Our Story

Kimberley began baking at the age of 3.  Her grandmother Catherine was a local baker in her hometown in  SC where she baked cakes and pies for the local restaurants, friends, and families.  Grandmother would make sure to save just enough batter for Kimberley to fill her small baking pans with so that she could make the same cakes as Grandma!  Her grandma would take her to a local farm where they purchased, eggs, hand churned butter and fresh cream for her cakes. 

 At a very young age, Kimberley learned  that the secret to baking good cakes was being picky about your ingredients and lots of love.  Using the finest ingredients for the cakes at Sweet Caroline’s is a must.   Kimberley always tries to come up with unique flavor combinations to help brides and groom’s achieve the most delicious wedding and grooms cakes!
