I cannot imagine planning our wedding without Casey and her team! I knew from the start that I wanted a wedding planner, so we hired Casey in Fall 2019 to help us every step of the way until our big day on June 12, 2021! Casey had multiple checklists to help keep me on track during planning, and as someone with a Type A personality, that was right up my alley! There was one list organized chronologically, and the other list was organized by category. It was perfect! And we always had a working timeline to help us map out the flow of the weekend. We discussed our wants and needs for our wedding. She arranged venue tours for us for both the wedding and rehearsal dinner and helped us pick the best fit. Casey knew all the right questions to ask the venues that I would have never thought to ask. Casey helped us navigate all of the uncertainty with COVID – changing from a 150 person wedding to a 50 person wedding just 4 months out from the big day. When it came to picking vendors, Casey would share with me 2-3 of her favorite vendors so I could review and see whose style I liked best. This was super helpful since the internet can be overwhelming with options. As we got closer to the event, Casey brought in two assistants to help finalize details, keep tabs on all the vendors, and make sure everyone got the information and payments they needed on time! Casey was always available whenever I wanted to chat by phone, text, and email. Our wedding was in Flagstaff and Casey made multiple trips to Flagstaff to meet with me and our vendors over the course of our planning. The whole wedding weekend went so smoothly thanks to Casey and her team! They helped with our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony & reception, and day-after-wedding brunch. We were even ahead of schedule at some points which is impressive for a wedding. I cannot thank Casey Green Weddings enough for making the planning process and wedding stress free and exactly what we had imagined!

My husband and I can't speak highly enough of Casey & Shannon. We got married at the Desert Botanical Gardens and had the most magical wedding thanks to these two. Casey and Shannon are not only expert planners but incredibly kind, thoughtful people who made our planning process such a pleasure.

Literally everywhere we went in Sedona on our initial visit we were asked "Who is your wedding planner?" And when we said "Casey," every single person said, "Oh, she's great!" I had an absolute dream fantasy wedding and that is almost entirely thanks to Casey and Shannon. I can't tell you the number of guests who at the wedding stopped me just to say this was the best wedding they had ever been to. Stop reading this and hire her already.

Casey is amazing! She was easy to work with and had so many great suggestions and recommendations for timeline and flow of our ceremony and reception. She was always reassuring me that we were on track - especially when I started to get overwhelmed with dialing in the details. She made planning a wedding from the other side of the country seamless, and above all, she is so kind and easy-going! I received so many compliments from those who interacted with her at our wedding. Our wedding day was flawless in our eyes and if there was a hiccup anywhere, we never heard about it! I cannot thank Casey enough for making sure our day was perfect and it was honestly the best time of my life!

Casey is the best! She helped us with our wedding at Agave of Sedona and we couldn't have asked for a better planner. Every meeting/call we had with her and Shannon were extremely productive and they helped us stay on schedule. Wedding planning can be stressful, but Casey's kind and calm demeanor really helped ease the nerves. Even our wedding party mentioned to us how great she was on wedding day. We couldn't have done it without her!

My wife and I chose Casey Green after she was recommended to us by many of the vendors we met with in Phoenix. At the time of our wedding, we lived in Anchorage, Alaska so having someone local, near the venue, was imperative to us. We met with Casey and her team about once a month via phone. Casey was great in guiding us about what we needed to be focused on, and more importantly keeping us from dwelling on the trivial details of our wedding. Casey always kept detailed notes of our conversation and made sure progress was being made each time we met. Casey recommended excellent vendors and kept our scope narrow, which was very helpful since we were so far away from the venue. Casey emulated our down-to-earth style and was always ensuring our wants were being reflected in the decision's being made. She was very conscientious of our overall budget. Casey was so helpful during the week of our wedding. We were so busy, of course, but Casey made sure nothing fell through the cracks and made all the last-minute details happen--which removed a lot of stress from me and my wife. Casey and the team made our day perfect. My wife and I both enjoyed our wedding more than we expected to and we know that is because of Casey. We wish we could live our wedding day over and over again because everything fell into place. The money spent on Casey's services was well worth it and we got a great value. We could not have pulled off half the wedding Casey planned for us if we had attempted it on our own. Thank you, Casey!!!

Two months after our wedding, my husband, Jared, and I are still overwhelmed with gratitude for Casey and Dani’s work. We went with Casey Green’s full-service package, and being two highly critical people, we sincerely recommend it. Casey and Dani are AMAZING—they are extremely passionate and so excellent at what they do. Casey truly got to know us as a couple, what we wanted on our wedding day. Both her and Dani brought our visions to life—even those that were seemingly impossible—yes, we wanted llamas at our wedding and did not even think it would be possible in Sedona, but Casey did everything to make sure it happened. Casey kept us on track throughout the year, and made sure there were absolutely no worries on our hands—if there were, she took care of it right away--oh my goodness, she is so on top of it. When Jared and I got side tracked, she redirected us. When we made brash decisions, she was there with her utmost honest opinion, reminding us of things we would have never thought about. When it came to vendors, we connected with a few ourselves, but Casey had the most powerful and accurate insights (believe me, she really knows the industry).

Casey and Dani were like magical fairy dust. Our wedding day went so smoothly because of all the work they did behind the scenes. I only found out later, that Casey had kept in touch with the hotel, the hair and makeup team, the photographers and one of my bridesmaids [I did not even know they exchanged contact information!] throughout the day to make sure we were on schedule, and that transportation she had arranged from one point to another arrived as planned.

When it came time to line up for the ceremony, Jared realized he left our marriage certificate in the hotel (more than 3 miles away). Dani acted on it SO QUICKLY that no one, not even I noticed! It was not until days after that I found out she sped to our hotel, got a hold of my cousin and access to our room, retrieved the certificate and sped back to the wedding venue.

During our reception, we had a couple surprises in mind, and did not think we would be able to do it all, but Dani took it in her hands and made it happen. Everything from the perfect timing to the music to go with it flowed SEAMLESSLY because Dani had wittingly and meticulously orchestrated each event with our DJ.

Long after our wedding weekend, we are still heartwarmingly grateful and cannot thank them enough. Our wedding was everything we dreamt it to be, and we were so blessed to have had Casey and Dani by our sides. They made the process completely stress free and so uniquely ours. Casey was an amazing planner. Thanks to all of her expertise, guidance, and hard work, our wedding day so wonderful. Everything exceeded my expectations. I am truly grateful to her. And when last minute thunderstorms decided to add in to the mix for our outdoor event, she ensured that we had a backup plan and everything was in place to handle the rain. I cannot thank her enough for that. Because of Casey, I can honestly say that I got to truly live in the moments of my wedding day, and I LOVED every minute of it. I had zero stress or worries. I can't even completely put into words the wonderful memory for me of the day and my heartfelt gratitude for all that Casey and her team did to help provide that for us.

We used Casey as our day of coordinator and cannot recommend her services enough. We had a destination wedding in Sedona (we live in NC) so we weren't familiar with the local vendors/nuances to consider about our destination wedding. Casey and her team knew it ALL! She gave amazing recommendations for other vendors and gave honest and helpful advice when we were making decisions. We worked closely with her and Dani. They were always so kind and went above and beyond while helping us plan our special day. I felt very at ease during our wedding weekend with their help.
