Originally the 1807 estate of Sea Captain Shubel Smith, Stonecroft Country Inn offers two distinct lodging options amidst an atmosphere of relaxation and romance.

Our unique property offers two inns in one – a sunny 1807 Georgian Colonial with wide plank floors and wood burning fireplaces; and a newly renovated post and beam barn, called The Grange, featuring luxurious accommodations with whirlpool tubs and gas fireplaces.

Imagine your Mystic wedding ceremony or special gathering amidst lush grounds, flower gardens, charming koi ponds and antique stone walls, or, before the handsome Grange fireplace. For Mystic Connecticut weddings and special occasions, Stonecroft is a wonderful place to celebrate any time of year. We can accommodate up to 75 guests indoors in our elegant restaurant, and 100 plus outdoors.
