of our family and friends gathered around the long wooden tables, the entire grove glowing under the string lights, the sun had just set, music was playing... and I remember thinking, this feels like I'm in a movie. It was one of those moments I'll never forget.
The venue is so naturally beautiful that you honestly don't need much decor at all. The trees, greenery, lights, and overall atmosphere do so much of the work for you.
Choosing Venue at the Grove was one of the easiest and best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. If we had to do it all over again, we would choose it every single time.🤍

If we could give Venue at the Grove more than 5 stars, we would!
From the moment we booked our wedding, the entire process was organized, seamless, and stress-free. Every question we had was answered quickly, and it was evident from day one that the team genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed perfectly.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The sunset filtering through the trees and the twinkling lights created the most beautiful backdrop for our wedding day. The flow of the venue is incredible from the getting-ready suites, to the ceremony space surrounded by nature and birds chirping, to the open cocktail hour area where guests can comfortably mingle, and finally the reception space with its gorgeous trees, string lights, and elegant long tables. It truly feels like something out of a dream.
One thing that stood out throughout the planning process was how amazing all of the preferred vendors were. Every vendor was professional, friendly, and experienced. From Chad and the DJ team, to Sugar Lips, to Justine Grace Photography, it was clear they work together often and know exactly how to create a seamless wedding day experience. Our tasting, planning meetings, and every event leading up to the wedding were informative, helpful, and reassuring.
We actually had the opportunity to attend a wedding at Venue at the Grove after we had already signed our contract. Seeing the venue from a guest’s perspective only made us more excited for our own wedding day. After experiencing it as both guests and as the bride and groom, we can confidently say that Venue at the Grove is incredibly consistent and truly a top-tier wedding venue.
As we sat together during dinner at our reception, we couldn’t stop talking about how perfect the day had been and so much of that is thanks to Trinity. She is absolutely incredible. From planning and setup to keeping everything running smoothly throughout the evening, she made the entire experience feel effortless. We never had to worry about a thing.
The food was another highlight of the day. Our guests raved about it all night long, and weeks later people are still telling us it was some of the best wedding food they’ve ever had. The family-style dinner created exactly the warm, welcoming, and community focused atmosphere we had envisioned. Beyond the food, countless guests told us it was one of, if not the, best weddings they had ever attended, which speaks volumes about the incredible experience the Venue at the Grove team creates!
One of the things we appreciated most was how present we were able to be on our wedding day. Because the Venue at the Grove team handled every detail so seamlessly, we never felt stressed or pulled in a hundred directions. We were able to truly enjoy every moment with our family and friends knowing everything was being taken care of behind the scenes.
There is truly not one thing we would change about our wedding day. We cannot recommend Venue at the Grove enough. Our day was everything we dreamed of and more, and that is entirely thanks to Trinity and the entire team.

From our first conversation with Venue At The Grove, we knew we'd made the right choice. The team was prompt in responding to our questions, thorough in their planning, and organized every step of the way. On our wedding day, the coordinators were absolutely wonderful—we simply showed up to get married while they handled everything behind the scenes. The entire experience from start to finish was painless and fun, which is no small feat when planning a wedding. The space itself is lovely, the pricing is a great value, and the service was excellent. The food was fantastic as well! We received multiple rave reviews from guests about the menu. We also didn't feel like we needed to add a lot of upgrades to the already beautiful space and didn't feel like we were being upsold on anything. This venue and it's staff are a god send. The Grove was more than perfect to host our wedding. My husband and I, including ALL of our guests were so impressed by how gorgeous and perfect everything was done. The venue itself is the perfect fairytale if you want a wedding that does not give a desert appearance. We received multiple compliments about how delicious our food and desserts were. All the staff was so kind and committed to making this the best day ever. Honest to god, this venue is magical and has the best vendors. Our extremely talented photography, Tony captured the most beautiful photos. The catering and bakery teams fulfilled everything we could ever ask for. Our DJ, Angelo and the photo booth team made this the most fun night. And of course our wonderful coordinator, Maddy who made sure this day was everything we dreamed of and more. I tear just thinking about how special this venue made our day. This is THE venue!
