Picture perfect venue!!!
My now husband and I only toured Venue at the Grove and booked it that same night without hesitations. The staff was so kind and they had the planning down to a science. Through our year of planning we met so many different staff team members and every single one of them were amazing. Not one email went unseen or unanswered. Our day was PERFECT, went off without a single hitch. Thank you again to everyone who had a hand in making our day picture perfect 💛

The most beautiful venue! Even more remarkable at night with the twinkling lights. Stephanie the wedding coordinator, Ben the catering captain, and all the staff were so on top of it, made the wedding day go seamless, were so attentive and helpful. The staff is so friendly and was always available to answer all my questions leading up to wedding day. Payments were broken down into affordable easy to make payments. They help with the wedding planning and make it as easy and stress free as possible. Highly recommend Andrea Neff as your photographer and Chad Trapeur from All-American DJ. Also recommend Leigh from All the LoveLeigh Details for decor. I got so many compliments after my wedding about how amazing the staff was and how beautiful the venue was and how seamless it flowed. 100% recommend, would pick it again in a heartbeat, can’t imagine having my wedding anywhere else. Where do I even begin? Venue at the Grove exceeded every expectation we had for our wedding and made the entire planning process a dream. From the moment we met Mary Kate during our initial meeting, we felt at ease. She was so knowledgeable, personable and helped us get everything booked seamlessly. We had been to a few other venues to tour and we both agreed Mary Kate was the most personable and didn’t just make us feel like another appointment she had on the books that day.
When it came to catering, Ben made our tasting such a fun and memorable experience. His attention to detail and willingness to help us craft the perfect menu ensured that our guests were raving about the food just as much as we were.
Stephanie, our coordinator, was the true MVP of the entire process. Her organization, calm demeanor, and expert guidance allowed me to fully enjoy every moment without a single ounce of stress. Everyone kept telling me what a calm bride I was and I have Stephanie to thank for that because she had every single detail under control!
On the day of our wedding, everything fell into place perfectly, thanks to the incredible staff at Venue at the Grove. The team’s professionalism and care allowed us to soak in every moment, making it the most magical and memorable day of our lives.
Along with the other vendors we chose through our all inclusive package, Got you covered DJ, Andrea Neff photography, Wild Child Floral and Surgarlips Cakery. All these vendors and wonderful people were such an important part of our day and having them already familiar with the venue helped make the day run so smoothly, I’m forever thankful for them!
If you’re looking for a venue that combines stunning beauty with unmatched service, Venue at the Grove is the one. We can’t thank Mary Kate, Ben, Stephanie, and the entire team enough for giving us a day we’ll cherish forever!

