Best Wedding Coordinator Ever

If looking for a wedding coordinator – look no further!! Janet made our wedding planning and ceremony as seamless and stress-free as possible. It truly was a wedding “without a glitch.” Even before the wedding, Janet was immediately responsive to any questions I had and gave amazing recommendations of vendors due to her immense experience in the field! On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything was timed perfectly and that every detail was accounted for. Words truly cannot express how grateful we are to Janet and how she help to make our special day perfect.

Can't say enough good things about Janet!

I honestly feel like our wedding wouldn't have been possible without Janet! We got married at a venue that doesn't come with much included and Janet was just who we needed to fill in the gaps but she also did so much more! She was very knowledgeable and had great advice for anything we had questions about. She was always quick to respond even when we had questions over a year out from our date. She made sure everything went seamlessly from the month leading up to the wedding through the end of the night on the day of. I don't know how she was able to be everywhere at once without anyone noticing but she really did it all while making it look easy and helped make our day turn out perfect without having to worry about anything! I would HIGHLY recommend hiring her to plan or coordinate your big day!!!

You need Janet

Janet/Hitch without a Glitch was absolutely amazing! She was on top of everything weeks in advance & helped me schedule and think of things that hadn't even crossed my mind. I didn't have a florist so Janet and her assistant arranged ALL of my table decor AND florals for the reception. I would not have had such an incredible day if it weren't for her. Do not miss out on her. You're the best, Janet!

Best wedding investment!

Janet was a complete lifesaver. She went above and beyond for our wedding and it would not have gone as perfectly without her. She had great recommendations and feedback that helped me plan and make better decisions. She has years of experience and it really shows! If I had to plan another wedding in Phoenix I couldn't imagine doing it without her. She also has such a calm energy that helps during such a stressful time. One of my guests stated that he could tell I had help from a good DOC because weddings he had been to without one were never smooth. If it means cutting other costs like florals, decorations, etc. to work with Janet, do it- you won't regret it! Thank you for everything Janet!

Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Janet/Hitch Without A Glitch enough!! I would a million times work with her again and will be recommending her to anyone in need of a wedding coordinator. Janet went above and beyond for us up until the very last second of the wedding, and was instrumental in our wedding day going smoothly. She really helped us think of all the little details that may have gone forgotten, and my family loved working with her as well! We are so grateful!

An amazing New Year’s Eve wedding reception

We found Janet at the recommendation of our cake baker. We were immediately impressed with Janet’s professionalism, knowledge and experience. We were not disappointed.
Our reception required some unique challenges for Janet: our centerpieces were homemade needing setup by Janet and her team, it was on New Year’s Eve during COVID requiring constant changes to guest lists, and issues with the venue due to changes during COVID.
Janet handled all the challenges and gave us the wedding we dreamed of without us having to worry about a single detail the day of our wedding. Please hire Janet in a heartbeat - you won’t be disappointed!

Just stop looking now... Janet is the best out there!

I come from a very Type A background, with a very Type A Mother-In-Law. Naturally, we wanted to control every detail. As a natural born control freak.. I am reluctant who I delegate tasks to. I would trust Janet to handle every wedding ever. She helps you think through every detail leading up to the day. Her recommendations for packaging décor helped immensely day of. She had all of the information to provide a "traditional" wedding, and the flexibility to flow with your style. She was a life saver for the end of the night - she handled everything!! I cannot recommend Janet enough.

MVP vendor at our wedding

Janet was incredibly great to work with, I honestly can’t say enough good things. She was so easy to talk to and answered all kinds of questions we had about Sedona and a destination wedding in the months leading up to the event, as we were planning from all the way in nyc. The other vendors loved working with her too! She always responded fast and thoroughly to my emails, and the day of the wedding was great. Every time I went to ask her to check or do something, she’d already done it! She reminded us to eat because we were being too social (lol), grabbed us apps during photos, helped get families organized and move things along, and got folks to sign the photo booth. She really allowed us to present and not stress on the wedding day. Thanks so much Janet!! You rock :)

Organized and Professional

Janet is your go to coordinator for anyone planning a wedding! We hired HWAG back in early Jan 2020 and postponed our wedding but working with Janet for a year and a half was incredible. She is timely, SO organized, kept my husband and I on top of our stuff, and does so much more than just a day of coordinator. Not only is she incredibly amazing at her job, she truly cares and has such a big heart. Our day wouldn’t have been the same without her! Thank you Janet!

Go with Janet!

Our venue had a list of coordinators to choose from but Janet made it easy to decide. She was proactive and reached out to us well before the others did. My husband and I are both procrastinators and we didn't always have answers when asked but Janet was so easy going throughout it all. She had great insight and recommendations that helped us reach our decisions. Zero complaints. She made the process much easier and tolerable (I hated wedding planning lol). Janet is a very nice woman and was professional and calm the whole way through. Thanks again Janet for everything! 🙏