My husband and I got married at the Venue at the Grove in January and it was incredible. The staff is so amazing and accommodating. I don’t think I have a single complaint. I do not even know where to begin! This venue and this team made our entire wedding experience unforgettable. We fell in love with the space during our initial tour, but what really sold us was how warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable the staff is.
Karina walked us through every detail during the tour, even showing us photos of what the venue looks like in December which was so helpful since we were planning a winter wedding. From there, the planning process was a breeze. Their monthly vendor breakdowns helped simplify everything, and Trinity and Alyssa were always quick to answer questions or hop on calls when we needed help.
And the wedding day was perfection! Truly. Maddy kept everything on schedule while maintaining the calmest, happiest energy. Everything went smoothly, and we were able to just enjoy the day without stress. The venue itself is gorgeous at all times of day, but the team behind it is what makes it truly exceptional. They answered every question and email promptly, worked with us during periodic planning meetings, and provided guidance to us during the planning process. The day itself flowed seamlessly thanks to Alyssa. She and her team did an amazing job taking over everything setup and tear down wise for the entire wedding. They constantly checked on my husband and I to make sure we didn’t need anything, and also made sure to keep the event on schedule. 10000000% recommend The Venue at the Grove! I’m not going to lie, when I first got engaged, I was a little scared because I had heard so many horror stories about planning a wedding. But thanks to this amazing team, all of that stress completely disappeared and that alone is worth every single penny.
Where do I even begin? They are attentive to every detail, incredibly professional, and genuinely love what they do. Every meeting, every tasting, even the rehearsal they were always so warm and excited to see us. Throughout the entire planning process and on the night of our wedding, it felt like we became part of their family.
They welcomed us with open arms and made everything feel effortless. Honestly, we didn’t have to lift a finger it was like they were inside our heads and magically brought our vision to life. The night was everything we dreamed of and more, and it’s all thanks to them.

Great venue. We chose this place because it was all outdoors. We got married in May and the ceremony space and cocktail hour were all outdoors and nearly all shaded so it didn’t get too hot. The team was very organized. We had Trinity as our day of coordinator and she was specifically amazing. She had anything I needed taken care of before I even knew I needed it. We got married at Venue at the Grove on March 2nd, 2025, and we seriously couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We planned the whole wedding in just two months, which felt crazy at first, but everything came together so smoothly thanks to the amazing team there.
The venue itself is absolutely beautiful—especially at night with all the lights. It had such a magical, and romantic vibe that just felt right for us.
Alyssa, our coordinator, was amazing. She was organized, supportive, and made the whole process so much less stressful. Every single staff member we interacted with was kind, helpful, and on top of things. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it.
Also, the food was incredible—our guests are still talking about it!

We absolutely loved our experience with Venue at the Grove. They truly earned 5 stars on every single thing. We had a short engagement with a lot of family things going on, but our venue relieved so much pressure off of us. They were professional, quick to get back to us, knowledgeable, personable, flexible, and so much more! This venue is truly breathtaking
Living in AZ a majority of wedding venues are desert landscaped, which is beautiful but not something I was looking for. I also noticed while looking at other venues the background of the ceremony had buildings or houses that were visible in the pictures, again, not something I was looking for. After months of searching I came across Venue at the Grove and absolutely fell in love just by looking at the pictures alone. I set up a tour and let me tell you pictures do not do that place justice. Seeing it in person during the day and at night with all the trees lit up is absolutely beautiful!! The venue is all inclusive which helped tremendously because during that year leading up to the wedding I can honestly stay I was stress free (minus the seating chart lol) Communicating with the staff was great and their timelines getting back to me about all my questions was always right away. Where do I even begin? Venue at the Grove exceeded every expectation we had for our wedding and made the entire planning process a dream. From the moment we met Mary Kate during our initial meeting, we felt at ease. She was so knowledgeable, personable and helped us get everything booked seamlessly. We had been to a few other venues to tour and we both agreed Mary Kate was the most personable and didn’t just make us feel like another appointment she had on the books that day.
