From beginning to end, everything was organized and made our whole wedding planning process easy and worry free! Every detail was covered and they were flexible with any last minute adjustments. Alyssa, Trinity and their whole team were efficient and simply amazing!

We had the most amazing wedding day at Venue at the Grove! The venue is lush and gorgeous, the staff is absolutely amazing, and our planning process was a breeze! The all inclusive venue made it such an easy process and the vendors are truly outstanding. Our number one compliment was how beautiful the venue was! The food and flowers were also amazing, the DJ was fantastic, and our photographer absolutely crushed it. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a venue! Communication was quick and easy, and they were able to accommodate last minute change requests which was very helpful. All the staff are super professional and dedicated to you having the best day ever.

The most beautiful venue! Even more remarkable at night with the twinkling lights. Stephanie the wedding coordinator, Ben the catering captain, and all the staff were so on top of it, made the wedding day go seamless, were so attentive and helpful. The staff is so friendly and was always available to answer all my questions leading up to wedding day. Payments were broken down into affordable easy to make payments. They help with the wedding planning and make it as easy and stress free as possible. Highly recommend Andrea Neff as your photographer and Chad Trapeur from All-American DJ. Also recommend Leigh from All the LoveLeigh Details for decor. I got so many compliments after my wedding about how amazing the staff was and how beautiful the venue was and how seamless it flowed. 100% recommend, would pick it again in a heartbeat, can’t imagine having my wedding anywhere else. Where do I even begin? Venue at the Grove exceeded every expectation we had for our wedding and made the entire planning process a dream. From the moment we met Mary Kate during our initial meeting, we felt at ease. She was so knowledgeable, personable and helped us get everything booked seamlessly. We had been to a few other venues to tour and we both agreed Mary Kate was the most personable and didn’t just make us feel like another appointment she had on the books that day.
When it came to catering, Ben made our tasting such a fun and memorable experience. His attention to detail and willingness to help us craft the perfect menu ensured that our guests were raving about the food just as much as we were.
Stephanie, our coordinator, was the true MVP of the entire process. Her organization, calm demeanor, and expert guidance allowed me to fully enjoy every moment without a single ounce of stress. Everyone kept telling me what a calm bride I was and I have Stephanie to thank for that because she had every single detail under control!
On the day of our wedding, everything fell into place perfectly, thanks to the incredible staff at Venue at the Grove. The team’s professionalism and care allowed us to soak in every moment, making it the most magical and memorable day of our lives.

The Venue at the Grove team was AMAZING and made our day better than we ever could have hoped. When we were looking for venues, we wanted something that felt green, cozy, and exuded fall energy for our October wedding - we visited VatG and immediately knew that this was the best place for us. The team had all of our questions answered even before we asked them. Their organization and coordination skills were impeccable - we could tell from the beginning that we were able to trust their expertise to handle anything that came their way. There are clear processes and deadlines for decisions to be made, and they're so responsive to questions and updates over email. We were able to visit the venue several times during the year of our planning, and had calls and zooms with our coordinator, along with using their planning docs to share information. They made our wedding so EASY and so well executed - we got compliments ALL night from our guests. All of that is in addition to the incredibly beautiful venue space itself. The trees and lights made it feel like a fairytale. We loved that there were separate spaces for each portion of the night, but that transitions were easy and everyone knew where to go - it really maximized the fun and time with guests. We're so grateful to have worked with Alyssa and the team for our wedding. Pick them, you won't regret it!!!

My now husband and I had the most perfect wedding at Venue at the Grove. We fell in love with the venue when we went to their open house and booked it almost immediately. From the start the communication from VATG and the Olaya events team was perfect. We always knew what step was next. The venue has an awesome group of preferred vendors. We had Ben, our catering manager for Ensemble catering who went out of his way for us. Stephani, our day of coordinator was fantastic and was there for us every step of the way. Tony George, our photographer has to be one of the best photographers. He is a gem and a joy to work with and his work is perfect. Chad with All American DJ is such a great guy to work with! He kept us entertained and on the dance floor all night. He also has a great network for those looking for a little something extra for your wedding. He helped us book our live wedding painter, Kat with KM Fine Art Studio, who did such a great job with the painting of us on our wedding day. Sugarlips Cakery made a delicious cake for us, and it was stunning! Our florist, Patricia with Wild Child Floral Design gave us exactly what we were looking for with the florals. The rest of the VATG and Olaya staff kept our day on track, kept the bar stocked and kept us fed all night long. I would highly recommend checking out Venue at the Grove. It is stunning during the day, but at night with all of the lights on it's like you are stepping into a fairy tale. The venue is clean and classic with a modern and rustic fit in it.

