we use only the finest ingredients. Or cakes are never frozen

no more than a week....if there is gumpaste flowers needed, I need more time to make them. I do everything by hand.
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
no, more than 2 due to the fact I want the cakes to be perfect....over booking causes mistakes!
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
the more people I have to help create the perfect cake, the better. I work with any vendor. It's better we are on the same page.
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
this depends on the bride's need.