When it came to catering, Ben made our tasting such a fun and memorable experience. His attention to detail and willingness to help us craft the perfect menu ensured that our guests were raving about the food just as much as we were.
Stephanie, our coordinator, was the true MVP of the entire process. Her organization, calm demeanor, and expert guidance allowed me to fully enjoy every moment without a single ounce of stress. Everyone kept telling me what a calm bride I was and I have Stephanie to thank for that because she had every single detail under control!
On the day of our wedding, everything fell into place perfectly, thanks to the incredible staff at Venue at the Grove. The team’s professionalism and care allowed us to soak in every moment, making it the most magical and memorable day of our lives.
Along with the other vendors we chose through our all inclusive package, Got you covered DJ, Andrea Neff photography, Wild Child Floral and Surgarlips Cakery. Amazing experience
Unreal experience with Venue at the Grove. They seamlessly helped us plan the wedding of our dreams- and we were planning from a different state!! They are incredibly easy to communicate with and respond very quickly. We had Alyssa as our day-of coordinator and she was incredible. She was so calm and helped with all the little details no bride/groom want to think about on their wedding day. She even helped my sister bustle my wedding gown because it was so confusing 😂 Their team set up all our decor and assisted in take down. The Venue at the Grove team was AMAZING and made our day better than we ever could have hoped. When we were looking for venues, we wanted something that felt green, cozy, and exuded fall energy for our October wedding - we visited VatG and immediately knew that this was the best place for us. The team had all of our questions answered even before we asked them. Their organization and coordination skills were impeccable - we could tell from the beginning that we were able to trust their expertise to handle anything that came their way. There are clear processes and deadlines for decisions to be made, and they're so responsive to questions and updates over email. We were able to visit the venue several times during the year of our planning, and had calls and zooms with our coordinator, along with using their planning docs to share information. They made our wedding so EASY and so well executed - we got compliments ALL night from our guests. All of that is in addition to the incredibly beautiful venue space itself. The trees and lights made it feel like a fairytale. We loved that there were separate spaces for each portion of the night, but that transitions were easy and everyone knew where to go - it really maximized the fun and time with guests. My now husband and I had the most perfect wedding at Venue at the Grove. We fell in love with the venue when we went to their open house and booked it almost immediately. From the start the communication from VATG and the Olaya events team was perfect. We always knew what step was next. The venue has an awesome group of preferred vendors. We had Ben, our catering manager for Ensemble catering who went out of his way for us. Stephani, our day of coordinator was fantastic and was there for us every step of the way. Tony George, our photographer has to be one of the best photographers. He is a gem and a joy to work with and his work is perfect. Chad with All American DJ is such a great guy to work with! He kept us entertained and on the dance floor all night. He also has a great network for those looking for a little something extra for your wedding. He helped us book our live wedding painter, Kat with KM Fine Art Studio, who did such a great job with the painting of us on our wedding day. Sugarlips Cakery made a delicious cake for us, and it was stunning! Our florist, Patricia with Wild Child Floral Design gave us exactly what we were looking for with the florals. The rest of the VATG and Olaya staff kept our day on track, kept the bar stocked and kept us fed all night long. I would highly recommend checking out Venue at the Grove. It is stunning during the day, but at night with all of the lights on it's like you are stepping into a fairy tale. My wife and I could not express enough how great our entire wedding experience was with Venue at the Grove. Here are a few down to earth notes to take away. The planning process was incredibly simple. With all the moving parts weddings encompass, the staff were very flexible and accommodating to what we wanted to make our day as special as it was. The setting for the ceremony and reception felt like we were in another world. Again, the planning for how we wanted our items set up were seamless with the staff's help. They made sure all the details we wanted were accommodated for. Lastly, but certainly very important and helpful was the cleanup for the end of the night. Staff were on point with making sure we had all our belongings and items needed prior to departing the venue. We had no worries