Dream wedding

Amazing experience
Unreal experience with Venue at the Grove. They seamlessly helped us plan the wedding of our dreams- and we were planning from a different state!! They are incredibly easy to communicate with and respond very quickly. We had Alyssa as our day-of coordinator and she was incredible. She was so calm and helped with all the little details no bride/groom want to think about on their wedding day. She even helped my sister bustle my wedding gown because it was so confusing 😂 Their team set up all our decor and assisted in take down. They listened to every wish we had and helped us execute it beautifully. We had Sterling from Got You Covered DJs who was SO GOOD. The food was so delicious. The Venue at the Grove team was AMAZING and made our day better than we ever could have hoped. When we were looking for venues, we wanted something that felt green, cozy, and exuded fall energy for our October wedding - we visited VatG and immediately knew that this was the best place for us. The team had all of our questions answered even before we asked them. Their organization and coordination skills were impeccable - we could tell from the beginning that we were able to trust their expertise to handle anything that came their way. There are clear processes and deadlines for decisions to be made, and they're so responsive to questions and updates over email. We were able to visit the venue several times during the year of our planning, and had calls and zooms with our coordinator, along with using their planning docs to share information. They made our wedding so EASY and so well executed - we got compliments ALL night from our guests. All of that is in addition to the incredibly beautiful venue space itself. The trees and lights made it feel like a fairytale. We loved that there were separate spaces for each portion of the night, but that transitions were easy and everyone knew where to go - it really maximized the fun and time with guests. My now husband and I had the most perfect wedding at Venue at the Grove. We fell in love with the venue when we went to their open house and booked it almost immediately. From the start the communication from VATG and the Olaya events team was perfect. We always knew what step was next. The venue has an awesome group of preferred vendors. We had Ben, our catering manager for Ensemble catering who went out of his way for us. Stephani, our day of coordinator was fantastic and was there for us every step of the way. Tony George, our photographer has to be one of the best photographers. He is a gem and a joy to work with and his work is perfect. Chad with All American DJ is such a great guy to work with! He kept us entertained and on the dance floor all night. He also has a great network for those looking for a little something extra for your wedding. He helped us book our live wedding painter, Kat with KM Fine Art Studio, who did such a great job with the painting of us on our wedding day. Sugarlips Cakery made a delicious cake for us, and it was stunning! Our florist, Patricia with Wild Child Floral Design gave us exactly what we were looking for with the florals. The rest of the VATG and Olaya staff kept our day on track, kept the bar stocked and kept us fed all night long. I would highly recommend checking out Venue at the Grove. It is stunning during the day, but at night with all of the lights on it's like you are stepping into a fairy tale. My wife and I could not express enough how great our entire wedding experience was with Venue at the Grove. Here are a few down to earth notes to take away. The planning process was incredibly simple. With all the moving parts weddings encompass, the staff were very flexible and accommodating to what we wanted to make our day as special as it was. The setting for the ceremony and reception felt like we were in another world. Again, the planning for how we wanted our items set up were seamless with the staff's help. They made sure all the details we wanted were accommodated for. Lastly, but certainly very important and helpful was the cleanup for the end of the night. Staff were on point with making sure we had all our belongings and items needed prior to departing the venue. We had no worries with making sure everything was cleaned up and accounted for. Overall, our day was perfect and so happy we chose Venue at the Grove. Between the early consultations for planning, the beautiful setting, and logistics at the end of the night, I would recommend this venue to anyone searching for a location for their special day.Venue at the Grove's reply:

I went to the open house last year and fell in love with the Venue at First sight. The grass, pecan trees, citrus trees, and then 40,000 lights sold the deal. We got married on 5/25/24, with almost all guests flying in. Every guest commented on how romantic the venue was. Stephanie and Ben were the best; they were both very professional and provided their expertise when needed. I can't forget how the ceremony went perfectly due to the support and always encouraging staff, especially Ben. Ensemble Catering is a part of the venue, and being that I have mostly foodie friends, everyone thought the food was delicious. The late-night Fries and Cookie Wall were discussed for the next few days when guests called to say how much they enjoyed the evening. Another consideration in my 5-star review is that the vendors in the package and on their website were just as great to work with. My husband and I are so grateful to everyone who worked that day and all the others who helped plan and make it the best day of our lives. We specifically worked with Got You Covered DJs, Sugarlips Bakery, TonyGeorgePhoto, Ensemble Catering, Wildchild Flowers, and AllTheLovelyLeigh Details. Below are photos from guests, not TonyGeorge. Communication:
The staff is extremely communicative, and they answered our every random question down to the very last-minute, small details. Specifically, Stephanie and Alyssa are OUTSTANDING. They both deserve raises for being so kind and generous with their time, answering all of our questions, and on the day, taking excellent care of our guests. And, our wedding day was flawless as a result. They knocked it out of the park.
Attention to Detail:
We are planners, so we may have gone overboard with planning, but we really didn’t have to do a thing on our wedding day other than show up and get married. The biggest and smallest details were catered to in equal amounts — no item was too small to be paid attention to. We went through numerous changes to our dining setup at the last minute due to faulty rentals on our end, and you truly wouldn’t have noticed.
Venue Scenery:
The grounds were so well-manicured, and we had numerous guests tell us “this was the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to.” Granted, our florist did an outstanding job as well, but to find a lust, green forest-like venue in Arizona is almost unheard of. The facility is extremely clean and so well-maintained that it really felt like an oasis in the desert.
Quality of Service:
The entire staff was so attentive towards our guests, and they were truly fantastic. Not that we had any doubts, but we approached some of our guests who had dietary restrictions just to ensure that they were taken care of, and they spoke very highly of the service they received. Even down to stowing a secret bottle of booze at the bar with a codeword so that it wouldn’t get used up right away — their staff was amazing.Venue at the Grove's reply:

They blew us away! We could not have imagined a better wedding for our daughter from beginning to end. I felt like we stepped into the garden of Eden last Saturday. It was the most beautiful wedding ceremony and reception EVER! Lush green grass and trees with birds chirping and sunshine gently peeking through the trees provided the most glorious setting. It was like having one foot here and the other in heaven. We worked with the most exceptional Sales Manager, Mary Kate, from beginning to end and sweet Stephanie was our Event Manager. Both were phenomenal and lived up to all their core values listed on their website, and then some! I cannot say enough good things about them and the venue. They provided all the options and walked our daughter through planning her wedding every step of the way. Everything was precisely executed and flawlessly completed on her wedding day. Mary Kate had all the venue staff and vendors carry out every single detail from our first meeting with her to her personally packing up our car at the end of the night! The whole wedding planning process was unbelievably easy and fun for our daughter. She was never under any stress and was able to enjoy everything from beginning to end! Be sure to arrive at 2 with a ceremony beginning at 5. This way you’ll have ample time to enjoy the bride and groom rooms that come with charcuterie boards, snacks and drinks, getting dressed, first look and capture all the family photos before the happy tears come during the ceremony.Venue at the Grove's reply:

I could not recommend this venue enough. The level of professionalism, communication and attentiveness is out of this world. When it comes to wedding planning it can be so stressful and Venue at the Grove took all the pressure off of me! Everyone tells you to expect your wedding day to not be perfect but I can honestly say my wedding was PERFECTION!! All of the vendors and staff were so attentive and sweet always making sure my now husband and I were taken care of at all times. All of my guests couldn’t get over the beauty of this venue and spoke so highly of everyone working. Where Dreams Come True!
When we walked into Venue at the Grove last March, we instantly knew this was where we would be getting married - and we weren’t even engaged yet!
The first person to greet us was Mary Kate, who we absolutely loved working with, and was so knowledgeable about the property and was able to paint a clear picture of what our day would look like. After going to several venues that were all run under the same company umbrella - essentially giving you a cookie cutter wedding - we loved the uniqueness of a grove wedding in Arizona.
When planning a wedding and picking out a wedding venue you want to look at what will get you the most for your money that you’re spending. We feel like Venue at the Grove and Olaya had the best value for the money that you were spending without completely breaking the bank. Weddings are expensive but don’t need to make you go bankrupt!
We worked closely with Bekah to plan the details where you get to pick out and customize everything. Our day of coordinator was Stephanie and she was amazing. Keeping us calm and took care of all the details so we didn’t have to. Alyssa and Ben were also there to make sure our day was picture perfect and ran seamlessly.
Our food was delicious, servers were friendly, and bartender was great! Everyone they contract with is top tier and we’re a little biased, but we LOVED our photographer Andrea Neff and our DJ Chad with All American DJs. Our cake and cupcakes were through Sugar Lips Cakery and Florals were with Wild Child Florals. Again, all contracted vendors with the Grove.
Everyone listed, and others not, came together to make our day everything we could have dreamed of and will cherish forever and ever!!

It’s hard to put into words just how amazing Venue at the Grove truly is! Everything from the planning process to our wedding day was fantastic. The team truly loves what they do and have fun making your day everything you want it to be. Hands down choosing a venue that with an exclusive list of vendors made the entire planning process that much easier and more enjoyable. Being able to check those things off our to-do list so early on gave us so much more time to focus on the more personal details of our day. The team is super accommodating with meeting options during the planning process with virtual and in-person options. We personally chose to go in-person as much as possible because we couldn’t get enough of the beauty of this venue. We’re both from the Midwest and this venue looks nothing like an outdoor Arizona venue. People are shocked when we told them we only looked at this Venue, but it caught my eye immediately and I fell in love.
The team here are true professionals at everything wedding, not only that, they’re passionate. They really made all of our wedding dreams come true!! Seeing everything you’ve gathered during the planning process - boxes of decorations taking over your house for months - perfectly placed and arranged is a feeling we will never forget. You have these visions in your mind for months and months, lay things out in your home, but when you finally see everything together…..it’s really magical.
I can honestly say the day of was a breeze. No stressful moments, just enjoying our day with our people. The team handles everything you need and goes the extra mile to make sure the bride and groom are the guests of honor.Venue at the Grove's reply:
