Sweet Pea is a home based boutique, meaning that you will be dealing with the same person from day one, ensuring proper communication throughout the entire process. Also, because we are home based, we rely on word of mouth and referrals for bookings, meaning we make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
 
Do you offer demo DVDs for potential clients to look at?
Yes, a sample disk can be mailed to anyone who requests it.
 
What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?
We specialize in professionally edited videos. Special effects are standard with all edited packages. We do not charge extra for "special effects heavy" packages. Your wedding will be edited by an actual professional editor, not someone who does it as a hobby.
 
Describe any special editing services you offer:
Any special videos you may want to be shown at your reception can be created upon request.
 
How many videographers do you work with?
Sweet Pea is run by a single proprietor who will both shoot your wedding and then edit your video.
 
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Yes, if a bride wishes to meet prior to their wedding, a meeting can be set up.
 
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, your event will not be outsourced to freelancers who you will never have any contact with prior to the day of your wedding.
 
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We only do one wedding a day and don't try to rush things through in order to get to our next booking.
 
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Camera, tripod, camera lights, microphone.
 
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, a backup camera is always on hand.
 
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We are always ready to shoot when necessary and do not have an scheduled breaks. Though always appreciated, a meal is not required.
 
Do you charge overtime?
Even if an event runs past contract time, the videography will stay until he believes enough footage has been shot to properly complete your video.
 
Do you give access to your raw footage?
Unedited footage can be made available to those who request it.
 
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
Brides are free to make requests and suggestions for their video regarding music and what content they may or may not want included in the final cut.
 
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
Depending on the amount of bookings and time of the year, it can take anywhere between three to nine months for your DVD to be ready.

Do you do montages? Yes, our montages are true montages, not slide shows. Every montage is appropriately edited to music and not just a bunch of pictures strung together on a black background.