with making sure everything was cleaned up and accounted for. Overall, our day was perfect and so happy we chose Venue at the Grove. I went to the open house last year and fell in love with the Venue at First sight. The grass, pecan trees, citrus trees, and then 40,000 lights sold the deal. We got married on 5/25/24, with almost all guests flying in. Every guest commented on how romantic the venue was. Stephanie and Ben were the best; they were both very professional and provided their expertise when needed. I can't forget how the ceremony went perfectly due to the support and always encouraging staff, especially Ben. Ensemble Catering is a part of the venue, and being that I have mostly foodie friends, everyone thought the food was delicious. The late-night Fries and Cookie Wall were discussed for the next few days when guests called to say how much they enjoyed the evening. Another consideration in my 5-star review is that the vendors in the package and on their website were just as great to work with. My husband and I are so grateful to everyone who worked that day and all the others who helped plan and make it the best day of our lives. Communication:
The staff is extremely communicative, and they answered our every random question down to the very last-minute, small details. Specifically, Stephanie and Alyssa are OUTSTANDING. They both deserve raises for being so kind and generous with their time, answering all of our questions, and on the day, taking excellent care of our guests. And, our wedding day was flawless as a result. They knocked it out of the park.
Attention to Detail:
We are planners, so we may have gone overboard with planning, but we really didn’t have to do a thing on our wedding day other than show up and get married. The biggest and smallest details were catered to in equal amounts — no item was too small to be paid attention to. We went through numerous changes to our dining setup at the last minute due to faulty rentals on our end, and you truly wouldn’t have noticed.
Venue Scenery:
The grounds were so well-manicured, and we had numerous guests tell us “this was the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to.” Granted, our florist did an outstanding job as well, but to find a lust, green forest-like venue in Arizona is almost unheard of. The facility is extremely clean and so well-maintained that it really felt like an oasis in the desert.
Quality of Service:
The entire staff was so attentive towards our guests, and they were truly fantastic. Not that we had any doubts, but we approached some of our guests who had dietary restrictions just to ensure that they were taken care of, and they spoke very highly of the service they received. Even down to stowing a secret bottle of booze at the bar with a codeword so that it wouldn’t get used up right away — their staff was amazing.Venue at the Grove's reply:

They blew us away! We could not have imagined a better wedding for our daughter from beginning to end. I felt like we stepped into the garden of Eden last Saturday. It was the most beautiful wedding ceremony and reception EVER! Lush green grass and trees with birds chirping and sunshine gently peeking through the trees provided the most glorious setting. It was like having one foot here and the other in heaven. We worked with the most exceptional Sales Manager, Mary Kate, from beginning to end and sweet Stephanie was our Event Manager. Both were phenomenal and lived up to all their core values listed on their website, and then some! I cannot say enough good things about them and the venue. They provided all the options and walked our daughter through planning her wedding every step of the way. Everything was precisely executed and flawlessly completed on her wedding day. Mary Kate had all the venue staff and vendors carry out every single detail from our first meeting with her to her personally packing up our car at the end of the night! The whole wedding planning process was unbelievably easy and fun for our daughter. She was never under any stress and was able to enjoy everything from beginning to end! Be sure to arrive at 2 with a ceremony beginning at 5. Where Dreams Come True!
When we walked into Venue at the Grove last March, we instantly knew this was where we would be getting married - and we weren’t even engaged yet!
The first person to greet us was Mary Kate, who we absolutely loved working with, and was so knowledgeable about the property and was able to paint a clear picture of what our day would look like. After going to several venues that were all run under the same company umbrella - essentially giving you a cookie cutter wedding - we loved the uniqueness of a grove wedding in Arizona.
When planning a wedding and picking out a wedding venue you want to look at what will get you the most for your money that you’re spending. We feel like Venue at the Grove and Olaya had the best value for the money that you were spending without completely breaking the bank. Weddings are expensive but don’t need to make you go bankrupt!
We worked closely with Bekah to plan the details where you get to pick out and customize everything. Our day of coordinator was Stephanie and she was amazing. Keeping us calm and took care of all the details so we didn’t have to. Alyssa and Ben were also there to make sure our day was picture perfect and ran seamlessly.
Our food was delicious, servers were friendly, and bartender was great! Everyone they contract with is top tier and we’re a little biased, but we LOVED our photographer Andrea Neff and our DJ Chad with All American DJs. Our cake and cupcakes were through Sugar Lips Cakery and Florals were with Wild Child Florals. Again, all contracted vendors with the Grove.
Everyone listed, and others not, came together to make our day everything we could have dreamed of and will cherish forever and ever!!

It’s hard to put into words just how amazing Venue at the Grove truly is! Everything from the planning process to our wedding day was fantastic. The team truly loves what they do and have fun making your day everything you want it to be. Hands down choosing a venue that with an exclusive list of vendors made the entire planning process that much easier and more enjoyable. Being able to check those things off our to-do list so early on gave us so much more time to focus on the more personal details of our day. The team is super accommodating with meeting options during the planning process with virtual and in-person options. We personally chose to go in-person as much as possible because we couldn’t get enough of the beauty of this venue. We’re both from the Midwest and this venue looks nothing like an outdoor Arizona venue. People are shocked when we told them we only looked at this Venue, but it caught my eye immediately and I fell in love.
The team here are true professionals at everything wedding, not only that, they’re passionate. They really made all of our wedding dreams come true!! Seeing everything you’ve gathered during the planning process - boxes of decorations taking over your house for months - perfectly placed and arranged is a feeling we will never forget. You have these visions in your mind for months and months, lay things out in your home, but when you finally see everything together…..it’s really magical.

Immediately after visiting Venue at the Grove we were ready to book with them! They were thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire planning process. We booked a little late, about 8 months before our date but we were able to have our dream wedding with everything we could have hoped and wished for. They were very considerate of all our requests and had answers to all our questions. They had a very well-organized planning tracker and assisted with many vendor recommendations. Choosing one of their all-inclusive packages (catering, photographer, DJ, florist) made planning easy as we live out of state! The Venue at the Grove is naturally a GORGEOUS venue which has a lot to do with the upkeep and care that's put in to keep it that way besides God's craftsmanship of course! Besides the natural beauty of it the staff and the way that Olaya events helps with all the vendor choices and helps get the ball rolling on an event that most people have never planned before so the hand holding that happens all the way through was just incredible. Bekah, specifically, was such a sweet, kind, and encouraging partner in this wonderful and overwhelming process. Emily was also a lovely person to work with in the uncomfortable position of asking people to pay their bills haha! Cannot say enough great things about Venue at the Grove and Olaya Events & Company! From the moment we decided on this venue we had a wonderful experience. The event management team was always friendly and made sure to get back to me on every question I asked. The preferred vendor recommendations really helped us pick vendors we knew we could trust. We had a couple meetings with the venue at six months and 30 days out where we really went over every detail. The tracking system was organized and easy to use. Most important to us was how well everything was executed on wedding day! Everything went smooth and just how we discussed. Venue at the Grove was the perfect spot for our big day! They are more or less an "all inclusive" venue, meaning they have vendors lined up and are able to provide X vs Y vs Z decisions for you, vs. you having to fend for yourself. This streamlined the planning process for my wife and I as we are two very busy, young professions.
The venue itself is stunning. The cocktail area and brick patio for dinner, along with the overhanging trees and lights made for a magical evening. Our guests are still raving about it to this day! The food was incredible and all the Venue at the Grove staff was extremely helpful from beginning to end.
We stumbled across this venue while taking tours in the South Mountain area and fell in love with it immediately. We've been to several weddings in the Phoenix area and might be a bit biased, but we think this is one of the best venues Phoenix has to offer. Highly recommend!!Venue at the Grove's reply:

Dreamy Desert Oasis with quality staff
My husband and I just got married in early May 2023 and from the day we set foot on the Venue at the Grove property we knew this was a place we wanted to get married. Living in Phoenix we are used to the very brown desert scenery and the venue at the grove offers a truly dreamy escape. Just go stand under those trees and it will take your breath away!