My wife and I could not express enough how great our entire wedding experience was with Venue at the Grove. Here are a few down to earth notes to take away. The planning process was incredibly simple. With all the moving parts weddings encompass, the staff were very flexible and accommodating to what we wanted to make our day as special as it was. The setting for the ceremony and reception felt like we were in another world. Again, the planning for how we wanted our items set up were seamless with the staff's help. They made sure all the details we wanted were accommodated for. Lastly, but certainly very important and helpful was the cleanup for the end of the night. Staff were on point with making sure we had all our belongings and items needed prior to departing the venue. We had no worries with making sure everything was cleaned up and accounted for. Overall, our day was perfect and so happy we chose Venue at the Grove. Between the early consultations for planning, the beautiful setting, and logistics at the end of the night, I would recommend this venue to anyone searching for a location for their special day.

I went to the open house last year and fell in love with the Venue at First sight. The grass, pecan trees, citrus trees, and then 40,000 lights sold the deal. We got married on 5/25/24, with almost all guests flying in. Every guest commented on how romantic the venue was. Stephanie and Ben were the best; they were both very professional and provided their expertise when needed. I can't forget how the ceremony went perfectly due to the support and always encouraging staff, especially Ben. Ensemble Catering is a part of the venue, and being that I have mostly foodie friends, everyone thought the food was delicious. The late-night Fries and Cookie Wall were discussed for the next few days when guests called to say how much they enjoyed the evening. Another consideration in my 5-star review is that the vendors in the package and on their website were just as great to work with. My husband and I are so grateful to everyone who worked that day and all the others who helped plan and make it the best day of our lives. We specifically worked with Got You Covered DJs, Sugarlips Bakery, TonyGeorgePhoto, Ensemble Catering, Wildchild Flowers, and AllTheLovelyLeigh Details. Below are photos from guests, not TonyGeorge. Communication:

The staff is extremely communicative, and they answered our every random question down to the very last-minute, small details. Specifically, Stephanie and Alyssa are OUTSTANDING. They both deserve raises for being so kind and generous with their time, answering all of our questions, and on the day, taking excellent care of our guests. And, our wedding day was flawless as a result. They knocked it out of the park.

Attention to Detail:

We are planners, so we may have gone overboard with planning, but we really didn’t have to do a thing on our wedding day other than show up and get married. The biggest and smallest details were catered to in equal amounts — no item was too small to be paid attention to. We went through numerous changes to our dining setup at the last minute due to faulty rentals on our end, and you truly wouldn’t have noticed.

Venue Scenery:

The grounds were so well-manicured, and we had numerous guests tell us “this was the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to.” Granted, our florist did an outstanding job as well, but to find a lust, green forest-like venue in Arizona is almost unheard of. The facility is extremely clean and so well-maintained that it really felt like an oasis in the desert.

Quality of Service:

The entire staff was so attentive towards our guests, and they were truly fantastic. Not that we had any doubts, but we approached some of our guests who had dietary restrictions just to ensure that they were taken care of, and they spoke very highly of the service they received. Even down to stowing a secret bottle of booze at the bar with a codeword so that it wouldn’t get used up right away — their staff was amazing.

They blew us away! We could not have imagined a better wedding for our daughter from beginning to end. I felt like we stepped into the garden of Eden last Saturday. It was the most beautiful wedding ceremony and reception EVER! Lush green grass and trees with birds chirping and sunshine gently peeking through the trees provided the most glorious setting. It was like having one foot here and the other in heaven. We worked with the most exceptional Sales Manager, Mary Kate, from beginning to end and sweet Stephanie was our Event Manager. Both were phenomenal and lived up to all their core values listed on their website, and then some! I cannot say enough good things about them and the venue. They provided all the options and walked our daughter through planning her wedding every step of the way. Everything was precisely executed and flawlessly completed on her wedding day. Mary Kate had all the venue staff and vendors carry out every single detail from our first meeting with her to her personally packing up our car at the end of the night! The whole wedding planning process was unbelievably easy and fun for our daughter. She was never under any stress and was able to enjoy everything from beginning to end! Be sure to arrive at 2 with a ceremony beginning at 5. This way you’ll have ample time to enjoy the bride and groom rooms that come with charcuterie boards, snacks and drinks, getting dressed, first look and capture all the family photos before the happy tears come during the ceremony.

