Our Ceremony Terrace, Celebration Terrace, Vortex Lounge, and Montage Ballroom are ideal to celebrate your special day. The expansive outdoor Ceremony Terrace provides a stunning backdrop for your nuptials and is accented with a fire and water feature that magnifies the magic of Sedona.

The Celebration Terrace was designed to accommodate your cocktail hour or to serve as a backup location for your ceremony. Adjacent to the Celebration Terrace, our custom Vortex Lounge is a stylish gathering place that incorporates a comfortable seating area and custom tables to display appetizers or décor. These pleasing spaces are ideal for guests to mingle and entertain their taste buds with delightful hors d’oeuvres while enjoying the outdoors and magical views of Sedona’s natural wonders. The terraces are surrounded by native evergreens and provide stunning Red Rock views. Decorative lighting and ceiling fans add to the ambiance.

The Montage Ballroom has floor-to-ceiling windows that provide panoramic views of Sedona’s majestic Red Rocks as you and your guests enjoy an evening of dinner and dancing. The recent addition of our stunning chandeliers and wall sconces adds an elegant and modern touch to the ballroom as faceted crystal glass prisms reflect and refract light, capturing the romantic and timeless essence of emerald-cut diamonds.

Our highly organized and professional team is prepared to assist making the wedding planning process stress free. We offer in-house support and provide ample resources when it comes to vendors and all things Sedona. Select your caterer off our requisite list, featuring the best of the best in Northern Arizona. Our Signature Packages include top Arizona vendors, and our extensive preferred vendor list was designed to assit you in your event preparations by offering superior service. That said, at our venue, you are welcome to bring in any vendor of your choosing, whether on a list provided by the venue or not.