But if you want the green make sure to go between about **May to December.** One thing we did not know was that the Pecan tree leaves fall off from about mid December to mid April and the venue appearance changes between the winter months.
All the vendors recommended by the venue were easy to talk to and very reasonable.
The food was delicious. Multiple guests commented on it during the wedding.
The event coordination was seamless and kept the wedding running on time.
They were also very receptive to questions during the entire process and never made me feel like I was asking too many.
They let me come down to the venue on random occasions and measure things to plan for decor.
We had a wonderful time and would recommend them to anyone!

Best Venue ever!
We had the best experience with Venue at the Grove! We booked our date over a year in advance and the staff was always so responsive to me, even when the date was so far away. Fast forward to the day of the wedding, I forgot all of the signage I made for the wedding at home. Bekah (one of the event managers) made me all new signs the day off and they were gorgeous! I didn't even miss the ones I made! Bekah was always telling us what was going to happen next and what we needed to do/where to be and this helped so much with the stress of the day. This meant the world to me. Ben was also amazing during the wedding day, constantly checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed to have the night of our dreams. If I could give them 10 stars I would. From beginning to end, the staff were amazing. Made the entire planning process seamless. Our DJ was DJ Chad from All American DJ and my guests loved him. He had us dancing all night. I would recommend doing the Love Story option he offers. Patricia from Wild Child Floral captured my vision and made gorgeous floral arrangements. From the initial open house & venue tour to the personal consultations and food tastings, we felt included and really enjoyed the whole experience. We would say that the food tasting event was our favorite part outside of the wedding day itself! We had so many delicious foods to try and it was fun building our perfect wedding menu with drinks, appetizers, entrees and late-night snacks for our guests. The all-inclusive package we chose was wonderful and gave us access to so many great vendors working along the Venue that helped us create our dream wedding! They also did a fabulous job coordinating with other vendors to make sure we stayed within our timeline as the wedding day tends to move quickly! We worked with Bekah as our coordinator of the day, but also had great interactions with the rest of the team including the wedding coordinators and the catering staff as well. You all did a wonderful job of including us in the process and listening to our concerns and suggestions during the whole endeavor. We did not stress the day of the wedding, and everything turned out perfect! We appreciate all you did for us during the setup and teardown process as well with all the decor during the wedding day.

Venue at the Grove was a hidden gem in the Arizona desert. The grass, trees, brick and romantic lighting made me feel like I was at home back East. Several of our guests complimented the venue saying it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to. The staff at Venue at the Grove was an absolute dream to work with. The staff was extremely organized, responsive, hospitable and the entire team knew all our details from beginning to end. Their all-inclusive package was an extremely great value with top notch vendors to help plan our special day. Absolutely perfect!
From start to finish, Venue at the Grove made our wedding dreams come through. My husband and I were married in October 2022 and we were beyond happy with the services we received throughout our entire planning experience. Their all-inclusive wedding package made the wedding planning process so easy and stress free. The vendors that Venue at the Grove work with were were amazing - I am so thankful that they helped us find them!
We worked closely with Maddy and Rachel. They prompt, knowledgeable and so kind and approachable. Rachel was our Day-Of Coordinator and she took care of everything we needed from getting our décor set up perfectly, to making sure our timeline of events was on track. The night was flawless thanks her!

My wedding was on 11/3/2022 and it was such a beautiful experience all around. Everyone at Venue at the Grove was extremely easy to work with, and people are not kidding when they say your wedding day is absolutely stress-free with them! Our coordinator for the wedding day was Rachel, and she was great at keeping everything running flawlessly. Maddie was also there for part of the day, which I was very grateful for because she was someone that Sam and I wanted to work with since we first discovered the venue at our first open house visit. I also want to give a shout-out to Ben, the catering manager. He was so pleasant to be around, and there was just something about his presence that made me feel welcome and special. All of the staff in general were phenomenal at the wedding. From the moment we arrived at the venue, we felt like pure royalty. Just about everything we needed (and more) was taken care of before we even thought to ask.
Also, I need to mention that our wedding day took place on a day where the weather drastically changed. It was roughly 80 degrees and sunny on all of the days leading up to 11/3, but then on our wedding day, a winter storm system had reached Phoenix and the temperature dropped to barely 60 degrees for a daytime high… with intermittent rain. I am so grateful that we were able to have the ceremony in the barn, and that the venue had a contingency plan in general. Of course we always imagined ourselves getting married in the grove, but the barn was still a beautiful location and it made the ceremony feel much more intimate. We had the dinner indoors because it was extra chilly outside by the time the sun went down, and while that also wasn’t something we thought would happen, it still turned out beautifully. Even though dinner took place indoors, they still had fire pits and plenty of heat lamps available on the patio outside, which ended up being perfect.
Once we started dancing, it turned out that the indoor reception area was far too hot after all. I asked to see if we could move the music outside, and after a bit of initial hesitation, eventually they were able to make it happen. I think this was my favorite part of my whole experience: the level of adaptability that the coordinators/DJ had to be able to move things outside. I am eternally grateful for that accommodation, because being outside under the lights ultimately made the night unforgettable.

After getting engaged, my partner and I had planned to visit as many venues as we could so we could ensure we would find the perfect venue to fulfill everything we desired for our wedding day. We visited Venue at the Grove first and instantly fell in love with the ambiance. The venue had everything we were looking for: beautiful green trees, sparkling lights, green grass, fun cocktail hour area, gorgeous brick-paved reception and an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We told ourselves that we should still look at other venues but instead found ourselves going back to Venue at the Grove for their next open house and choosing this venue without seeing any other venues. And we are SO GLAD we did. Our big day was everything we could have asked for and more. The entire Venue at the Grove team, including Ensemble catering, was extremely organized and attentive to our needs. Our wedding coordinator was Maddy and it's truly impossible to convey with words how amazing she was throughout the entire wedding planning process and on our wedding day. We didn't have to stress about anything. She helped bring our vision of what we wanted our venue to look like come to life, facilitated the entire flow of the wedding from arrival to departure with ease (including keeping my rowdy Italian family structured), constantly made sure my partner and I had everything we needed at all times (including making sure we ate and had a drink in our hands without ever having to go to the bar), and accommodated every single need/want/desire we wanted to make sure our day was perfect. We received SO many compliments about how well-organized our wedding was (which says a lot because my "rowdy Italian family" can be very judgmental). I also think it's important to note that the entire Venue at the Grove team/venue is extremely accommodating to LGBTQ+ partners getting married at their establishment. We never once had to worry or sacrifice anything for the sake of us being two brides. The only thing my partner and I would change about the day is to somehow duplicate ourselves as both the people getting married and also as guests attending our wedding so that we could enjoy every single aspect of the venue. If anyone chooses to get married at the Venue at the Grove (which you should), please consider inviting us. We are very fun people.

We were so unbelievably impressed with the Venue at the Grove team! Not only was the venue itself absolutely gorgeous, but working with Shelby and the team was such a dream. I truly don’t even know where to start off this review, because I can’t even begin to put into words how INCREDIBLE our wedding at Venue at the Grove was.
Starting off, the entire experience with Venue at the Grove was seamless and so easy. We toured the venue in April 2021, and booked it the same day for April 2022. This was the only venue we toured, and the moment I arrived at Venue at the grove, I knew it was meant to be. The venue is absolutely breathtaking. The property is perfectly taken care of and clean. From the green grass, to the green trees, to the romantic string lights, to the beautiful rose bushes….it truly is the most romantic setting. We were very lucky that everything was in full bloom for our wedding (April 23rd)!!
Next, and actually even better than the the beautiful venue itself (which is hard to top) is the staff. And I don’t even like calling them staff because the people at this venue have become our friends. And no, I didn’t know any of them prior to this, they are just that genuine and incredible.