The team at Venue at the Grove was amazing! They were so helpful walking us through all of our options throughout the planning experience. I am so grateful for their flexibility on everything during our day-of timeline and design! Throughout our wedding day, the team was immensely helpful in making sure everything proceeded as it should. They handled all the small details leading up to and on the day and I cannot thank them enough. I wouldn't change a thing about that day - all thanks to Venue at the Grove!

I could not recommend this venue enough. The level of professionalism, communication and attentiveness is out of this world. When it comes to wedding planning it can be so stressful and Venue at the Grove took all the pressure off of me! Everyone tells you to expect your wedding day to not be perfect but I can honestly say my wedding was PERFECTION!! All of the vendors and staff were so attentive and sweet always making sure my now husband and I were taken care of at all times. All of my guests couldn’t get over the beauty of this venue and spoke so highly of everyone working. I could go on and on about how amazing this venue is but you truly have to experience it for yourself and see how in awe you are.

It’s hard to put into words just how amazing Venue at the Grove truly is! Everything from the planning process to our wedding day was fantastic. The team truly loves what they do and have fun making your day everything you want it to be. Hands down choosing a venue that with an exclusive list of vendors made the entire planning process that much easier and more enjoyable. Being able to check those things off our to-do list so early on gave us so much more time to focus on the more personal details of our day. The team is super accommodating with meeting options during the planning process with virtual and in-person options. We personally chose to go in-person as much as possible because we couldn’t get enough of the beauty of this venue. We’re both from the Midwest and this venue looks nothing like an outdoor Arizona venue. People are shocked when we told them we only looked at this Venue, but it caught my eye immediately and I fell in love.
The team here are true professionals at everything wedding, not only that, they’re passionate. They really made all of our wedding dreams come true!! Seeing everything you’ve gathered during the planning process - boxes of decorations taking over your house for months - perfectly placed and arranged is a feeling we will never forget. You have these visions in your mind for months and months, lay things out in your home, but when you finally see everything together…..it’s really magical.
I can honestly say the day of was a breeze. No stressful moments, just enjoying our day with our people. The team handles everything you need and goes the extra mile to make sure the bride and groom are the guests of honor.

Immediately after visiting Venue at the Grove we were ready to book with them! They were thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire planning process. We booked a little late, about 8 months before our date but we were able to have our dream wedding with everything we could have hoped and wished for. They were very considerate of all our requests and had answers to all our questions. They had a very well-organized planning tracker and assisted with many vendor recommendations. Choosing one of their all-inclusive packages (catering, photographer, DJ, florist) made planning easy as we live out of state! When it came to the big day, our coordinator Stephanie had everything and everyone taken care of! We can't thank you enough for making our wedding feel like a fairytale.

The Venue at the Grove is naturally a GORGEOUS venue which has a lot to do with the upkeep and care that's put in to keep it that way besides God's craftsmanship of course! Besides the natural beauty of it the staff and the way that Olaya events helps with all the vendor choices and helps get the ball rolling on an event that most people have never planned before so the hand holding that happens all the way through was just incredible. Bekah, specifically, was such a sweet, kind, and encouraging partner in this wonderful and overwhelming process. Emily was also a lovely person to work with in the uncomfortable position of asking people to pay their bills haha! The only frustration was that I wasn't able to get my rehearsal time and day on the books until a few weeks before the wedding which made it very difficult to get that info to all the people traveling and in town members of my wedding party to be available with that little of a heads up.

Cannot say enough great things about Venue at the Grove and Olaya Events & Company! From the moment we decided on this venue we had a wonderful experience. The event management team was always friendly and made sure to get back to me on every question I asked. The preferred vendor recommendations really helped us pick vendors we knew we could trust. We had a couple meetings with the venue at six months and 30 days out where we really went over every detail. The tracking system was organized and easy to use. Most important to us was how well everything was executed on wedding day! Everything went smooth and just how we discussed. I did not have to worry about anything because Stephanie and her crew had everything down perfectly. It truly was one of the most wonderful experiences and best days ever!

