Tastings can be scheduled online @ Sarasotacakes.com. These design sessions are offered between the hours of 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Tuesday thru Thursday. After hours appointments can be accommodated some Monday and Wednesday evenings. Never on Saturday or Sunday. Inquire about drive by tastings for those pressed for time. 941-341-0038
Describe how you price, such as by slice or by tier, for your cakes?
Wedding cakes are priced "per serving". Our "Brides on a Budget" line begins at $3.75 per portion plus professional delivery if needed. These simplified cake selections are just for those brides that want a proffessionaly made product without having to sacrafice for a less than spectacular supermarket cake. You can print the deatiled pdf on the web site. Custom color cupcakes start @$1.75 and $2.25 stuffed with a great filling center. Bring us your colors and theme, we can match just about anything.
Does the price include the top tier of the cake?
Yes, The top tier represents 12 servings and can be included in the cutting of the complete cake or reserved for the anniversary. Although the overall cost
Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
All 1800 cakes on our site are completely customized "Client" inspired designs. We love new challenges and will quote any cake design you find elsewhere.
What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
Very moist cake with premium fillings containing whole fruit. Check our site for a full list of cake flavors and filling choices.
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
We do over a 150 wedding cakes a year and over a 1000 inspired event cakes.
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
We will place the flowers per the client's specifications providing they are on site when cake delivery is scheduled.
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?

Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
Yes. We only offer Professional delivery and set up. Not just a dishwasher or worker. We send out a skilled knowledgeable and capable person to conduct a proper set up.