Bekah was my day of coordinator, aka God sent angel, and wow was she INCREDIBLE. Bekah truly does it all. Not only is she extremely sweet, bubbly, beautiful, attentive, helpful, but she is so extremely genuine. The wedding nerves and stress got to me at a few points, and she was always the first one to be right next to me to calm me down, talk me through it, and help me. I didn’t realize how truly important a day of coordinator was until Miss Bekah! This girl is seriously 11/10. She even texted us the day of of our honeymoon to wish us a great time. Seriously an incredible girl and we were so blessed to have her on our big day! I can’t imagine it without her! We love and absolutely adore you Bekah!
Tony George was our photographer and absolutely WOW. This guy. He knows exactly how we feel about him but THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO HIRE TONY GEORGE AS YOUR ENGAGEMENT AND WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER. Tony is the coolest, most down to earth, hilarious, genuine person. We first had our engagement shoot with him. My fiancé and I were a little nervous because we had never had photos taken before. The moment we met Tony, it felt like we had known him our entire life. He made us so comfortable and natural. Not only did we have the best time, but the PHOTOS!!! I’ve never been so in love with photos in my life!!! His work is phenomenal and truly encapsulated the love in in our relationship. On my wedding day, he might as well have been a second day of coordinator. He kept everything running smoothly, calmed me down, got us so excited, and even bustled my dress, LOL! This man does it all, all with the best attitude and personality. Also, he got married at this venue, so it’s super special! We love you Mr. Tony George!
Next was the flowers!! Patricia from Wild Child Floral did an absolute phenomenal job. She brought my vision to life and NAILED IT!! Just absolute perfection! She is so passionate about what she does, and she’s is talented beyond measure!
Next was Leigh from Love Leigh Details!! Leigh is a phenomenal lady to work with! She is so sweet, genuine, and wants the very best for you and your wedding day! We did the acrylic package with her and a custom welcome sign and it turned out phenomenal!!
Next was Chad from All American DJ! This guy is the best!! He played all of our recommended songs and some of his own and he nailed it!!! He threw in some hilarious props like rock guitars and everyone loved it! He did a great job at keeping the party going, but didn’t over do it. I feel some DJs could almost take over the party by being on the mic a ton and what not, but he did not. He’s great at reading the vibe and just keeping it so much fun!! We appreciate you Chad!
Lastly was food and drinks from Ensemble Catering!! The bartender and servers were absolutely amazing!! One thing that stuck out to our guests was the kids meals! They brought the kids food out first under a silver platter, and they LOVED it!! I heard from several parents after the wedding about this! It’s so funny because we don’t have children yet and would never think about this detail, but Venue at the Grove did, and apparently they nailed it! Lol! The food was excellent! The bartender was wonderful and the drinks were incredible!!
I had some reservations about this venue prior to booking, because I really wanted a more classic wedding/ more modern vibe, and I was worried the venue was too country, but I was completely wrong. The one thing we switched out to take any country vibe out was the wine barrels that they use for cocktail tables. They are beautiful, but we felt too country for our vibe. So we rented 8 cocktail tables with table clothes and it totally changed the look. My point is, the venue is stunning and you can make it fit any look you want it to. I almost let that change my mind about the venue, and I’m SO glad it didn’t!!!
I could go on and on about this venue, but truly it was the most magical day of my entire life. This venue does it right. The great thing about all of the preferred vendors is these vendors work at this venue majority of the time, and they all know each other. This is HUGE! Having your vendors know each other and have worked with one other in the past makes a HUGE difference. If you want a seamless wedding day where you don’t have to worry about a thing and you get to truly enjoy yourself, book this venue. Seriously, they do not disappoint.
THANK YOU VENUE AT THE GROVE! We will forever cherish our wedding day because of all of you! They say things always go wrong on your wedding day, but I truly can’t name a single thing that went wrong or that I would change. It was absolutely 110% perfect.