Venue at the Grove was the perfect spot for our big day! They are more or less an "all inclusive" venue, meaning they have vendors lined up and are able to provide X vs Y vs Z decisions for you, vs. you having to fend for yourself. This streamlined the planning process for my wife and I as we are two very busy, young professions.

The venue itself is stunning. The cocktail area and brick patio for dinner, along with the overhanging trees and lights made for a magical evening. Our guests are still raving about it to this day! The food was incredible and all the Venue at the Grove staff was extremely helpful from beginning to end.

We stumbled across this venue while taking tours in the South Mountain area and fell in love with it immediately. We've been to several weddings in the Phoenix area and might be a bit biased, but we think this is one of the best venues Phoenix has to offer. Highly recommend!!

Thank you so much for assisting us during our special wedding day! From the initial open house & venue tour to the personal consultations and food tastings, we felt included and really enjoyed the whole experience. We would say that the food tasting event was our favorite part outside of the wedding day itself! We had so many delicious foods to try and it was fun building our perfect wedding menu with drinks, appetizers, entrees and late-night snacks for our guests. The all-inclusive package we chose was wonderful and gave us access to so many great vendors working along the Venue that helped us create our dream wedding! They also did a fabulous job coordinating with other vendors to make sure we stayed within our timeline as the wedding day tends to move quickly! We worked with Bekah as our coordinator of the day, but also had great interactions with the rest of the team including the wedding coordinators and the catering staff as well. You all did a wonderful job of including us in the process and listening to our concerns and suggestions during the whole endeavor. We did not stress the day of the wedding, and everything turned out perfect! We appreciate all you did for us during the setup and teardown process as well with all the decor during the wedding day.

Venue at the Grove was a hidden gem in the Arizona desert. The grass, trees, brick and romantic lighting made me feel like I was at home back East. Several of our guests complimented the venue saying it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to. The staff at Venue at the Grove was an absolute dream to work with. The staff was extremely organized, responsive, hospitable and the entire team knew all our details from beginning to end. Their all-inclusive package was an extremely great value with top notch vendors to help plan our special day. We attended several open houses to meet all the vendors and see how the venue was organized so we felt prepared. Throughout the night of our wedding, the team was always nearby to ask if my husband and I needed anything to eat, drink, or otherwise. Traditionally an anxious Annie, it was the most stress free night I could have ever imagined thanks to Venue at the Grove. We can't thank their team enough!

Our experience with Venue at the Grove was unforgettable. From the open house to the wedding day, the venue brought us so much happiness. My wedding was on 11/3/2022 and it was such a beautiful experience all around. Everyone at Venue at the Grove was extremely easy to work with, and people are not kidding when they say your wedding day is absolutely stress-free with them! Our coordinator for the wedding day was Rachel, and she was great at keeping everything running flawlessly. Maddie was also there for part of the day, which I was very grateful for because she was someone that Sam and I wanted to work with since we first discovered the venue at our first open house visit. I also want to give a shout-out to Ben, the catering manager. He was so pleasant to be around, and there was just something about his presence that made me feel welcome and special. All of the staff in general were phenomenal at the wedding. From the moment we arrived at the venue, we felt like pure royalty. Just about everything we needed (and more) was taken care of before we even thought to ask.

Also, I need to mention that our wedding day took place on a day where the weather drastically changed. It was roughly 80 degrees and sunny on all of the days leading up to 11/3, but then on our wedding day, a winter storm system had reached Phoenix and the temperature dropped to barely 60 degrees for a daytime high… with intermittent rain. I am so grateful that we were able to have the ceremony in the barn, and that the venue had a contingency plan in general. Of course we always imagined ourselves getting married in the grove, but the barn was still a beautiful location and it made the ceremony feel much more intimate. We had the dinner indoors because it was extra chilly outside by the time the sun went down, and while that also wasn’t something we thought would happen, it still turned out beautifully. Even though dinner took place indoors, they still had fire pits and plenty of heat lamps available on the patio outside, which ended up being perfect.

Once we started dancing, it turned out that the indoor reception area was far too hot after all. I asked to see if we could move the music outside, and after a bit of initial hesitation, eventually they were able to make it happen. I think this was my favorite part of my whole experience: the level of adaptability that the coordinators/DJ had to be able to move things outside. I am eternally grateful for that accommodation, because being outside under the lights ultimately made the night unforgettable.
