Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
We offer prints in color, black & white, sepia, other color monotones, as well as selective (spot) coloring by request.
Is your media preference film or digital?
We shoot strictly digital. This allows us infinitely more creativity.
How many photographers do you work with?
All of our packages include two photographers.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
All weddings are shot personally by Gene and Linda.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We never book more than one wedding a day, and try to limit the number of two-wedding weekends as much as possible.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We use professional Nikon cameras and flashes, 5-6 different Nikon lenses, Quantum battery packs, batteries, chargers, extra memory cards, as well as tripods and reflectors as necessary.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
We have back-up equipment for everything in case "stuff" happens.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We have full day packages as well as hourly rates.
Do you charge for travel?
We do not charge for travel from San Diego to Santa Barbara.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Typically your proofs are uploaded within two weeks after the wedding.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
We offer digital proofs.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Most of our packages include high resolution digital negatives.
Will images be available for viewing online?
We offer proof websites with convenient online print ordering.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We are proud to offer GraphiStudio Wedding Books. These are the best wedding books available on the market today.
When will the client get the final album?
After you select your pictures, it takes us about 3-4 weeks to design your album. Once you approve the album design it takes about 6-8 weeks for GraphiStudio to print, bind and ship your book.
